The role
Senior Health Education Officer: This is an exciting and varied senior role where you will support the coordination and delivery of a range of education programmes and projects for health and social care professionals. Working closely with other members of the Education team, you will organise events, training and meetings, build relationships with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders, and contribute to the delivery and continuous improvement of high-quality learning that enhances MS care.

This role is central to strengthening and connecting Carers Trust’s organisational networks across the UK. What does this role do?
As Community Fundraising Officer, you’ll:

• link the rehoming centre with supporters in the local community, developing relationships with local individuals, businesses, community groups and clubs,

This role is based at the rehoming centre, and the post holder will spend lots of time in the community meeting supporters. The working pattern is typically Monday and Tuesdays, but flexibility is required and is likely to involve some evening and weekend work, depending on the nature of the work.

As the Marketing & Communications Officer, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day delivery of our marketing and communications activity. Working alongside the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll be part of a small, ambitious team that delivers high-quality marketing and communications with creativity, pace and purpose. Your primary focus will be creating engaging content, managing our digital channels and delivering campaigns that increase footfall and raise the profile of Cambridge Science Centre.

This role requires an agile, proactive generalist who enjoys turning ideas into action, taking ownership of everything from social media and web updates to print production, paid promotions and promotional events. The Role

Working alongside other officers, you will report to either the Individual Giving Lead responsible for our cause-related products or the Individual Giving Lead responsible for our gaming products. What the job involves

As Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, you’ll play a central role in helping us understand and demonstrate the real difference our work makes. You’ll manage the development and delivery of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for our Health Equity, Services and Improvement directorate, ensuring we can track our progress against Prostate Cancer UK’s new strategy with confidence. As part of the Data and Evidence team, you’ll bring together data and insight to tell a clear story about our impact for men and the wider healthcare system.

In this role, you’ll design practical, meaningful ways to measure success, from shaping our key performance indicators to strengthening how we collect and use data over time. You’ll draw on information from multiple sources to build a joined-up view of our activity, and use clear, engaging data visualisation to bring your findings to life. You’ll also support reporting to boards and committees, presenting evidence in a way that is accessible, relevant and supports good decision-making.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, helping them evaluate their work and feel more confident using data in their day-to-day roles. By championing a culture of evidence-based decision making and continuous learning, you’ll help teams see the value of monitoring and evaluation and use it to improve what they do.

What we want from you

You’ll bring strong expertise in monitoring, evaluation and learning, with experience of applying approaches such as theory of change, outcome harvesting and logic models in practice. You’ll be skilled at evaluating public health or similar programmes, with a strong understanding of impact measurement and the ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data. Experience in data visualisation is important, and familiarity with tools like Tableau or Power BI would be a bonus.

For centuries, the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham in Norfolk has welcomed pilgrims, visitors and communities seeking reflection, connection and renewal.

About the role 

As our first dedicated Fundraising Officer, you'll work closely with our Partnerships & Development Manager and small income generation team, helping to grow and diversify the funding that sustains and scales our mission.

This is a hands-on, varied role with real scope to develop your fundraising career in a fast-growing charity. You'll support the income generation team with day-to-day fundraising activities across multiple income streams, with a focus on trusts and foundations alongside corporate partnerships, high net worth individuals and individual giving.

You’ll be:

• Preparing funding applications and grant writing: researching, developing, and submitting high-quality applications to trusts, foundations, and corporate funders, drafting compelling proposals that bring GoodWork's impact to life
• Prospect research and pipeline management: support with identifying new funding opportunities and maintaining accurate records of all fundraising contacts, applications, and deadlines, and helping to monitor income targets and reporting cycles
• Relationship management: supporting with building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with current and prospective funders
• Funder reporting: managing reporting cycles and producing accurate, engaging impact reports that demonstrate GoodWork's value to funders
• Events and engagement: supporting the coordination of funder engagement opportunities and events
• Cross-team collaboration: working across the GoodWork team to gather impact data and programme insights that strengthen funding applications and reports

What we're looking for

We're looking for an ambitious, motivated fundraiser who is driven by GoodWork's mission and ready to take ownership of a varied and impactful role. For this role, we’re looking for someone with at least a year's experience in a charity fundraising team, with exposure to trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, high net worth, or community fundraising.

• Excellent written communication and grant writing skills: a proven ability to write compelling, persuasive funding proposals and funder reports that translate complex information into clear, motivating narratives, with strong attention to detail
• Analytical skills: confidence working with data and numbers, including the ability to pull together impact information and basic budget figures to support funding applications and funder reports
• Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to build and maintain relationships with funders and colleagues at all levels
• Strong organisational skills: comfortable working at pace, managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and reporting cycles, and taking ownership of your own workload

We work with a diverse group of young people from underserved communities. We particularly encourage applications from minoritised ethnic candidates and those who have lived experience relevant to our programme, particularly non-graduates and those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Salary: £33,280 annually with 4% employer pension contribution.
• Hybrid (London), 3 day/s a week in-person with the team at GoodWork HQ, Warren Street.
