  • Planning and managing integrated fundraising activity across digital, direct mail, telephone and face-to-face channels.
  • Creating compelling supporter journeys that encourage deeper engagement and long-term support.
  • Managing donor stewardship, communications and exclusive supporter experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects the RSC's values.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across Development, Brand & Audiences and Communications to deliver effective fundraising content and campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing supporter data and using insights to improve future fundraising activity.

To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have:

  • Experience of managing successful Individual Giving, Membership or Patron fundraising programmes.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel fundraising or membership campaigns that achieve income and engagement targets.
  • Strong understanding of donor acquisition, retention, stewardship and supporter journey development.
  • Experience of using CRM systems and fundraising data to analyse performance and inform campaign decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with supporters, colleagues and external partners.

The RSC's Development department is split between Stratford-upon-Avon and London, with the Individual Giving team based in Stratford-upon-Avon. This position will be based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with occasional travel to London.
