About the team
The Strategy, Planning and Performance Manager reports to the Director of Strategy, Performance and Planning, working across both UK and the global federation’s performance and planning functions and our Global Strategy. They will therefore belong both to the UK Finance, Technology and Strategic Planning Directorate team and to the Global Secretariat. The team consists of roles that work across WAUK and WA international.

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager in the Brand and Marketing team, you’ll balance purpose‑driven storytelling with performance‑focused marketing, shaping content that raises awareness, drives engagement, supports service uptake and promotes our B2B training and consultancy services.

Fundraising Officer (Corporate)

Key deliverables:
• Secure and grow low‑ to medium‑value corporate partnerships, supporting delivery of ambitious income targets.
• Research prospective partners and build a strong, purpose‑led corporate fundraising pipeline.
• Support high‑value (£50k+) corporate partnerships through proposal development, applications and stewardship.
• Build trusting, long‑term relationships with corporate supporters, delivering excellent donor care and engagement.
• Develop tailored partnership proposals and sponsorship packages aligned to corporate CSR/ESG goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance against KPIs and produce clear progress reports.
• Represent Depaul UK confidently in meetings, events and project visits with corporate partners.
• Work collaboratively across fundraising, communications and regional teams to maximise impact and income.
What we are looking for from you (Person Specification)

• Proven experience in charity fundraising
• Understanding of income channels that could be utilised within a corporate and community fundraising setting.

The Role
As a Forced Marriage and Honour Based Abuse Support and Outreach Worker you will provide person-centred, needs-led support, advocacy and safety planning to victims and survivors, ensuring they are safeguarded and supported to access appropriate services, including legal advice and assistance with evidence gathering.
You will support applications for Forced Marriage Protection Orders and other civil protection orders, and help individuals to report abuse and navigate the criminal justice process with ongoing emotional and practical support. You will work in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies to coordinate effective responses and improve access to support pathways.
The role includes delivering and supporting group work, workshops and outreach activities that reduce isolation and build confidence, resilience and independence. You will also contribute to awareness-raising and training for young people, community members and professionals, as well as supporting the development of campaigns and engagement work. In addition, you will participate in a 24-hour helpline rota, assist with policy development, and ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational procedures and regulatory requirements.
Specific areas of responsibility include:
You will be expected to cover on a rota basis out of hours and weekend on-call for emergencies.
About You
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively when advocating for service users, raising awareness of FM & HBA and representing the charity.
