This is a crucial and strategic role for our charity as we require an expert product manager to lead and manage our Salesforce platform, delivering configuration, insight, reporting and training.

The Salesforce Product Manager is responsible for leading the ongoing development, administration and improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it supports all areas of our charity, including fundraising, operations, finance and grant management.

The post holder is required to act as the trusted Salesforce partner for all users, translating needs into scalable solutions, managing change and delivering insight, training as well as data-driven improvements to help the charity achieve its strategic goals and objectives.  This role requires independent ownership, strong stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.

The role

As a Senior Coach you will be working on the frontline delivering high quality one-to-one support to a caseload of young people across London. You will support young people to recognise and capitalise on their strengths by taking a coaching approach. You will work with young people who have been identified as having higher support needs and be proactive in taking steps to manage risk across your caseload. We are looking for a Senior Coach who can lead on demonstrating best practice across the coaching team and support the Programme Management Team to maintain an excellent standard of support.  You will use your insight and experience to act as a mentor to new coaches and support coaching colleagues in their practice, and to look to actively improve our support offer in collaboration with other Senior Coaches and Programme Managers. We are looking for someone who is compassionate in their work with others and celebrates examples of good practice whilst highlighting where there are areas for improvement, approaching this in a collaborative way.

You will draw on your experience to build and strengthen relationships with external professionals and develop Settle’s network across the boroughs where young people live. 

What we're looking for

We are looking for a driven, experienced individual, with the relevant skills to provide high quality support to a caseload of young people and ensure we give the very best we can. We are interested in someone who has a good grounding in a related frontline service and experience of proactively managing a caseload, collecting high quality data and keeping accurate notes. You will have the ability to take initiative and be comfortable flexing your priorities to support young people alongside holding Settle’s strategic goals.

You will be comfortable managing a level of heightened risk with the young people you are supporting, keeping timely and high-quality records, liaising with other professionals from a range of backgrounds, and providing support to colleagues to work towards positive outcomes for young people. You will have experience in managing safeguarding concerns well and thrive in the ups and downs of support-based work.

Overall, we are looking for a compassionate frontline worker, with an understanding of the value in coaching, and who has a level head at times of crisis. You are not afraid of shying away from difficult conversations and will challenge others appropriately to help them see a different perspective or viewpoint, always holding young people at the centre of your work.

The role

We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Corporate Partnerships Manager to play a role in growing Cruse’s corporate partnerships portfolio. Working within the Income Generation and Communications Department — and embedded in our Partnerships Team — you will lead the development, management and growth of impactful, long-term corporate relationships that help Cruse support more bereaved people every year.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, HCPC-registered Lead Creative Arts Therapist (Art or Music) to provide leadership and management of the Camden Schools project, alongside supervision and effective therapeutic practice.

This role is based at our Pears Pavilion centre in Bloomsbury and in Camden schools. All children’s therapy is provided in person. The post offers a unique opportunity to work alongside skilled art, music and drama therapists, family therapists and clinical psychologists. The service is led by a clinical psychologist and provides creative, relational and evidence-based psychotherapy approaches to children in Camden schools and to children who are referred in through our adoption and kinship referral pathway. We also collaborate with aligned services in our interventions, working with schools and communities to inform child-centred and trauma-informed practice.

This role requires a highly motivated, innovative professional and team player who enjoys working within a diverse, respectful and creative team. The post holder will receive supervision appropriate to their practising modality and will be line managed by the Head of Service. We seek to empower children and families using strengths-based narratives, providing safe therapeutic spaces that create opportunities for connection, vulnerability and the strengthening of resilience.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing and supervising therapists, delivering creative arts therapy in schools, and undertaking leadership responsibilities. A background in CAMHS and/or mental health teams in schools or social care services would be desirable, along with a good understanding of safeguarding planning and managing highly emotive situations. Experience of working with children who have experienced developmental trauma would also be an asset.

As a Senior Ecologist, you will play a key role in biodiversity monitoring, ecological assessments and nature‑recovery delivery across Norfolk, helping drive the success of NWS while supporting NWT’s wider organisational goals. Your work will include protected species surveys, habitat assessments (including BNG), mitigation design, conservation advice, Ecological Clerk of Works duties and licencing. We are looking for someone with a degree in ecology (or equivalent), 3 years+ of relevant consultancy experience with associate or full CIEEM membership. The post holder will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership, management and oversight of a team.

The post-holder is responsible for shaping policy positions, drafting responses to consultations from councils, combined authorities, and devolved governments, and driving impactful campaigns at a regional level. A key focus is increasing the involvement of blind and partially sighted people in advocacy and campaigning.

