About the role

The Co-production and Campaigns Lead will play a key role in ensuring that the voices, experiences and priorities of Disabled people influence RAID's services, activities, campaigns and future direction. The postholder will create impactful and targeted campaigns that put pressure on decision-makers to make change and support local disabled people to have a voice about issues that impact them.

The postholder will lead and develop RAID's approach to co-production, building meaningful opportunities for members, service users and other Disabled people to influence our work. They will work across RAID, connecting co-production with our advice services, inclusion and peer-led activities, membership and campaigning work, ensuring that learning and priorities are shared across the organisation. As the lead they will provide advice and support to managers, build organisational capacity, and establish sustainable participation structures across services.

The postholder will also develop strong relationships with local decision-makers and organisations, including the local authority, NHS, social housing providers and other key partners, using the experiences and collective voice of Disabled people to influence services, resolve issues and improve outcomes.

The role will continue to lead RAID's established Housing Forum, while developing a wider network of co-production forums, panels and other opportunities for people to contribute their experience and expertise.

The postholder will ensure that co-production is meaningful and has a clear impact – making sure that people's contributions inform decisions, lead to action and result in improvements that people can see and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Bring together insight from across RAID to identify emerging issues, systemic barriers and opportunities for change.
• Lead and champion co-production and campaigning across RAID’s ensuring it is embedded across the organisation, supporting managers to use lived experience to inform service development, quality and planning.
• Lead the Housing Forum and establish and facilitate other forums, panels and groups based on the priorities of Disabled people.
• Work closely with managers to identify recurring issues and trends that could inform service improvement, influencing and campaigning, increase membership and peer-led activities.
• Ensure Disabled people's voices arising from our coproduction work are communicated accessibly and effectively across social media, e-newsletters, and our website.
• Capture and demonstrate the impact of co-production, campaigning and influencing activity.

About You

You are passionate about user-led working, co-production and campaigning creating positive change for Disabled people. You understand that people with lived experience are experts in their own lives and should have a genuine voice in shaping the services and decisions that affect them.

• You are passionate about social justice and promoting Deaf and Disabled people’s rights.
• You have experience of engagement activities including holding consultations, surveys, running social media or digital campaigns.
• You have experience of working in policy or producing social policy research and analysis through work or activism.
• You have good campaigning and influencing skills that you want to develop and use to bring about tangible social change.

You will be confident bringing people together, facilitating inclusive discussions and turning what you hear into practical action and meaningful change. You will be able to build trusted relationships with Disabled people, colleagues, managers and external partners, and be comfortable working collaboratively while also challenging organisations and decision-makers when change is needed.

You will enjoy working across an organisation and connecting different sources of insight – including our advice services, inclusion and peer-led activities, membership and co-production forums – to identify common issues, improve our services and develop campaigning and influencing opportunities.

You will be a confident communicator who can work with managers to embed co-production within their services, as well as representing RAID with local authorities, NHS organisations, housing providers and other partners.

Most importantly, you will share RAID's commitment to being a user-led disability charity and will be motivated by ensuring that Disabled people's voices are heard, valued and lead to real change.

About Us

Market House was brought into community ownership in 2022 when it was acquired by The Penzance Regeneration Company CIC ‘PZRC’ to secure its future and play an active part in a revitalised town centre. With capital funding from the Government’s Town Deal Fund, this grade 1 listed building is now being transformed by PZRC to create a street food hall and restaurant.

The vision is to bring Market House back to life as a financially sustainable asset for the town, driving increased footfall and strengthening the food, visitor and evening economies. The street food hall will offer opportunities for innovative local food entrepreneurs to rent a street food kitchen pod, develop and grow their businesses; and the restaurant a place where local young people can gain exceptional levels of hospitality skills.

The Market House will be operated by a wholly owned subsidiary of PZRC, Market House Penzance CIC.

The role

With the Market House construction project due to complete in spring 2027 and the launch planned for the summer, we are looking for our business leader to join us early in the new year 2027 and work with, and report to, the PZRC Chief Operating Officer to get the Market House launch ready.

Longer term, the purpose of this role is primarily to spearhead and support successful delivery of the street food hall. The Market House Business Lead will oversee the operational delivery of the street food hall and in particular work to optimise town centre impact, drive revenue generation and secure targets for financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage implementation of operational business plans for the street food hall to secure delivery in line with PZRC’s strategic goals;
• Secure and manage street food kitchen pod operators. Support their delivery and ensure adherence to the terms and conditions of their occupancy agreements
• Manage and work closely with the Market House bar manager to secure delivery of a commercially successful drinks operation which works as an integral part of the overall Market House offer and supports the success of other elements of the business
• Create and implement an Events and Activities strategy and delivery plan which will entail developing partnerships and working closely with local stakeholders including Penzance BID, Penzance Town Council, and other local events organisations and stakeholders to contribute to securing:

o A cohesive and collaborative approach to town centre events and activities;

o Market House playing a focal role in driving increased local and visitor footfall in the town centre; and

o Market House offering an exciting and attractive draw to local people, local and regional visitors and tourists

• Create and implement a Marketing and Communications strategy and delivery plan to support awareness and engagement across target audiences and successful operational delivery;
• Monitoring and oversight of policies, procedures and regulatory aspects of the business; and
• Monitor delivery vs the operational business plan and financial targets

Personal qualities, experience and skills

• A minimum of 5 years senior manager/leadership experience, ideally in hospitality, leisure or retail and with experience of and/or a keen interest and understanding of working with the community;
• A strategic thinker combined with hands on operational capability;
• Financially literate, able to produce financial projections and monitor performance;
• Experience of stakeholder engagement and developing strategic and delivery partnerships;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Strong people management skills; and
• Commitment to the community, social and regeneration aims of PZRC.

