We have an exciting opening for a full time Corporate Partnerships Manager within our friendly and supportive Income and Engagement team, based at our site in Farnham or Guilford, in Surrey. This energising role is central to the growth of our corporate partnerships program, with a strong focus on developing new business while continuing to strengthen and maximise existing relationships. It’s a varied and fast-paced position where no two weeks are the same, requiring energy, initiative and a commercial mindset. One day you might be identifying and securing new corporate partners, and the next you could be working closely with existing supporters to deepen engagement through initiatives such as corporate volunteering days or bespoke fundraising activity. The role also offers significant opportunity to build on the success of our corporate Firewalk, which launched as a pilot event last year and proved hugely successful, with clear potential to grow and enhance it. There is plenty of scope to think creatively and shape innovative partnership ideas that will drive long-term income growth.

A successful Corporate Partnerships Manager will have:
- Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or a related field, with a track record of securing and managing corporate partnerships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with a variety of audiences, from corporate decision-makers to volunteers
- Understanding of the local business community and Phyllis Tuckwell’s catchment area across West Surrey & North East Hampshire
- Experience managing relationships with corporate partners, supporters, and the ability to deliver exceptional stewardship
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a busy, collaborative team
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to support corporate events and fundraising activities
- A full driving licence and access to their own vehicle

The Assistant Head of Individual Giving is a key, senior role in the Individual Giving Section, overseeing the development and delivery of multi-channel direct marketing activities that inspire and motivate many thousands of new supporters to join the charity’s donor base each year. The post also leads the development and implementation of new acquisition products from concept to launch and meeting an annual fundraising target of approximately £1M. The successful candidate will have
- Extensive expertise in all aspects of direct marketing, specifically acquisition, including detailed knowledge and experience of how best to maximise both offline and online channels, as well as successfully implementing new and innovative products or offers.
- Experience in successful strategic planning, management and implementation of strategy will be critical as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

City Year UK is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Partnerships Manager to drive new business and nurture existing corporate relationships.

The Role
This role is central to building a strong, sustainable income pipeline and increasing support for our programmes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Operational Leadership
· Lead the day-to-day running and strategic direction of the charity in line with the Board’s vision.
· Develop, manage, and oversee the charity's resources and workstreams.

2. Programme Management & Delivery

· Drive the delivery and expansion of our core programmes, including the Physical Activities (Walk & Talks, Sports Hubs), Volunteer Engagement, Community Partnerships and the Personal Wellbeing Plans (PWP)18.
· Develop and implement the Marauders Pathway Programme to establish a culture of good citizenship and peer support.
3. People & Volunteer Management
· Provide leadership, support, and development for staff, managing issues such as payroll, sickness, and holidays.
· Oversee the Volunteer Co-ordinator to develop a comprehensive volunteer management process, including recruitment, training, and 'Reward & Recognition’.
· Help inspire 100 men to give back to the community through volunteering.
4. Partnerships & IT Development
· Maintain and forge new community partnerships (e.g. with voluntary organisations, NGO’s, other charities and social enterprises) to enhance volunteering, education, and wellbeing services.
· Spearhead the development of our IT Platform, focusing on a robust website and a Beneficiary Management System (CRM) for efficient reporting, data capture, and engagement.
· Oversee digital marketing and communications, including newsletters and social media content.

The Marketing and Comms Manager will support the delivery of Ella’s integrated communications,
marketing and emerging advocacy work. This role will help to ensure Ella’s reaches and influences

The Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Associate Director of Philanthropy, UK, the Philanthropy Manager will support the implementation of the UK Philanthropy team’s strategy, with a focus to identify, establish and develop new and existing high value relationships with individuals who have the capacity to support IRC at a five and six figure level. This is an exciting role working with senior stakeholders across IRC, in the UK and internationally, to cultivate and steward relationships with philanthropists to effectively solicit multi-year gifts to fund high-impact programmes that will deliver transformative change for IRC clients across the world.
As part of this, the Philanthropy Manager will:
· Develop and implement initiatives to identify, cultivate and solicit gifts from donors in the major gift range of £10,000 and above, both in partnership with the Director of Philanthropy and through account management of a discreet prospect portfolio
· Work closely with the Director of Philanthropy and the research function to identify and cultivate positive relationships with existing donors and new prospects to significantly grow our major donor pipeline
· Manage a portfolio of major donors through various personalised approaches, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, events and written and verbal communications
· Develop personalised donor stewardship plans with the aim of increasing their engagement and uplifting their support to achieve the revenue target for the UK Philanthropy team and the overall revenue target for the International Philanthropy team
