About the role

London-based contract with the option of hybrid working between the office and home.

In this role your expertise in industrial relations and understanding of trade unions will be critical to the CSP as it supports physiotherapy and support staff in workplaces across the UK.

You will lead the CSP’s work on Job Evaluation — championing fair pay structures by representing the profession in the NHS Job Evaluation Group, as well as developing and sharing specialist knowledge in this area with staff and reps.

You will coordinate evidence-based responses to Government consultations related to the workplace, ensuring our members’ experiences and priorities cut through with decision makers and help shape CSP policy and strategy around employment matters.

Your research and policy work will underpin bargaining, campaigning and negotiations across local, regional, country and UK levels — turning evidence into influence to improve our members working lives.

You will make sure our reps have the right information at the right time by producing high‑quality materials that support recruitment, activism and workplace organising and you will provide clear, authoritative guidance on employment and union matters for members,

A core part of the role will be to produce a range of documents and materials, including reports; briefings/ guidance; consultation responses; speeches; articles; and text for leaflets, posters, in house journal and website. You will be adept at drafting to suit a range of print and digital channels and formats.

Working arrangements

Hybrid working

The CSP operates a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work between their home and the office. While we do not stipulate the number of days in the office, employees can decide, through discussions with their line managers, how, when, and where they work best, balancing the needs of the CSP, the team, and themselves. Employees are still expected to attend the office for in-person meetings when required for their role and the organisation. Homeworking is subject to meeting homeworking assessment requirements, which include a minimum broadband speed of 18Mbps and a dedicated space to work from

As a Wilder Learning Officer, you’ll help shape and deliver an inspiring programme of outdoor learning, training and engagement that connects people of all ages with nature across Sussex. About the role
We are recruiting for a Head of Talent, Ambassadors and Influencer Relationships to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week on a permanent contract. This is a home-based role, however there is a requirement to travel to London on a regular basis to attend in-person networking events and meetings with donors, key stakeholders and team members.

As Head of Talent, Ambassadors and Influencer Relationships, you will be responsible for harnessing the power of public figures and sport to drive long-term engagement, profile, and impact. You will achieve this by identifying, securing, and managing relationships with celebrity supporters, ambassadors, and influencers, whilst also building and maintaining positive relationships with agents, managers, and representatives.

In this new senior leadership role, you will lead and manage a specialist team, whilst also working collaboratively with key internal teams and stakeholders to create high-impact moments and campaigns that increase engagement, relevance, and organisational fame.

You will lead a joined-up strategy across celebrity talent, ambassadors, sport organisations, and broadcasters with the aim of developing a credible, high-performing network of public figures who authentically champion our mission and enhance the national profile and public support for the Society. About you

The volunteer journey is all about a volunteer’s experience in Scouts - from the moment they join, through how they learn, grow, and feel supported and valued.

About Team Domenica

Team Domenica exists to help young people with learning disabilities build independent, fulfilling lives through sustained employment. Founded in 2016 by Baroness Rosa Monckton, the charity combines a Department for Education-recognised Specialist Further Education college, employment coaching and long-term employer support to achieve unrivalled outcomes for young people with learning  disabilities - around 80% of programme graduates move into paid work.

Over the last decade the organisation has supported more than 200 candidates and built a portfolio of social enterprises that provide genuine workplace training: Café Domenica and a coffee roastery. Most excitingly, we have recently opening The North Star pub. The North Star is a purpose-acquired, prime-location commercial venture adjacent to the Royal Pavilion, operating as a full-scale hospitality business (circa £1.3m turnover) and functioning as a peerless, day-to-day training environment for candidates while contributing vital unrestricted income. Now that the pub is fully up and running, it presents a major opportunity for commercial development. Growth to date has been rapid and successful, but the organisation now needs a Chief Executive who will consolidate operational foundations, secure sustainable trading and fundraising, and protect the quality and culture that make Team Domenica distinctive as we prepare for further growth.

As our next Chief Executive, you will:

• Strategic Leadership & Direction - Set and deliver a strategy that balances growth, financial sustainability and strong employment outcomes for candidates.

• Commercial & Social Enterprise Performance - Lead the charity’s commercial enterprises, primarily The North Star pub, but also Café Domenica and the roastery - ensuring strong commercial performance and high-quality training opportunities.

• Fundraising & Income Growth - Diversify fundraising beyond founder-led networks, building sustainable income from trusts, corporates, major donors and individuals.

• Education & Programme Quality - Work with the Executive Director for Education to maintain high-quality, compliant specialist FE and supported internship provision.

• Organisational Leadership & Infrastructure - Strengthen operational foundations across finance, HR, systems and communications to support a growing, multi-site organisation.

• People & Culture - Provide visible leadership that supports staff, strengthens management and protects the charity’s candidate-centred culture.

• Partnerships & External Profile - Act as ambassador, building relationships with employers, partners and supporters to expand employment opportunities.

• Governance & Board Partnership - Work closely with trustees and the founder to strengthen governance and ensure long-term sustainability.

Who you are

• Seasoned senior leader with experience of running organisations of similar scale and complexity, including multi-site operations.

• Proven strategist with a strong track record of delivering organisational change, restructuring and sustainable growth.

• Confident commercial leader with P&L ownership and demonstrable success improving trading performance in hospitality, retail or other trading businesses.

• Experienced income generator in the charitable sector - trusts, major donors, corporate partnerships and individual giving.

• Credible and committed to specialist education and employment pathways for people with learning disabilities.

• Strong communicator and public spokesperson, comfortable with high-profile fundraising and stakeholder engagement.

• Financially literate, resilient and emotionally intelligent; visible, hands-on and pragmatic as a leader.
Desirable: direct hospitality experience, experience scaling social enterprises or knowledge of FE regulation/Ofsted would be advantageous.

The Role

The role will provide essential support to strengthen monitoring, evaluation and learning across Global Witness. Working closely with the MEL Lead and colleagues in the Campaign function and other teams, you will help collect and analyse data, maintain systems, and contribute to learning processes that enable us to understand and demonstrate our impact.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in a monitoring, evaluation and learning role, or related experience in research, data analysis, or project support.
• Experience of working with partners in an equitable way and demonstratable experience engaging partners in and across MEL processes.
• Understanding of MEL approaches and methods, with some experience using both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Strong data management and analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel; experience with other MEL tools/software an advantage.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communicator and facilitator, able to present information in an accessible and engaging way.
• Collaborative and proactive team player, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Role Overview

The Trainer is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training and development programmes for unpaid carers, professionals in the Education, Health & Social care sectors, and for corporate partners. This role is key to empowering carers with knowledge about their rights, and upskilling professionals and businesses to better support carers. The Trainer will also facilitate 'train the trainer' sessions to build capacity and extend the reach of the service's educational mission.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in designing and delivering training to adult learners
• Experience in developing inclusive and accessible training materials for diverse audiences
• Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and adapting approaches based on feedback and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Sound knowledge of safeguarding principles and procedures, with the ability to embed these into training content.
• Awareness of barriers faced by unpaid carers and the importance of inclusive practice in community engagement.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and group management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Competence in creating engaging and accessible training resources using digital tools and formats.
