About the Role

We have recently been awarded a transformative multi-year grant from The National Lottery Community Fund  as part of its Health Inequities: Structural Racism and Discrimination Partnership. We are one of ten national partners working alongside The National Lottery Community Fund and will take a leading role in shaping how the partnership operates, including building evidence, influencing policy and practice, supporting the design of new national funding programmes, and facilitating collective learning across the partnership.​

Alongside this, the centrepiece of our participation will be the delivery of three Anti-Racism Collaboratives (ARCs), each based in a specific locality and rooted in communities experiencing the sharpest health inequities. The initial locations are Greater Manchester, the London Borough of Lambeth and the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham.. ARCs will bring together voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations (VCSE), faith organisations, people with lived experience, primary and secondary care providers, local authorities, public health and social care partners. Each ARC will convene a Co-Production Panel (CPP) of people from minoritised ethnic communities to identify where structural racism produces inequitable health outcomes, and to co-produce evidence-led solutions that improve health and tackle the wider determinants of health.​

We are recruiting two Changemakers, one each for Greater Manchester and for Barking & Dagenham. As a Changemaker, you will establish and support an ARC within one of our pilot localities, bringing together stakeholders, providing strategic advice and knowledge of research methods and policy opportunities. You will support the design and implementation of health intervention programmes decided on by the ARC that have the power to influence policy, practice and systems.

Working as part of a national team of Changemakers, you will also contribute to the Foundation's evidence, influencing and systems change work, connecting learning from your locality to national policy, while bringing national developments back into local action. Together, the team will develop a replicable model for tackling racial health inequities.​

We are looking for an experienced systems change practitioner who is passionate about tackling structural racism and improving health equity. This highly collaborative leadership role requires someone equally comfortable working alongside people with lived experience, senior leaders across health and local government, and colleagues from the voluntary and community sector. Success will depend on your ability to build trusted partnerships, work strategically in complex environments, translate evidence into action, and create the conditions for lasting systems change.

Person Specification​

Essential​

• Demonstrable experience of leading complex, multi-agency change involving communities, VCSE organisations and statutory partners. ​

• Strong understanding of how systemic racism operates within health and wider public systems

Location: This role is based in Catford. The service is a short walk from Catford Station. The area is also served by multiple bus routes, including 75, 47, 136, 185, offering direct local and regional connections for staff commuting to the service. About the Role

We're hiring a Engagement Worker to join our team based in within a Men’s Housing Accommodation Support Service (HASS) residential service in the Catford area. The project provides 6-bed supported accommodation for men with complex needs, including mental health challenges, offending histories, trauma, homelessness, and social exclusion. The service operates within a psychologically informed environment (PIE) and is delivered by a mixed-gender staff team, working closely together to provide consistent, relational support.

You will support within the Offender Personality Disorder Housing Accommodation to support in successfully rehabilitating and reintegrating our residents back into the community. The service delivers support for people in the criminal justice system who are deemed high risk, and likely to meet criteria for personality disorder. Penrose OPD HASS service offers specialist accommodation to people with high risk/high needs and require intensive support to overcome barriers to resettlement and progress towards independent living in the community. You will assist with those who have recently been released from prison, secure health settings, or are transitioning from Approved Premises. Your work will be guided by co-produced support plans, developed in partnership with each individual to reflect their goals and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support residents who may be facing challenges with substance misuse, helping them take positive steps forward.
• Creating one to one person centred support plans to support residents in achieving their goals; Supporting individuals to progress from crisis through to independent living.
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents at all times during the shift, including regular check ins and carrying our protocols.

• Providing housing related support, supporting tenancy sustainment and successful resettlement.

• Planning activities to engage residents with other people, communities, and opportunities during the evening which may include movie nights and games nights.
• Working collaboratively with external professionals, including probation, housing, and mental health services.
• Maintaining accurate records to support effective risk management, including risk assessments and case notes.
• Support risk management, safeguarding, and structured support planning
• Lone working is part of the role, but you’ll always have a supportive team around.
• Be a valued and reliable member of the team, completing handovers for day colleagues for a seamless service.

Each support plan is tailored to the individual, so you'll help deliver care that truly meets their needs.

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused fundraiser to join our Corporate Partnerships team at Phyllis Tuckwell. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and managing partnerships with a wide range of businesses across our local community and beyond.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will manage a portfolio of corporate partners while also identifying and developing new partnership opportunities. You will work closely with businesses to help them understand the impact of their support, creating engaging opportunities across fundraising, volunteering, sponsorship and events.

You’ll bring creativity and energy to developing partnerships that are mutually beneficial, ensuring our supporters feel valued and inspired while helping to generate vital income for hospice care. It’s a varied role where no two weeks are the same!

