Role Purpose
The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic, operational and values-led leadership for Home-Start Norfolk, ensuring the charity delivers its mission, supports its families effectively and remains financially sustainable. Lead the development of a diverse and resilient income strategy, including grants, trusts and foundations, individual giving, corporate partnerships, contracts and other appropriate income streams.

Ensure the charity delivers high-quality, safe and effective services that achieve positive outcomes for families.

Variety is looking for a PR and Communications Manager to join our successful fundraising and communications team for FTC maternity cover. This role includes management of internal and external communication channels at Variety including the website, supporter newsletters, social media and PR. Leading on brand and design, you will oversee freelance support during busy periods including photographers and filmmakers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MAIN BENEFITS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
25 days holiday (we also normally give between Christmas and New Year off, but this is not contractual). Title: Programme & Events Coordinator

Arrhythmia Alliance and its two sister charities (AF Association and STARS – Syncope Trust) is one of the world's leading heart rhythm charities, delivering internationally recognised educational programmes, medical conferences, awareness campaigns patient educational events, awareness programmes and exhibiting at congresses to promote and deliver our work.
Working alongside and reporting to the HRC Manager, you will coordinate the planning and delivery of healthcare professional conferences, patient education events, our programmes, awareness campaigns and digital programmes across the UK and internationally.
You will provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to ensure programmes and events are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Event & Programme Coordination
· Coordinate venue bookings, accommodation, travel, catering, audio-visual requirements, faculty invites, registration and event logistics.
· Maintain project plans, action trackers and planning documentation.
· Prepare delegate materials, speaker information and event resources.
· Liaise with internal teams to ensure all event requirements are completed within agreed timescales.
· Monitor deadlines and escalate any risks or issues to the HRC Manager.

Working Pattern

The successful candidate will be expected to work occasionally outside normal office hours to support conferences, meetings, educational programmes and charity events. The Crisis & Resilience Fund Team Leader will lead the delivery of the Exeter Crisis & Resilience Service, providing operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred support to residents experiencing financial hardship, crisis and multiple disadvantage. The postholder will line manage Navigate's Client Liaison Officers and the Money Advice Caseworkers employed by partners Churches Housing Action Team (CHAT) and Encompass Southwest to ensure a seamless, coordinated service that supports individuals from immediate financial crisis through to long term resilience. As Navigate's operational lead for the contract, the Team Leader will foster strong partnership working, maintain effective communication across organisations and ensure clients experience a consistent 'No Wrong Door' approach. Alongside leadership responsibilities, the postholder will manage a small caseload of complex clients, delivering FCA-regulated debt advice, welfare benefits advice, advocacy and holistic financial resilience support. They will provide guidance and oversight for complex casework, ensuring clients receive timely, flexible interventions tailored to their individual circumstances.
The Team Leader will champion Wis£rmoney’s relationship-based, trauma-informed approach, recognising that financial hardship rarely exists in isolation. By supporting staff to build trusted relationships with clients, remove barriers to engagement and address the wider issues affecting financial wellbeing, the role will help residents achieve sustainable financial stability, independence and resilience. Job description
We are looking for an Extended Learning Coordinator to support delivery of extended learning activities at Students' Union UCL. This includes coordinating logistics, communications and student‑facing operations for the flagship ExtendED Learning Programme.

The Role
As Wellbeing Services Manager, you will provide day-to-day support to a growing team of independent, contracted counsellors. Working closely with the Wellbeing Director, you will contribute to governance, protocol development, administrative coordination, and quality assurance across the service.

Person Specification
Qualifications & professional membership
Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (completed); higher qualifications welcomed.

Experience
Experience managing a team of counsellors, including providing internal oversight of service delivery, distinct from the formal clinical supervision counsellors hold independently as a condition of their professional registration.
Significant, demonstrable experience in transgender and gender-affirming healthcare at a senior level.
Proven ability to manage risk, safeguarding, and ethically complex presentations.
Experience in a mentoring or counselling lead capacity.
Familiarity with the unique needs of trans+ and gender-diverse people across a range of presentations.
