Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. For more than 40 years, we have been delivering essential health and medical care to those most affected by conflict, displacement and occupation in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) and Lebanon.

About the role

MAP is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support the organisation’s financial management across programmes and operations.
In this role, you’ll work closely with budget holders across UK and overseas teams, as well as external stakeholders, to strengthen financial planning, reporting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with programme and fundraising teams to support budgeting, reforecasting, and monthly financial reporting
• Provide financial analysis and guidance during proposal development, ensuring compliance with donor regulations and internal policies
• Support the development and improvement of financial systems, including ERP and BI reporting tools
• Deliver training and build capacity of non-finance staff on financial procedures and best practice
• Ensure accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of restricted and unrestricted funds

About You

You bring proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and grant financial management best practice within complex organisations. Confident in working with diverse stakeholders and influencing decision-making, you are highly organised, analytical, and collaborative. You are committed to continuous improvement, with experience in financial systems and reporting tools, and a strong understanding of donor compliance requirements.

Zoe's Place Baby Hospice was founded in Liverpool in 1995 as the first hospice in the UK specifically providing for the needs of babies and younger children. Our team of specialist nurses and healthcare assistants are supported by a wide range of other healthcare professionals to provide respite care, therapies and bereavement care to babies and children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families.

In late 2024 the people of Liverpool, the North West, and even further afield helped us to raise more than £7,000,000 to secure the future of our hospice, and to build a state-of-the-art new facility in West Derby.

This is a rare opportunity to join our dynamic and successful team as the head of our Income Generation and Marketing function. This role enhances the previous role of Head of Fundraising to be responsible for the overall income generation for the hospice, and the key role for the Head of Income Generation is to maintain a sustainable level of fundraising by increasing the income from paid placements through our relationships with Health Trusts and Councils in Merseyside and Cheshire in particular.

Senior Caseworker – Pathways

Ruils is run by, and for, Disabled people. We exist to remove the barriers that prevent Disabled people from living independent lives. Our vision is a society where all individuals have choice and control to live independently. We provide information, advice, advocacy, befriending and activities to our clients and their families.

Pathways is a specialised welfare advice service that provides information, advice, advocacy and representation for Disabled adults (over the age of 18) living in the Richmond Borough. We work with clients, supporting them to navigate the complex Housing, Benefits and Social Care systems. In this role, you would be providing information, guidance and advice to Disabled people and their families, enabling them to have more choice and control over their lives.

We are also part of a larger network of Disabled-led advice services. Working together, we have developed pathways for Disabled trainee case workers, collated data on Housing and Benefits issues and have fed into important consultations and campaigns.

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for you to work one-to-one with clients to effect change, whilst also having a positive impact on the wider system.

At Great Western Air Ambulance Charity, we’re going big on charity retail. We already have thirteen shops located throughout our region having opened 4 new shops in 2025 (Whiteladies Road (Bristol), Brockworth, Portishead and most recently Dursley). We have an exciting new role at Bags of Taste!

We’re looking for an  enthusiastic and passionate experienced Corporate and Community Fundraiser to play a key role in the growth of our corporate and community income and develop new partners. This brand new role will develop fundraising opportunities with businesses and  community groups, helping to broaden our supporter base and strengthen long-term relationships. 

This is an fantastic opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual who is keen to make a tangible difference. This is the first time we’ve recruited a corporate and community fundraiser and there is significant opportunity to raise funds as our organisation grows. The issues of health and well-being across the population and food insecurity are urgent and our work directly addresses these critical issues. 

You’ll be a key part of the growth of Bags of Taste’s fundraising activity and will be able to make this your own role. We’re initially recruiting this role as a one year contract however we expect this to become a permanent role as funding allows and we’ll review this with the post holder after six months.

Key responsibilities

Corporate Fundraising

● Develop and implement a plan to raise funds from companies (this could be nationwide or within local project areas) with the Head of Fundraising and Comms

● Research corporate fundraising opportunities and develop a pipeline of prospects

● Approach new businesses to financially support Bags of Taste through presentations, applications, pitches and proposals

About the role 

This is an exciting opportunity for Advocates to join and shape this service covering Inverclyde Your role will require you to travel to locations such as clients’ homes, hospitals, care homes and within community settings across the area to meet with clients and professionals. You will be home based for administration; therefore, access to your own transportation and a suitable home internet connection is essential.

About you 

Desirably you will have some experience of working in advocacy, or providing welfare, supporting, or caring for Adults who have support needs, ideally for those with a variety of communication needs, mental ill health, physical health issues, or barriers to accessing support. 

You should have worked or volunteered in health, social care, welfare, support services, education or young person’s services, or advice and guidance.

How are staff supported to work remotely?  

VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.  

When you need to travel for work, expenses will be paid (mileage or public transport costs).   

VoiceAbility offers the usual regular manager one to ones, Staff forums and communities of practice depending on role. Team meetings with a mix of virtual and in person approach.

Main Purpose Of The Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in a dual-role capacity, supporting two vital services run in partnership with Homeless Oxfordshire and Connection Support. The role covers both our Step Down provision—designed for individuals discharged from hospital under the Discharge to Assess model—and our service at Mawle Court, which provides temporary accommodation and support for people with complex needs, including those preparing for more independent living or in need of emergency provision. Working as part of a small, dynamic, and enthusiastic team, you will be responsible for delivering a safe and supportive environment across both services. You will lead on the case management of clients with complex needs, working collaboratively with partner agencies to develop and implement holistic, individualised support and move-on plans. Main Areas of Responsibility:

• To proactively and dynamically assess, monitor, manage and respond to risk for individuals and in the service.

• To assess risk and suitability of referrals to the service and book new clients in.

• Ensure the effective delivery of high-quality care, support and housing management according to Homeless Oxfordshire policies and procedures.

Job Purpose

The Head of Community Support and Operations is a pivotal new role being introduced to the executive team at Barnsley CVS.  This person will be a key role in the growth and development of the executive team.  You will play an exciting part in the delivery and development of the recently developed 4-year strategy and theory of change. Your role will drive intention and focus on developing our support to the sector in a meaningful way to high standards, whilst ensuring our own internal operations reflect best practice.  You will need a strong knowledge of charity set up, management and governance along with a passion for what the VCSE sector does.  You will be confident in people management and development; have the ability to work inclusively with a wide range of people and backgrounds and the skill to see gaps and opportunities for service development.

You will work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to identify gaps and opportunities to develop our offer of support to the sector whether through direct services, training, brokerage agreements or membership offers.  As you identify these opportunities, you will work collaboratively with the Head of Business Development to explore commercial income options that are also in line with our mission and vision.

Using your excellent people skills, you will act as the first point of contact for HR matters within the charity, overseeing the general management of our online HR system, policies and procedures.  You will work in collaboration with the CEO in any areas that need significant development or management.

You will keep up to date with new initiatives and ideas in the wider infrastructure sector, relevant legislation and modern thinking in relation to charity management best practice.
