Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a fantastic charity to recruit for The Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer to join its fundraising team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious corporate fundraiser to manage and develop a portfolio of corporate partnerships, maximise income and build strong, long-term relationships with supporters.

Working closely with the Director of Fundraising and wider fundraising team, you will play a key role in delivering partnership plans, identifying opportunities for growth and securing new corporate support.

The Role

You will take responsibility for a portfolio of existing corporate partnerships, developing tailored partnership plans and ensuring partners receive excellent stewardship throughout their relationship with the organisation.

You will:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate partnerships, maximising income and achieving agreed objectives.
• Develop and deliver tailored partnership plans with clear KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth, upselling and multi-year funding.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with corporate partners and ensure they receive excellent stewardship.
• Present at corporate partnership meetings and deliver engaging presentations and lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Coordinate corporate volunteering opportunities, working closely with corporate supporters and internal colleagues.
• Produce high-quality, tailored reports demonstrating the impact of corporate partners' support.
• Work closely with Community and Events colleagues to identify opportunities for corporate partners to engage with events and fundraising activities.
• Contribute to departmental plans, income targets, forecasting and strategic development.
• Respond to and qualify new corporate partnership enquiries, nominations and recommendations.
• Assess potential opportunities based on income potential, strategic fit, complexity and timescales.
• Progress suitable new business opportunities through to conversion, while recognising when more complex opportunities require additional strategic input.
• Support the development of high-value corporate opportunities through research, introductions and relationship management.

About You

We are looking for an experienced corporate fundraiser with a proven track record of developing successful corporate partnerships and securing income.

You will bring:

• Proven experience working in a successful corporate fundraising role.
• A strong track record of managing and developing corporate partnerships.
• Experience personally securing corporate partnerships and grants.
• Experience writing engaging, high-quality reports and proposals for corporate audiences.
• Strong presentation, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience presenting to a wide range of corporate audiences.
• Experience working collaboratively with events or fundraising teams to develop corporate engagement opportunities.
• Experience using a CRM database and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple partnerships effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to research opportunities and develop compelling proposals and partnership plans.
• Good commercial awareness and an understanding of how businesses operate.
• A proactive and creative approach to developing corporate relationships.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
• Contract type: Permanent, full time
• Location: London, hybrid working, minimum 1 day a week in the office
• Deadline: on rolling basis