About the Role:

As a Housing Officer within our CAS3 (Community Accommodation Service Tier 3) project, you’ll be at the heart of supporting individuals leaving prison who might otherwise have nowhere to go. This is your chance to change lives every single day by providing safe, stable temporary accommodation at a crucial turning point in someone’s journey.

You’ll manage a dynamic caseload across the Southwest, working directly with people on probation as they transition back into the community. From helping someone settle into their temporary home to empowering them to build the skills and confidence they need to move on successfully; your support will be essential. Job Purpose

The Senior Housing Advocate will lead the delivery of housing support to women affected by the criminal justice system, homelessness and housing insecurity.

The role will provide housing advice and advocacy to women, while also supporting Housing Advocates with complex cases and day-to-day advice. The postholder will build relationships with housing, criminal justice and other services to help women access and keep safe and suitable accommodation.

The role will also help develop the Future Foundations housing programme, including housing surgeries, referral pathways and new ways of working. The Senior Housing Advocate will use learning from the service and women's experiences to help improve housing support and influence wider services.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Lead the delivery of high-quality housing support to women affected by the criminal justice system.
• Build and maintain relationships with housing, criminal justice and other services to improve access to safe and suitable accommodation for women.

The Supported Housing Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing supported housing services, ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred support for residents with diverse needs, including mental health, young people, and LGBTQ+ individuals.

The Services

Service 1 - Mental health supported housing service: Adults living with moderate to severe mental health conditions, many of whom have experienced trauma, social exclusion, homelessness, substance misuse or other complex needs. Some residents may present with behaviours associated with their mental health, including heightened anxiety, emotional dysregulation, suicidal ideation, self-neglect or periods of crisis. The successful candidate must be comfortable working within these settings. 

Service 2 - LGBTQ+ supported housing service. We provide both shared and self-contained accommodation, commissioned by LB Haringey, offering housing and tailored support to LGBTQI+ adults aged 25 and over.
This service supports individuals who may face challenges within mainstream homelessness provision due to their sexual orientation or gender identity, as well as those who have expressed a preference to live within an LGBTQI+-specific environment.

About The Opportunity

This is a brand-new role. Our Head of Housing Development will establish and lead our national Housing Centre of Expertise: the capacity- and capability-building engine behind our 10,000 Homes ambition. This is not a scheme-delivery role — local YMCAs build, own and operate their own homes. Instead, you will mobilise the talent and resources of the Federation around a shared platform for scale: guiding local YMCAs from feasibility through to investment-readiness, brokering the partnerships and expertise no single YMCA could assemble alone, and leading a single national conversation with strategic partners including Homes England, the Greater London Authority and Welsh Government. You will establish a panel of preferred development partners, support funding bids, and help YMCAs learn from one another rather than rebuilding expertise scheme by scheme. Success will be measured by the pipeline and capability you build across the movement, not by any single project.

About You

You bring real knowledge of social and affordable housing development, including structuring significant financing models, grant regimes and the regulatory landscape, alongside hands-on experience of property development projects and securing private and public-sector funding. You know how to build strategic partnerships, convene and influence people you do not manage, and translate strategy into coordinated action across independent partners. Experience mobilising change across a federated, membership or infrastructure organisation would be a strong advantage, combined with an in-depth knowledge of  Homes England, Greater London Authority and Welsh Government or similar agencies. Above all, you are a natural relationship-builder who can represent YMCA with confidence at a senior, national level, while helping local YMCAs move further and faster together than they could alone.

About the role

As a Housing Procurement Officer, you will help people experiencing homelessness find safe, suitable and affordable homes across London’s private and social rented sectors. We are recruiting one full-time officer for each of our London service centres, known as Skylights, in Brent, Croydon and Tower Hamlets. You will build relationships with landlords, source good-quality accommodation and work with each person we support, known at Crisis as a member, to understand their housing needs, preferences, affordability and circumstances. You will ensure housing options are clearly explained and that members have meaningful choice and control wherever possible.

You will work Collaboratively with members, Coaches, landlords and Housing Procurement Officers across the other London Skylights to make suitable housing matches, resolve concerns and address risks to tenancies early. You will take a bold approach to opening new routes into housing, pursue Impactful outcomes that last and work in an Equitable way that protects each person’s dignity and independence. The role involves frequent travel across London. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required, with time off in lieu.

