We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Public Fundraising Executive (Community & Challenge Events) to join our ambitious Fundraising team and help support, develop and grow our Challenge Events programme, alongside delivering Community Fundraising activity.

With an initial focus on our expanded London Marathon programme, you’ll help recruit, onboard and support runners and challenge event participants, ensuring they feel motivated, informed and part of Team Sunshine throughout their fundraising journey.
You’ll also support the development and delivery of our wider Challenge Events portfolio, helping us strengthen existing events, explore new opportunities and grow participation and income across a varied programme of third-party and supporter-led events. You’ll work closely with colleagues and supporters to ensure each event is well planned, well promoted and delivers a brilliant experience from sign-up through to event day and beyond.
Alongside this, you’ll support our wider Community Fundraising programme, building relationships with individuals, wish families, schools, groups and local organisations, and helping them make the most of their fundraising.

The roles we are seeking volunteers for within the NSP are as follows
The National Safeguarding Panel (NSP) is seeking to appoint TWO representatives from a survivor's organisation that works with individuals affected by faith-based abuse to join its independent scrutiny and advisory body.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the safeguarding work of the Church of England by offering strategic insight, scrutiny, and challenge from the perspective of survivors. The NSP plays a vital role in shaping safeguarding policy and practice, ensuring that the voices of victims and survivors are heard and meaningfully integrated into decision-making.
Role Expectation
Time Commitment: Approx. 6-8 meetings per year, plus preparation
Term: 3 years, renewable for 2 years
Location: Meetings held in London and across dioceses (hybrid attendance available)
Remuneration and Expenses
A fee of £25 per hour will be paid for attendance at meetings, along with reimbursement for travel expenses. Members are expected to attend six meetings per year and undertake one hour of reading in preparation for each panel meeting. Additional reasonable expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the Church of England's NCI expenses policy, subject to approval by the Chair.
Responsibilities
- Represent the experiences and perspectives of survivors of faith-based abuse.
- Participate in scrutiny sessions and fact-finding meetings, helping to shape recommendations to the Church's National Safeguarding Steering Group.
- Provide independent advice on safeguarding policy and practice.
- Engage with other panel members from diverse backgrounds, including survivors, safeguarding professionals, and faith representatives.
- Contribute to the development of a proactive and constructive safeguarding culture across the Church.
About You

Croydon Health & Wellbeing Space (CHWS) is an exciting and dynamic service, run in partnership with Mind in Croydon and Croydon BME Forum and commissioned by South London and Maudsley Mental Health Service (SLaM). The CHWS opened in 2022 with the aim of providing advice, information, and specialist support to Croydon residents with mental health concerns, who drop-in, or have been referred to the via the local Integrated Care Network Plus multi-disciplinary clinical and community mental health support teams.
The Advice Workers will be part of a friendly team, including crisis workers and clinical mental health professionals and function as the first point of access for visitors to the CHWS. Following an initial conversation to ascertain the clients’ needs, the Advice Workers will provide information and advice, as well as signposting and referrals to specialist services, such as the Mental Health Personal Independence Co-ordinators, Social Prescribers and Community Link Workers, in addition to the wider voluntary and statutory services in the borough. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outreach, Wheelchair Skills and Wider Engagement
· Engage the widest possible range of people with spinal cord injury to sign up for further contact with Back Up, through organising and/or delivering wheelchair skills training sessions and talks for patients and families at the spinal cord injury centre in the region, general hospitals and with other key partners or locations as identified.
· Coordinate, support and manage volunteer trainers who are helping to deliver sessions and talking to patients and families.
· Lead, sustain and develop strong and effective working relationships with a wide range of health professionals and other charity representatives e.g. through presentations, calls and meetings, to ensure that people access seamless support.
Proactive Contact with People Affected by Spinal Cord Injury
· Maintain and support relationships with a large number of people affected by SCI (adults, children and young people and their parents) through regular proactive contact. This could be in person in the spinal cord injury centre, other settings or through events, telephone contact or other interactions.
· Explore their feelings, wishes and needs and provide tailored peer support to help them feel supported, access relevant services from Back Up and elsewhere through proactive referrals, and become more aware of the possibilities of life after SCI.
Networking, Partnerships and Sustainability
· Develop and maintain a map of touchpoints in the region, where people with an SCI will come into contact.
· Develop partnerships, referral routes and signposting processes to develop reach beyond the spinal cord injury centre.
· Develop and manage a network of community ambassador volunteers to support the wider work and sustainability of Back Up through fundraising and other related activities.
· Take a lead on encouraging localised fundraising activity; working towards wider income targets that support ongoing sustainability.

