RUHX are seeking a motivated and collaborative Charity Impact Manager to lead our internal grants programme and ensure that charitable funds deliver measurable impact for patients, families and staff.

You will play a key role in implementing our new grant‑making system to strengthen monitoring, compliance, approvals and financial forecasting across all restricted and unrestricted funds. Working closely with clinical, operational and fundraising teams, you will help shape a strong pipeline of strategically aligned projects and support the delivery of donor‑funded initiatives, including restricted grants and major donor commitments.

Main duties of the job

No two days in our team are the same. In this role you will spilt your time working onsite in the office in Bath, so that you can meet clinical colleagues across the hospital, with opportunities to work flexibly from home.  You will have a varied role which involves managing a wide range of duties and tasks including.

• Lead the RUHX internal grants process, ensuring all charitable expenditure is compliant and aligned to strategic priorities and donor intent.
• Support the implementation and management of a new grant‑making system that tracks assessments, approvals, expenditure, commitments and fund forecasting.
• Build strong relationships with RUH teams to encourage and support high‑quality, high‑impact grant applications.
• Work with the Development Team to deliver and monitor donor‑funded and restricted‑grant projects, ensuring accurate reporting for stewardship.
• Lead impact measurement and evaluation across all funded projects, producing clear and engaging reports for governance and donors.
• Monitor fund utilisation, project progress and risks, providing regular updates to senior leadership and the Charities Committee.

Regenerate is looking to recruit a highly organised, efficient and focused Grants fundraiser & Information Manager. Regenerate is 100% self-funded through fundraising endeavours, and so as Grants Manager you will be an integral part of our operations. The role is all about thinking creatively and securing funding through applications to Trusts and Grant giving bodies.

To do this, you must be able to understand the impact of Regenerate’s work and creatively demonstrate its worth to a variety of current and potential stakeholders. Job Summary

The Philanthropy Manager will develop a philanthropy strategy, building on the partnerships and resources already in place. You will develop a pipeline backed up by robust prospect research (some administrative assistance will be provided), and instigate a cultivation and stewardship programme, typically adopting a staged approach to major asks.

You will be accountable for the acquisition, development, and stewardship of high value supporters for CUF, both individual philanthropists and non-statutory grant-making bodies. You will develop and strengthen relationships with existing donors, as well as identifying warm prospects currently not supporting CUF financially. A key part of your role will be meeting and engaging major donor prospects to grow the pool.

You will engage with Trustees and senior leaders, to identify and nurture Christian philanthropists and grant body decision-makers within their spheres of influence.

You will lead on developing cases for support and writing grant applications, helped by the wider staff team.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with high levels of motivation, and the ability to both develop and operationalise strategy as a member of a small team. You will have a track record of successfully initiating, managing and developing relationships with High-Net-Worth individuals and grantmaking bodies, and securing donations and grants, via proposals or through face-to-face meetings, as required.

Are you an experienced fundraiser looking for a job that is varied, dynamic and helps create meaningful change in the current climate crisis?

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Officer to lead a strategic approach to Net Zero fundraising across six dioceses: Worcester, Hereford, Gloucester, Birmingham, Coventry, and Lichfield.

In this role you will shape and strengthen the financial foundations of a transformative, region-wide NZC programme helping churches, schools, clergy housing and diocesan buildings reduce carbon emissions and respond to the climate crisis. In collaboration with teams in all six dioceses you will:

· Support diocesan staff to secure funding to deliver net zero carbon projects and initiatives.

· Lead a strategic approach to NZC fundraising.

· Contribute to the infrastructure, culture and capability across the dioceses in furthering their NZC plans.

Grow Together Bucks are seeking a highly motivated Business Manager, with a passion for and experience of community growing, to run and develop our operation and projects – to share the joy and magic of growing food with children, families and the community in High Wycombe and South Bucks.

Since 2020 our small team has established a successful community allotment, valuable projects/strands of work with local schools and organisations, a wonderful team of volunteers and good relationships with key funders and stakeholders.

We are looking for someone to join us on a freelance basis initially, on a 6-month, minimum 3 day a week (subject to funding) fixed term contract, in an operational role and at Director level to manage the business, deliver and develop our projects and to secure the future direction of community growing in High Wycombe. The role will be home-based/onsite. A local candidate, with knowledge of the communities in Wycombe, who can attend our community allotment sessions and projects on a regular basis, would be highly desirable.

As an experienced Business, Programme, Operations or Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of Grow Together Bucks as a not-for-profit CIC. Joining the board as a Director, you will oversee and plan our programmes of community and schools growing work, coordinating partnerships with key stakeholders and approaching funders and generating income to help continue our projects and core work. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring budgets, outputs, reporting on and publicising our key strands of work.

Reporting to the Grants Manager, you will create a positive impact on young people across the UK by supporting the distribution of unrestricted multi-year grant funding delivered as part of our evolving offer to unlock youth work for all young people. Working with the Grants Manager, you will ensure we deliver at a high quality consistently.

What is the role

Victim Support Scotland (VSS) is seeking an inspirational and strategic leader to join our Corporate Leadership Team as Head of Income Generation & Development. We want to ensure that no one affected by crime is left without help, regardless of how or where they seek support and this is a pivotal role at the heart of our mission to support people affected by crime across Scotland.

As the senior lead for income generation, fundraising, partnerships and associated external development, you will drive the successful delivery and continued evolution of VSS’s Income Generation Strategy, ensuring it aligns with our organisational ambitions for 2026–2031. With a clear focus on long-term sustainability, you will maximise opportunities to secure funding that strengthens and expands our impact.

You will build and maintain a diverse and resilient portfolio of income streams, including grants, partnerships, commissioned services, tenders, corporate giving and community fundraising to  ensure stability and growth. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Board and external partners, you will identify and pursue strategic development opportunities that advance VSS’s mission.

Alongside income generation, you will provide leadership on income-related brand and marketing activity that enhances our visibility and supports strategic partnership development. You will also ensure excellence in grant management, compliance and funder reporting across the organisation.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record of delivering high-value fundraising and partnerships at a senior level and is ready to take our income generation strategy to its next phase.

Salary band: £47,266.24 - £62,420.00 . Salary on appointment will normally be at the lower salary point, with progression subject to review - in line with VSS progression arrangements.  A higher salary placing will only be considered in exceptional circumstances subject to experience demonstrated

Primary location: Glasgow or Edinburgh

What you’ll need to be successful

We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level or above, has evidence of continuing professional development, proven project management skills and a track record of successful tendering and procurement practices.  You will have the ability to develop effective internal and external relationships and networks and be a skilled communicator. Someone who has a good working knowledge of the voluntary/charity sector is required, as is a willingness to be flexible in working hours. This post is based in Glasgow or Edinburgh with the ability to travel across VSS bases and spaces a requirement.
