Personalisation Budget – Delivery and Monitoring Lead

Salary:   SPC 36 (£36,582)

Responsible to:  Head of Multiple Disadvantage 

Location:  Working hours divided between BVSC Offices (Latham House, 33 – 34 Paradise Street Birmingham, B1 2AJ) and home address, as agreed by BVSC

Hours of work:  35 hours

Contract:  12 months fixed term

We are looking for a Personalisation Budget: Delivery and Monitoring Lead to support the delivery of a £1 million Personalised Budgets Programme, working in partnership with Birmingham City Council and Greater Change.

The programme provides personalised financial support to help people overcome barriers to employment, education, stable housing and wellbeing, supporting greater independence and helping people to sustain their accommodation.

Working with partners across housing, homelessness, health and the voluntary sector, you will support effective programme delivery, strengthen referral pathways and promote person-centred and trauma-informed approaches.

You will monitor performance, expenditure, outputs and outcomes, using data and operational intelligence to identify trends, risks and areas for improvement. You will also help evaluate the impact of the programme, capture learning and provide clear performance information and insight to support decision-making and future service development.

We are looking for someone with experience of performance monitoring and analysing management information, alongside strong partnership and stakeholder skills. You will have knowledge of homelessness, housing support, multiple disadvantage and trauma-informed approaches, and be confident turning information into clear reports, insights and recommendations.