The role
The CF Therapist will report to the Senior CTS Therapist (CF & NM & Finchley).
The purpose of the role is to provide adaptive therapeutic massage to patients under referral from clinical teams, at the Chase Farm site within step-down, rehabilitation and chemotherapy infusion suite settings, supporting patients' comfort, relaxation, and well-being during recovery.

Patient support brings together volunteering, complementary therapy, and wider charity patient-facing support into one integrated, site-based team at each of the four main hospital sites. Each hospital has a dedicated “charity space” with a core team that works together to provide a consistent, responsive, and easy‑to‑navigate offer for patients and families. Patient support site managers work closely with NHS site teams to ensure support reflects the clinical needs and demographics of each hospital. Volunteering and therapy roles are embedded locally rather than operating as separate teams, enabling continuity, flexibility, and equitable provision. A small central social rights and benefits team provides targeted, discharge‑focused advice for financially vulnerable patients. Patient support delivered via the charity is designed to be clear, collaborative and patient‑centred, with charity staff working as one team to deliver high‑quality support tailored to each site.

Background

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in coordinating, developing and strengthening the London Recovery Network as it continues to grow and progresses towards a more formal, sustainable and potentially standalone organisation.
The role is hosted by Collective Voice, acting as the umbrella organisation for the London Recovery Network.
While the role is hybrid, there will be a requirement to attend regular meetings and events in London and build local relationships, so the successful candidate will need to live within a one-hour commuting distance from Central London.

Session Delivery

Depending on your qualifications and experience, you may either:

Programme Availability:

Support:

- Work in line with Data Protection legislation, maintaining confidential service-user records of interventions and contact details.
- Complete client work in line with the Women’s Support Centre’s core values.
- Ensure women are supported to achieve independence though structured intervention planning and strengths-based support and appropriate onward referrals.
- Support in the collation and production of reports as requested, including ensuring that appropriate recording, monitoring and evaluation of work is completed to set deadlines.
- Develop and utilise a variety of strategies to communicate effectively with women using our services, colleagues, external organisations, stakeholders and the general public.
- Be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships internally and with other relevant statutory and voluntary sector agencies.
- Develop educational materials to support women and external partners to better understand Substance Use.
- Attend and prepare for regular line management meetings, including performance development reviews.
- Attend regular clinical supervision.
- Take responsibility for self-care and managing vicarious trauma, promoting the importance of self-care both internally and externally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and awareness of developments in relevant public policy and legislation by attending relevant training courses, meetings and conferences.
- Maintain and improve competencies through continuous professional development.

- Has significant experience supporting women affected by substance use, trauma and multiple disadvantage.
- Understands the impact of trauma, offending, homelessness, mental health needs and contact with the criminal justice system.
- Can work in a trauma-informed, strengths-based and non-judgemental way.
- Is confident engaging, motivating and advocating for women with complex and intersecting needs.
- Has up-to-date safeguarding knowledge and can respond calmly and appropriately to risk.
- Can manage a caseload, prioritise workload and keep accurate, factual case records.
- Communicates clearly with clients, colleagues, partner agencies and stakeholders.
- Works well independently and as part of a flexible, supportive team.
- Is passionate about women-specific provision, social justice, equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Is resilient, reflective and committed to ongoing learning, self-care and professional development.
- Is able to travel across Surrey for outreach appointments and partnership meetings.

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Personalisation Budget Performance and Insights Lead to oversee the performance, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Greater Change Personalisation Fund.
This innovative £1 million partnership between Birmingham City Council, Greater Change and Birmingham Voluntary Service Council (BVSC) aims to improve outcomes for people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or experiencing multiple disadvantage through personalised financial support.
You'll work closely with partners across housing, homelessness, health, criminal justice and the voluntary sector to ensure the fund is delivering real impact. By analysing performance data, identifying emerging needs and providing strategic insight, you'll help shape service improvements, strengthen partnership working and support better outcomes for Birmingham residents.
This is a varied role combining performance management, partnership development, data analysis and strategic coordination. You'll produce high-quality reports and dashboards, monitor outcomes and provide the intelligence needed to inform operational management, commissioning and future service development.
About you
We're looking for someone who can combine strong analytical skills with excellent relationship-building abilities. You'll have experience of:
· Performance monitoring, reporting and data analysis.
· Turning data and insight into practical service improvements.
· Building productive partnerships across organisations.
· Producing clear reports and presenting information to a range of audiences.
· Managing competing priorities and working independently.
· Experience of working with homelessness, housing or vulnerable adults’ services.
An understanding of homelessness, housing, multiple disadvantage or related public, voluntary or community services would be an advantage.
