The role: As a Young Person Intervention Coach (YIC), you will be responsible for the assessment and implementation of tailored intervention coaching plans for each young person on your caseload. You will work to achieve progression outcomes for each young person that includes reducing mental, physical, and emotional harm and supporting each young person transition to positive, thriving lifestyle both on a one-to-one basis, and in partnership with other individuals and agencies involved in the lives of each young person.
Your purpose is to identify, disrupt, challenge, and support young people to move out of harm and prevent further involvement in harmful activities. This will involve targeted street work, specialised one to one harm reduction and life skills coaching. You will receive specialist training in Streets of Growth emotional regulation skills programming which will underpin your Life-Skills Coaching with each young person.
Who we are looking for: You will have robust frontline experience of working with young people, including experience in engaging, assessing, and delivering interventions designed to support young people to build personal resilience and move away from harm and violence. You will also possess sound risk assessment skills and safeguarding knowledge. A key component of the job role is case management and knowledge of good practice models in harm reduction which underpin Streets of Growth practice, is essential.

About the Role
The Campaigner will support the development and delivery of campaigns that drive positive change within food systems. This role is ideal for someone early in their campaigning career who is passionate about influencing decision‑makers, mobilising public support, and helping deliver strategic impact across a variety of issues within food systems from dismantling industrial farming to delegitimising large corporations like large supermarket chains. THE ROLE
This new Programmes & Operations Coordinator role will act as the central operational lead for day-to-day delivery.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Haringey Team in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.
Position: S11352 Stroke Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, Haringey. However, regular travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Primary Purpose:
The Service Manager works as part of the Charity Operations team and has operational responsibility for the sustainability and development of a range of existing services, developing new service opportunities and taking an active part in influencing change and improvement on behalf of older people..

We are seeking an Events Manager to lead UnLtd’s event portfolio while our current Events Manager is on maternity leave. This person will be responsible for leading, coordinating and delivering the event plan in line with the organisational strategy. We are looking for a confident event specialist who will be able to support our frontline team to deliver a schedule of events for social entrepreneurs and UnLtd’s wider network.
You will be flexible in your approach and confident managing the whole process from planning through to delivery and event evaluation. The role is primarily hands-on and often involves working as part of, and at times leading, a cross-functional team. This role will suit you if you are patient and keep calm when things don’t go to plan, or when you don’t have all the answers you need. You’ll fall back on your meticulous organisation skills to ensure that UnLtd events are produced efficiently, fulfil their purpose, and are executed to the highest level.
This role may include some travel within the UK and evening work; however, we operate a TOIL system.

The Charity advisor and partnership coordinator will play a pivotal role within Barnsley CVS’s growing and ambitious team, supporting local VCSE organisations to grow in strength, knowledge and connections.
This varied and dynamic role offers the opportunity to provide advice and guidance to VCSE organisations, create and develop resources and training, build and strengthen partnerships and play a role in ensuring the voice of the community has a influence in Barnsley’s development. Your role will help ensure organisations and partnerships run efficiently and effectively. You will also provide flexible first-contact support, contributing to the professional and welcoming operation of the organisation.

Salary: £33,612 FTE (£22,711 pro rata)
Hours: 25 hours per week
Reportable to: Head of Partnerships and Operations
Responsible for: No current direct reports but may develop volunteer or staff reports