Additionally, the role leads the implementation of Guide Dogs’ regional marketing and communications strategy across the Devolved Nations. The Role

Donor Engagement & Income Generation

• Research and identify new UK funding opportunities and develop tailored engagement strategies.
• Produce high-quality, persuasive proposals and applications to secure new income.

• Work closely with the Revitalise Trust Fundraising Team, HTB Finance, HTB Giving and cross-entity colleagues to coordinate donor information and opportunities.
• Engage with the Impact Team and Systems Provider/IT to support data integrity and reporting.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven fundraising or income‑generation experience, with strong financial awareness and confidence in meeting personal targets and contributing to wider team KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, persuasive briefs and build effective relationships with donors and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑focused, able to prioritise multiple deadlines, manage several projects simultaneously, and offer practical, solutions‑driven thinking.
• Experienced in improving organisational processes to increase efficiency, and confident working collaboratively with multi‑level stakeholders to deliver strategic aims.
• Strong technical competence, including experience with donor management systems (e.g. Raiser’s Edge or equivalent), CRM databases, MS Office and related applications.

We’re looking for an exceptionally organised High Value Events Assistant to play a key role in supporting the delivery of this varied and ambitious programme.

What does this role do?
As High Value Events Assistant, you will:

• provide high-quality administrative and delivery support across a portfolio of flagship, bespoke and stewardship events for high value audiences.
• manage guest lists, invitations and RSVPs, ensuring accurate data handling and a seamless supporter journey.
• support the development of event content and collateral, including liaising with internal teams and sourcing compelling case studies.
• research and liaise with venues and suppliers, source prize donations and support event logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
• lead on the organisation of regular internal events, including the annual departmental conference.
• take responsibility for delivering a small number of supporter engagement events, working with major donors and corporate partners where appropriate.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Tuesday 31st March and Wednesday 1st April 2026 and will take place on Teams.

We’re looking for a Direct Marketing Executive to join the Individual Giving team at Prostate Cancer UK. We’re an ambitious charity with a bold mission and a fantastic culture. This role focuses on acquiring new cash and regular givers across a range of channels including digital, telephone and direct mail, helping fund research that will save and improve lives. 

In this role you’ll help drive forward our ambitious five-year fundraising strategy as we continue to grow income year on year to have the biggest impact for men. You will lead on our value exchange programme, working closely with the digital team and our telephone partner to continually optimise results. This is a great opportunity to gain experience across a multi-channel campaign. You will also work on wider telephone conversion campaigns and direct mail as well as other test channels with the aim of recruiting new regular and cash supporters as well as re-engaging those who have lapsed. You’ll also help develop and test welcome journeys to engage supporters with our work and make them feel valued. You’ll look for ways to test and innovate to drive the best results. You’ll collaborate with colleagues from across the organisation to drive the best creative, messaging, targeting and data insights. 

What we want from you 

Experience or knowledge of managing direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels, ideally digital, telephone or direct mail, and preferably gained from a fundraising environment.

You’ll possess first class communication and project management skills; a strong team ethic and you will be at ease working with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be a self-starter, with a curious nature and a keen eye for detail.Knowledge of data protection and sector compliance would also be beneficial.

How and where we work

Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.

Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Trust and Foundations fundraising activities, cultivating and expanding support from high-value income sources.

As Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of the Philanthropy strategy for Trusts and Foundations to ensure the maximisation of revenue and that financial targets are met. You will develop and manage a portfolio of Trusts and Foundations to develop a sustainable income base for the charity, contributing to the income target for the Philanthropy Team and achieving agreed personal income targets and KPIs. You will work proactively, both independently and with colleagues, to ensure that strategic and operational delivery reflects a coordinated and collaborative approach to Trusts and other high value fundraising across the charity. You will also work with the Head of Philanthropy to refine the charity’s fundraising case for support and compelling fundraising and supporter engagement materials for a wide range of audiences; effectively communicating the charity’s vision to internal and external audiences.

To be successful, you will need or need to be: 

• Proven track record of raising significant (six figures plus) single and multi-year gifts from Trusts and Grant makers.
• Experience of developing and writing compelling applications bids and cases for support, presenting complex information that is persuasive and engaging for lay audiences.
• Experience of successfully researching and building short, medium and long term funder pipelines to meet financial targets.
• Excellent communication skills with the power to persuade, motivate and inspire others whilst also delivering clear, concise messages.

Whether speaking to new NHS staff at weekly staff inductions, inspiring visitors to support the charity through fundraising, or working alongside our incredible team of volunteers, you will play an important role in raising the profile of Oxford Hospitals Charity across our hospital sites. Working closely with your job share partner, you will ensure a collaborative and consistent approach to engaging with our hospital communities.