The Role

A successful Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser will:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate partners, delivering excellent relationship management and stewardship
• Support the growth of income by identifying and securing new corporate partnerships
• Develop tailored proposals, pitches and partnership plans for prospective supporters
• Work with corporate partners to deliver engaging fundraising, volunteering and sponsorship opportunities
•  Act as an ambassador for Phyllis Tuckwell within corporate partnership settings, including meetings, networking events and partner engagements
• Work collaboratively across the organisation to maximise partnership opportunities 

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in corporate fundraising, partnerships, or a commercial business development/account management role
• Is confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels
• Has strong communication and presentation skills
• Is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team
• Is motivated by making a difference and delivering excellent supporter experience

A full driving licence and access to a car is required for this role. The position involves occasional evening and weekend work.

We are launching an exciting new service which will aid in de-escalating individuals in a state of crisis which is excaberated or influenced by gambling related behaviours, and we’re looking for a Support Worker ready to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

• De‑escalate mental health crises linked to gambling behaviours with calm, confidence and compassion

• Hold your own caseload, offering bespoke 1:1 support around gambling, mental health, finances, housing and more

• Co‑produce psychoeducation workshops exploring root causes of gambling harm

• Create safe, meaningful peer‑led spaces for affected others and loved ones

• Engage in outreach across Hounslow, connecting communities to support

• Collaborate with NHS, Public Health and internal teams to deliver integrated care

• Ensure accurate documentation and safeguarding practice, aligned with policy and legislation

• Finalise case reports with clear preventative outcomes and insights

What We're Looking For

You’re autonomous, creative, and calm under pressure. You’ve worked in mental health and addiction settings. You bring empathy, flexibility, and a non‑judgemental approach to every conversation.

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. For more than 40 years, we have been delivering essential health and medical care to those most affected by conflict, displacement and occupation in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) and Lebanon.

About the role
As Senior Supporter Retention Officer (Appeals and Islamic Giving), you will lead the development of supporter-led, multi-channel fundraising campaigns. You'll design bespoke supporter journeys for key audiences, including Islamic givers and mid-value supporters. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with both long-standing and new supporters of MAP, helping to grow income from existing audiences to fund vital medical aid. 

In collaboration with the Supporter Retention Manager, you will help shape the Individual Giving strategy, with a focus on cash appeals and our Islamic giving programme. You’ll also work closely with our Supporter Retention Officers, providing guidance and support while delivering impactful campaigns and supporter journeys.  

This is an important and exciting time to join MAP. As we grow our supporter retention programme, you’ll play a key role in enhancing supporter experience, developing our testing approach, and delivering high-performing campaigns.

Service Manager HMP Brixton

Location:  Brixton

Salary: £37,433 - £45,751 plus £1,200 cost of living bonus

The Substance Misuse Service at HMP Brixton delivers psychosocial interventions within an integrated healthcare framework known as the New Models of Care (NMOC). Working in partnership with healthcare providers and criminal justice agencies, we support individuals with drug and alcohol issues through a trauma-informed, recovery-focused approach.

Based within HMP Brixton, a men's Category C resettlement prison in South London, this role will work across our London prison services, supporting the delivery of high-quality treatment programmes and driving key strategic projects that improve outcomes for service users.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a passion for service improvement, partnership working and recovery-focused practice to play a key role in shaping the future of substance misuse services across the London region.

About the Role

As Regional Projects and Service Improvement Lead, you will work closely with the Regional Manager and London Leadership Team to lead and deliver strategic projects that support organisational priorities, improve service performance and enhance service user outcomes.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing projects through to successful completion, ensuring objectives are achieved and sustainable improvements are embedded across services.

Key priorities will include:

• Driving recruitment and retention initiatives across London services, reducing vacancy levels and supporting workforce stability.
• Improving continuity of care performance across the region, ensuring individuals receive effective support as they transition from custody into community treatment services.
• Supporting the delivery and development of high-quality therapeutic programmes, including The Bridge and Stepping Stones, with a particular focus on HMP Brixton.
• Leading preparations for establishment changes, including prison re-role activity, service mobilisation and contractual developments.
• Overseeing the effectiveness of regional administration functions, ensuring NDTMS and other key performance data are accurate, timely and compliant with national and local reporting requirements.

Continuity of Care Responsibilities

You will take a lead role in strengthening continuity of care pathways by:

• Conducting release and pre-release audits to ensure compliance with NDTMS requirements and continuity of care standards.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with community treatment providers and local authority partners.
• Establishing and chairing continuity of care forums and partnership meetings.
• Monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement and sharing best practice across services.
• Supporting regional audits and quality assurance activity.
• Working closely with Health and Justice partners, NHSE and OHID to implement initiatives that improve continuity of care outcomes. 

The role requires flexibility and may include occasional evening or weekend working. Travel across London prison services and other regional projects will also be required.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional with a strong background in substance misuse services, service improvement and partnership working.

You will bring:

• A thorough understanding of drug and alcohol treatment services, including addiction treatment programmes, ideally within prison or criminal justice settings.
• Experience of developing, implementing and embedding service improvements that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrable experience of managing people, performance and change effectively.
• Experience of collecting, analysing and reporting data for audit, quality assurance and performance monitoring purposes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify priorities and implement practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across a range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of psychosocial interventions, 12-step approaches and community treatment provision.
