About you:

Brief role description:
The NST Client Advisor plays a key role in delivering the support centre function for the programme. Working closely with the Nova Support Team (NST), the Advisor provides initial advice, guidance, and assistance to Veterans who are at risk of contact with the Justice System or are involved in the Justice System.
Some of your principal responsibilities will include receiving and triaging referrals for veterans who are at risk of, or involved in, the justice system, making timely first contact and completing initial registrations, and providing accurate advice and guidance while maintaining detailed records on the case management system.
As a NST Client Advisor, you will need experience in guiding and supporting individuals, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders while remaining highly organised and IT confident.
Ideally, you will also have an understanding of the justice system, experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems and a resilient and adaptable approach.

What you’ll do
You will input and maintain donor and grant records in Salesforce, while ensuring data accuracy, monitoring incoming donations, and issuing timely acknowledgements. You will oversee due‑diligence checks, support reporting deadlines and reconcile records with Finance. You will also coordinate meetings with funders, maintain prospect lists, support research, and help identify new funding opportunities, while providing general administrative support across the Fundraising team.
What you’ll bring
You will be highly organised, detail‑focused and proactive. You will demonstrate previous experience of efficiently and accurately managing data, and providing reliable coordination support to busy teams.
Essential requirements:
- Experience working effectively in deadline‑driven environments.
- Experience using CRM databases (e.g. Salesforce).
- Ability to draft, review and quality‑check written documentation to a high standard.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Accuracy with both written and numerical information, and the ability to prioritise and process large volumes of varied information under changing deadlines.
Key details
Hours: full-time or part-time (from 28 to 35 hours per week): usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Flexible working is possible and we would consider a four-day week.
Salary: £34,536 per annum FTE, plus 6% contributory pension scheme.
Location: hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at our London office (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH).

Being a manager within the Evidence and Evaluation team is an opportunity to be at the cutting-edge of evidence generation in youth employment. Key responsibilities:
Evaluation
- Critically review evaluation proposals to ensure designs are high quality and cost effective and that the most suitable evaluators are commissioned
- Manage individual evaluations from design to commissioning to dissemination, including:
- designing the call for proposals (e.g., deciding evaluation aims, objectives, and key research questions) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

About the Role
Join us as a National Programmes Administrator and help drive the smooth delivery of our Education, Training & Employment, Money Management and Client Involvement programmes. We are looking for a Senior Corporate Fundraiser to become an integral part of the Meningitis Now corporate fundraising team, as we build upon our longstanding, dedicated supporter base with exciting new partnerships and tremendous potential for growth.
You will provide expert stewardship of our current portfolio of corporate supporters and deliver new fundraising activities and campaigns that will inspire their employees to fundraise. These relationships will develop further by securing new support through sponsorship, company donations, payroll giving and referrals to new partnership prospects within their network.
You will work with the Corporate Fundraising Manager to identify, secure and launch new partnerships for the charity and work together to grow income from corporate fundraising incrementally over the coming years.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively as part of the Partnerships Team, to deliver the annual corporate fundraising plan and income target of £224,420 in 2026/27.
- Account management to develop positive relationships with all corporate supporters with the aim of achieving long-term and sustainable support. This will include written communications, telephone conversations, face-to-face meetings and attendance at events.
- Work closely with the Corporate Fundraising Manager to develop new, creative and engaging opportunities for companies to support Meningitis Now.
- Support the fundraising team in the promotion of our events and corporate sponsorship opportunities.

This role will:
- Lead on the development and implementation of an Outreach Strategy that inspires people and organisations, including policy makers, to take action for bumblebees. (Aim 2 of the Trust’s strategy)

- Work with the Wishgranting Team Manager to continuously seek opportunities to automate routine tasks related to supplier management, such as invoicing, stewardship, or managing contracts, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
