Product Marketing Coordinator
This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.
You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.
This is a varied, hands‑on role combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, and desk‑based work with regular visits to properties. You’ll be supported in role by our senior marketing coordinator and head of marketing and business development.
The fundamentals of the role
Marketing and sales enablement
- Develop property messaging, value propositions, and supporting materials.
- Ensure each property has strong visual assets, including photography, video, and written content.
- Create and maintain property information sheets for internal and external use.
- Coordinate property‑related communications, including Mailchimp viewing emails and location‑based social media content.
- Work with the Marketing team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and go‑to‑market activity.
Viewings organisation and coordination
- Plan, schedule, and continuously improve the property viewings process.
- Supervise and support a small team of property viewing assistants (PVAs), including training, quality oversight, and timesheet approval.
- Ensure PVAs have accurate, up‑to‑date product information, sales guidance, and customer engagement support.
- Occasionally attend viewings to assess quality and gather feedback.
Go-to-market planning and execution
- Visit properties to understand condition, local context, and customer appeal.
- Support property launch planning, including pricing, audience targeting, and marketing tactics.
- Coordinate with Marketing to implement campaigns that attract high‑quality guardians.
- Track and report on the performance of property launches and viewings.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and service standards.
Product vision and positioning
- Support the definition and development of clear, compelling property value propositions.
- Ensure property products align with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
- Work with Marketing and Services to connect operational quality with external positioning.
Market and customer insight
- Research market needs, pricing, locations, and competitor activity.
- Develop and refine guardian personas to support effective targeting and communication.
- Share insights across the business to inform marketing, sales, and product decisions.
- Handle applicant information responsibly, ensuring personal data is recorded, stored and shared in line with GDPR requirements and Dot Dot Dot’s data protection policies.
Product lifecycle management
- Liaise with Services during property setup to ensure standards and product features are embedded from the outset.
- Oversee the property journey from setup through launch and occupation.
- Ensure properties are ready for viewings and occupancy through clear coordination and communication.

- Develop meaningful volunteering pathways, including corporate volunteering, embed community voice in programme design and evaluation, and contribute to organisational sustainability through effective budgeting, reporting and fundraising support.

Time Commitment and Remuneration
This role is part time with a commitment of approximately 2-3 days per year, including time spent preparing for meetings. Meetings will usually take place via MS Teams but may on occasion be held at the GOC Offices in London or other suitable venues.
Members are paid up to £185 per meeting. This is taxable and subject to National Insurance (NI) contributions. This is in line with our member fees policy and member fee schedule.

We’re building partnerships with leading companies across the UK, raising the profile of kidney disease and working with them to make sure that their customer service teams understand the needs of kidney patients throughout the country, working with them to make sure that kidney patients are top priority for their vulnerable customer teams. We’re working with global pharmaceutical companies developing world class patient information and advice. And we want to identify more companies in different sectors who are passionate about supporting people with kidney disease, which is why we are expanding our Corporate Partnerships team.
The charity is set to build on this success and aims to continue this growth, so that we can reach more kidney patients and their families, providing critical support at a time when it is needed now more than ever.
About the role
The Corporate Partnerships Officer will play a key role in this growth, managing and securing new corporate partnerships with support from the Corporate Partnerships Manager. Our corporate partnership income has grown from zero in 2020 to c£2.3 million in 2025. It is a very exciting time to be joining the charity and our Fundraising team.
Primarily, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of corporate partnerships, growing strong relationships, delivering partnership activities, and proactively securing new corporate partnerships, including charity of the year relationships. You'll further support the Corporate Partnership Manager and Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications as needed with key activities within larger partnerships, developing a well rounded understanding of how Kidney Care UK works in partnership.
You will also work closely with the Events, Marketing & Communications teams to promote and support all opportunities to drive corporate income growth ensuring strong collaboration.
Key duties will include;
- Managing relationships with key contacts,
- Delivering partnership activities such as renal unit visits or training presentations to key staff,
- Delivering informative annual reports,
- Proactively secure and onboard new partnerships within your target area.
You will do this by stewarding the significant number of existing relationships and partnerships we already hold and maximising any opportunities that exist. Alongside this, you'll be working with the Corporate Partnership Manager to manage a personal goal of generating new partnerships through proactive engagement to and through our supporters, beneficiaries, networks, and contacts.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a part time governance and compliance officer to oversee our governance and risk framework as a non-profit regulated by the Charities Commission (England and Wales) and OSCR (Scotland).
You will identify, develop, maintain and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation with the various regulations that we must adhere to such as Charities Commission, OSCR, Fundraising Regulator, Companies House, UK Data Protection and Safeguarding.
As governance and compliance officer, you will deliver high quality, professional and compliant governance across the charity, nationally and in supporting our network of support groups (see About IA) ensuring we comply with statutory regulations, that protect our members and the charity itself while applying best practice principles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and documenting a detailed understanding of charity practices, paying specific attention to areas where IA is bound by statutory regulations
- Developing robust policies and procedures that ensure charity compliance and best practice
- Remaining up to date with current regulations that IA is bound by and ensuring any changes are implemented within any imposed deadlines
- Regularly review and maintain policies and procedures auditing your findings to ensure exemplary record keeping following up with implementing changes
- Implementing policies and procedures amongst staff, volunteers and the Board of Trustees with robust record keeping introducing governance cycles to keep everyone updated with current policy and communicating changes where necessary
- Identifying risks, recommending mitigating actions and reporting your findings to the management team and Board of Trustees

- Recommending and monitoring recommended training among staff and volunteers especially where IA is bound by statutory regulations
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to IA who are responsible for providing services to the charity that support our governance and risk framework

PERSON SPECIFICATION
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable experience of at least 12m in governance and risk management within a not for profit environment with working knowledge of UK charity regulations. Exceptional candidates from a commercial background would be considered
- A thorough working knowledge of risk management
- Development, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of governance and risk frameworks
- Documenting, reviewing and mitigating risk
- Demonstrable experience of regular reporting to management

We are seeking a passionate Chief Executive Officer to oversee the day-to-day running of the charity and support the Board of Trustees.

We are looking for an Advocacy Assistant who is keen to contribute to the work of CAFOD’s advocacy work, especially our work in Parliament. You will work closely with the policy and campaigns teams in contributing to bringing about long-term change for the poorest and most marginalised. The post will be responsible for monitoring key issues in Parliament and supporting work with the CAFOD All-Party Parliamentary Group. It provides direct support to the Director of Advocacy and Communications and ensures our advocacy and development education grants programme is well administered. The Upper Room (TUR) works with individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty, social exclusion and involvement with the criminal justice system. Through UR4Meals, UR4Driving and UR4Jobs, we provide practical support, dignity and opportunity to some of the most disadvantaged members of our community in West London.

John Wesley’s New Room is the oldest Methodist building in the world (Grade I listed) and is a small but busy place where no two days are the same. An important piece of Bristol’s history, the New Room is where Methodism started and the museum and collection tell the story of John Wesley. About the opportunity
As Accounts Assistant focusing on Treasury and Accounts Receivables, you'll play an important role in delivering a high-performing, efficient financial transactions operation with partnership and improvement at its core.