About you

• Strong knowledge of London’s rental market, landlord and tenant law, and welfare benefits affecting housing access and affordability.
• Experience of sourcing and procuring properties, allocating and letting homes, and supporting people to sustain their tenancies.
• A clear understanding of the barriers faced by people moving out of homelessness, with experience of finding housing that reflects individual needs, preferences and circumstances.
• The ability to build productive relationships with social and private landlords and use negotiation, mediation and influencing skills when people have different priorities.
• A sound understanding of safeguarding, property health and safety and lone working, including how to recognise, respond to and escalate concerns while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Strong communication, organisation and self-management skills, including accurate record keeping, financial administration and the ability to work independently and across teams.

Commonweal owns a small portfolio of properties that are leased to our project partners – charities, housing and support organisations delivering services to people experiencing housing injustice. This role will be central to ensuring that we fulfil our responsibilities as a property owner and that our partners and managing agents meet their property and compliance obligations.

You will maintain oversight of key property compliance requirements, ensuring certificates, inspections and other documentation are in place and up to date, proactively following up outstanding actions and escalating issues where necessary. Working closely with our managing agents, retained surveyor, contractors and project partners, you will help ensure we have an accurate and up-to-date picture of our properties, including repairs and planned works, void properties and those being prepared for occupation.

Commonweal also periodically buys and sells properties as new projects begin and others come to an end. You will provide administrative coordination for these processes, liaising with estate agents, solicitors and other professional advisers and helping to keep actions and deadlines on track.

Alongside our property portfolio, the Office & Property Compliance Administrator will coordinate and deliver the core administration that underpins Commonweal's work. This varied role brings together governance and Board administration, property and compliance coordination, and oversight of our office systems and environment.

You will:

• Manage the compliance administration of our property portfolio, maintaining accurate records of compliance requirements, certificates, inspections, key dates and associated documentation.
• Proactively monitor outstanding property actions, repairs and works, liaising with managing agents, our surveyor, contractors and project partners to obtain updates, follow up overdue actions and escalate concerns where necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the status of our properties, including voids, outstanding works and readiness for occupation, providing reliable information for operational and Board reporting.
• Provide administrative coordination for property acquisitions and disposals, liaising with estate agents, solicitors and other professional advisers and tracking actions through to completion.
• Provide high-quality governance support to our Board of Trustees, including scheduling meetings, collating agendas and papers, circulating Board packs and taking accurate minutes.
• Oversee the smooth running of our office, including IT and supplier contracts and health & safety administration.
• Act as a first point of contact for general enquiries and provide reliable administrative support to the CEO, DCEO and wider team.

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience of supporting Boards or committees, including minute-taking.
• Experience of property, housing, lettings or compliance administration, or demonstrable experience of managing detailed records, actions and deadlines within another regulated environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable information.
• A proactive approach – someone who is comfortable following up outstanding actions, chasing information and identifying when something needs attention or escalation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence working with suppliers, contractors and other external organisations.
• A collaborative and professional style and the ability to work effectively as part of a small team.

Previous knowledge of property compliance requirements would be an advantage, but we are equally interested in candidates with strong transferable administrative and coordination skills and the ability to develop their property knowledge.

About the Role

We're looking for a Intensive Housing Management Officer to join our team on a fixed term basis to successfully rehabilitate and reintegrate our male residents back into the community. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining social contact and company to enhance quality of life, enhance personal safety, health and security, sustainment of tenancy, and improving financial independence and economic wellbeing to support our residents back into the community. 

Our Complex Needs Accommodation provides supported accommodation, bespoke person-centred care and support as well as intensive housing management services in the community for adults with specific accommodation and well-being support needs. You will play a vital role in building safe, inclusive, and thriving communities for our residents. This dynamic position focuses on delivering high-quality housing management support, ensuring our properties are maintained to excellent standards and tenancies are successfully sustained. With a commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and customer service, you will address tenancy matters proactively, providing responsive support and fostering a positive environment where residents feel secure and valued. 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Assist the management team in managing rent/charge collections, arrears, voids, and issuing warnings as necessary.
• Carry out regular occupancy checks.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance issues are correctly reported and managed through to completion.
• Enhancing personal safety, health, and security through meaningful social interactions.

The role

We need someone to take on the day-to-day running of Kairos Housing. 

What you'll be working on

• You'll oversee our properties — maintenance, repairs, standards and compliance — as we grow from five homes to seven.
• You'll manage rental income and housing benefit applications from start to finish.
• You'll line manage two part-time colleagues and our volunteers, and coordinate the support our guests receive.
• You'll hold hard conversations with our guests around: arrears, house rules, and occasionally asking someone to leave.
• You'll build partnerships with councils, contractors and other charities, and work with our CEO and trustees on the charity's growth.
• You'll hold our Christian ethos — leading staff prayer and devotionals, building partnerships with local churches, and being available for prayer when asked.

Key details

Office based at Church House, Blackburn Cathedral grounds, with the option to work from home occasionally, and regular travel to our properties. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (This is not an on-call role). Responsible to the Board of Trustees.
