About the Role

The Executive Administrative Officer is responsible for the support of the COO and CFO, smooth running of the International Operations office and Global Finance Team through the provision of high-level administrative support.

As Digital Innovation Officer, you’ll help deliver and grow Project Intercept, our deterrence programme with tech companies. We work with platforms such as Google, Meta and Aylo to create online interventions that deter harmful behaviour and guide people to confidential support through our Stop It Now service. The International Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing complex, high-risk financial operations related to our partner's international grantmaking and emergency relief support. This role combines financial leadership with flexibility and responsiveness to needs in volatile contexts, particularly for grassroots movements and activist groups globally - managing overseas financial transactions, handling multi-currency payments, managing exchange rate risks.

Key Responsibilities

Grant Finance Oversight

- Lead all financial processes for international grants: budgeting, transfers, reconciliations, reporting.
- Manage multi-currency payments into high-risk regions; ensure compliance, mitigate fraud/diversion risk.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial systems for expanding global operations.

STOP THE TRAFFIK prevents vulnerable communities from being recruited, trafficked, and exploited. Our targeted prevention efforts disrupt the criminal business of human trafficking, making it too high-risk and low-profit to be viable.

As a core member of the Executive Team, the Director of Development will lead on organisational income generation and operational development. Working closely with the CEO, Presidents, this role will oversee all fundraising, partnerships, communications, and internal operations, ensuring STT is financially strong, strategically aligned, and operationally effective.

About the role

The Social Media Engagement and Digital Campaigns Manager will take a lead role in developing, supporting and delivering Freedom from Torture’s campaigning and engagement across digital channels and audiences. Our wider campaigns activities form a key part of our strategy to influence change and build the movement for compassionate and fair treatment of torture survivors, refugees and asylum seekers in the UK and to uphold the torture ban.

Working closely with the Head of Digital & Campaigns and experienced freelance campaign strategists , you will be responsible for developing, implementing and leading digital engagement strategies to influence audiences and deliver real change. Sightsavers is looking for a an experience Project Manager to deliver a Systems Strengthening work package for the Reaching the Last Mile Fund (RLMF), working to eliminate OV and LF onchocerciasis (OV) and lymphatic filariasis (LF) in Africa.

About the role

The Reaching the Last Mile Fund (RLMF) expansion project is a six-year, $500m programme that will progress the elimination of onchocerciasis (OV) and lymphatic filariasis (LF) in Africa. In 2026, Sightsavers is working with Ministries of Health to implement RLMF funding in ten countries, with RLMF supporting work in 34 in total. Sightsavers chairs the Systems Strengthening Committee, and under this committee a new package of activities focusing on increasing laboratory capacity for OV detection has been approved for 2026. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate this work package.

As Project Manager for RLMF laboratory capacity building, you will provide all aspects of project management support and coordination for the 2026 laboratory capacity strengthening workplan; including working closely with and providing support to the Laboratory Technical Advisor for RLMF, ensuring all tasks and activities progress and providing reports of this progress to colleagues, the donors and the RLMF Systems Strengthening Committee.

This role will suit an experienced and proactive Project Manager with exceptional coordination and management skills, who has previously supported delivery of a large-scale workplan within a multi-organisational programme and has experience of International Development, public health or Neglected Tropical Diseases.
