• Advertising and Commercial Coordination – Managing digital advertising bookings, scheduling and delivery across Premier’s platforms, and acting as a key operational link between the Digital and Commercial teams.
• E-mail and On-site Communications – Overseeing outbound e-mails, website pop-ups, overlays, banners and calls to action, making sure they are well scheduled, tested and aligned with wider priorities.
• Workflow and Team Coordination – Maintaining clear processes, coordinating assets and approvals, supporting the Digital Marketing Assistant, and helping teams work smoothly together.

• Proven experience in a digital marketing operations or campaign delivery role
• Hands-on experience building and delivering e-mail marketing campaigns

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outreach, Wheelchair Skills and Wider Engagement

· Engage the widest possible range of people with spinal cord injury to sign up for further contact with Back Up, through organising and/or delivering wheelchair skills training sessions and talks for patients and families at the spinal cord injury centre in the region, general hospitals and with other key partners or locations as identified.

· Coordinate, support and manage volunteer trainers who are helping to deliver sessions and talking to patients and families.

· Lead, sustain and develop strong and effective working relationships with a wide range of health professionals and other charity representatives e.g. through presentations, calls and meetings, to ensure that people access seamless support.

Proactive Contact with People Affected by Spinal Cord Injury

· Maintain and support relationships with a large number of people affected by SCI (adults, children and young people and their parents) through regular proactive contact. This could be in person in the spinal cord injury centre, other settings or through events, telephone contact or other interactions.

· Explore their feelings, wishes and needs and provide tailored peer support to help them feel supported, access relevant services from Back Up and elsewhere through proactive referrals, and become more aware of the possibilities of life after SCI.

Networking, Partnerships and Sustainability

· Develop and maintain a map of touchpoints in the region, where people with an SCI will come into contact.

· Develop partnerships, referral routes and signposting processes to develop reach beyond the spinal cord injury centre.

· Develop and manage a network of community ambassador volunteers to support the wider work and sustainability of Back Up through fundraising and other related activities.

· Take a lead on encouraging localised fundraising activity; working towards wider income targets that support ongoing sustainability.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Sessional Worker to join our Young Carers team. The primary focus of this role is to provide consistent support at our weekly Young Carers After School Club, which takes place every Thursday during term time from 4:30pm – 6:00pm. The club is delivered across two age groups (5–11 and 12–16 years), and regular attendance and commitment to supporting both groups each week is an essential requirement of the role. 

You will work alongside the Young Carers team to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing, reduce isolation, and provide children and young people with a fun, safe, and supportive break from their caring responsibilities. You will encourage participation, build positive relationships, support behaviour where required, and help ensure every young person feels welcomed, included, and valued. 

You will also play an active role in planning and preparing for the After School Club as well as assisting with the set-up before each club and the clear-up afterwards to ensure the space is safe, organised and welcoming. 

In addition to the weekly After School Club, you will support the delivery of our school holiday programme, including trips, workshops, activity days, and special events, subject to your availability. This will include contacting families, promoting upcoming activities, recruiting and booking young carers onto both the After School Club and holiday activities, supporting attendance, and helping to ensure activities are well attended by those who would benefit most. 

From time to time, you may also support outreach and engagement activities, including attending community events, working with local schools and partner organisations, and helping to identify hidden Young Carers so they can access the support and opportunities available through our service.

  This is a sessional role, therefore hours are not guaranteed but will be offered based on project need.

We use our extensive housing expertise to place young people who are currently or at risk of rough sleeping into accommodation that is appropriate and safe, whilst encouraging them to access the day centre to benefit from the wide range of services we offer. Young people services

2. Carrying out at least two street-based outreach shifts each week (early morning and late evening required).

3. Carrying out housing assessments with young people and referring them into appropriate accommodation.

In this role you will be delivering an established, enjoyable, professional development programme for city farms, community gardens and care farms. We deliver essential mental health support in Hertfordshire, providing a diverse range of services from our Wellbeing Centres and other locations across the county. We help individuals experiencing mental ill health to make choices, find their solutions, build resilience and manage their wellbeing. About the role

As HR/People Officer, you will provide high-quality, accurate support across the full employee/volunteer lifecycle, while also contributing to employee and volunteering relations, and continuous improvement of our People & Culture services. As HR/People Officer you will be part of a team who support a headcount of approximately 250 employees, 200 volunteers and 150 self-employed individuals across Hertfordshire. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all individuals employed or volunteering within Hertfordshire Mind receive advice, guidance in a responsive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused way.

Key Responsibilities include:

Employee Lifecycle

• Deliver a high-quality, confidential and customer-focused People service from recruitment through to leaving.
• Advise line managers on recruitment; selection, interview and safer recruitment
• Provide People advice for queries from the People & Culture team in line with policies, managing and or escalating complex issues as appropriate.

Systems, Data & Reporting

• Produce timely and accurate People management information to assist organisational decision-making. (ihasco, Breathe, Livepay, Charity log, etc)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the HR information system (Breathe HR), including new profiles, personal data, annual leave and absence reporting.
• Oversee monthly payroll data collation, including hours, absences, and any contractual changes, ensuring timely submission to Payroll.
• Ensure Breathe annual holiday renewal and other system updates are effectively completed and communicated

Employee Relations & Case Management

• Manage employee relations cases, such as sickness absence, conduct, capability, disciplinary, grievance, family focussed leave, flexible working requests.
• Undertake casework, guiding and advising on relevant procedure including gathering evidence and drafting investigation reports, tracking case progress and ensuring communications and actions are completed.
• Provide consistent and fair advice to managers in accordance with policies, escalating complex issues as appropriate.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to projects such as employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, wellbeing programmes, EDIE (VIBE, Voice, Inclusion, Belonging, Engagement) and system improvements.
• Support quality assurance processes in line with National Mind policies and ISO9001 standards.
