Main Purpose Of Job:
Project 41 accommodates individuals within the homeless pathway and as part of Oxfordshire’s Homelessness Alliance. These individuals have support needs including substance use, mental health and offending histories, but are able to live in dispersed accommodation in Oxford with a higher level of independence than in our hostels. The successful candidate will understand the trauma people using our services have experienced, and have a compassionate and assertive approach to building relationships. At Project 41 you will provide high quality support service provision, work with clients to ensure suitable and timely move on, ensure the health and safety and safeguarding of service users and colleagues, work in a psychologically informed way, and develop and maintain effective partnerships with relevant agencies.

Main Areas Of Responsibility:

• To ensure the effective delivery of high quality support, housing management and resettlement opportunities.
• To develop effective professional relationships with service users that is trauma informed and compassionate, and which empowers and motivates our service users to make positive changes in their lives.
• To work in partnership with support agencies to coordinate a holistic response to an individuals needs; this may include substance use services, probation, health professionals and adult social care.
• To lead on identifying and applying for suitable move on accommodation, and providing support throughout the move and whilst settling in to new accommodation.
• To assess risk and suitability of referrals for the service.
• To be responsible for creating and actioning person centred, strengths based support plans, and identifying and working towards suitable move on.
• To assess and manage risk for individuals and in the service, creating and maintaining risk assessments for all clients. Reporting any safeguarding concerns without delay in line with procedures.
• Work with the Team Manager and colleagues to achieve agreed contractual performance targets and organisational targets and objectives.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment across accommodation services; this may including room cleaning and clearance.
• Manage challenging situations in line with procedures and to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

The Role

As our Regional Corporate Fundraiser,  you'll be the driving force behind our local business partnerships, working with both large companies operating in the region and smaller local businesses looking to support their communities.

The Charity

At the Youth Adventure Trust, we use outdoor adventure to empower vulnerable young people from Swindon, Wiltshire and Somerset to fulfil their potential and lead positive lives in the future. Principal responsibilities and duties

Budget Management

• With the Head of Comms & Individual Giving, set annual budgets and programmes of activity, actively monitoring performance against these and adapting approach as necessary
• Plan, monitor and control expenditure as appropriate and manage income against set budget, KPIs; providing regular revised projections and narrative for the Senior Leadership Team and trustees as required

Our market leading COMPLY service is in high demand, and we are now seeking to grow our team with the appointment of an HR Consultant who will provide comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice, documentation, and compliance support to clients by phone, Teams / Zoom and email.
 
Position Overview
 
As an HR Consultant at Roots HR, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse client base, helping them navigate HR challenges and implement best practices. You will provide expert guidance in areas such as employee relations, compliance, HR strategy, and more. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment and wants to make a significant impact on our clients' success.
 
We need an experienced practitioner who has built their career in a well-structured environment and is now looking to take their first step into the consultancy arena. You will need a high level of initiative and the confidence and flexibility to meet the demands of an external client base, together with the drive and enthusiasm to work autonomously.
 
The successful candidate will, along with other essential criteria:

• Be qualified to Chartered MCIPD level or as a minimum
• Have extensive experience of delivering robust generalist HR advice and guidance, including advising and coaching line managers and advising to a successful conclusion on a broad range of complex employee relations issues
• Social sector experience or exposure, gained through employment, volunteering or governance role(s) with extensive and broad operational delivery of robust generalist HR advice and guidance
• Have excellent communication skills and be extremely skilled in influencing at all levels
• Have excellent written skills, able to produce high-quality reports and other documentation
• Be passionate about human resources and committed to updating their knowledge on a frequent basis.

The Registered Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of the Registered Care Home in full compliance with CQC regulations, ensuring high-quality and safe service provision. You will have achieved a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or an equivalent award, and bring proven experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to motivate and empower staff to create positive outcomes for the people we support. You will demonstrate a strong track record in managing services for individuals with complex mental health needs, with an understanding of the challenges this can present, alongside empathy for service users and a confident, assertive approach that supports recovery. Your background will include experience in recruitment, induction, supervision, appraisal, learning and development, and performance management, as well as high‑quality housing management. You will also have experience in managing budgets and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, and in building effective working relationships with key stakeholders including service users, families, placement officers, and a range of statutory, community and voluntary partners. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage information, analyse team performance and practice, and make informed recommendations for improvement. A sound understanding of equality, diversity, equity and inclusion, and the ability to embed good practice, is also required.

• Experience preparing group or consolidated accounts.

About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of victim services supporting children and young people. You will ensure the provision of high-quality services and compliance with contractual and organisational standards as well as supporting the Area Manager to identify opportunities for service development.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

• Manage and monitor service performance against KPIs and business plans.
• Lead and support your team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.
• Analyse data and produce reports to inform service improvements.
