Scope of the role

The CDO holds primary responsibility for monitoring and quarterly reporting of the Linkage Plus, Mayors Fund and other community programmes. The CDO will also hold primary responsibility for leading and chairing quarterly meetings with Linkage hubs and the equivalent in other programmes as well as commissioners/funders. The CDO will hold primary responsibility for coordinating with Linkage hubs (4 community centre hubs).

Key Responsibilities

Linkage and Community programme development:

• Support the Community Programme Manager to collaborate with local residents to co-design a range of community activities and programmes that address the needs and interests of the community

Monitoring, reporting and evaluation:

• Lead on the effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting of Communities Programme activity and outcomes. This includes collecting and analysing data, maintaining accurate records, and leading on all aspects of funder and internal reporting, including quarterly reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with service users to ensure the centre remains responsive to the evolving needs of the community.

Collaborative Partnerships:

• Support the Communities team to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with Linkage partner organisations, local charities, community stakeholders, statutory services, commissioning bodies and potential funders to strengthen local networks, improve service coordination and support positive outcomes for residents.​​​​​​​

Essential Criteria

• Demonstrable understanding of community engagement, co-design and empowerment methods
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build partnerships with organisations.
• Experience of working with local commissioners and funders, including producing accurate and timely monitoring, evaluation and progress reports against key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Experience of working with vulnerable members of the community who struggle to access support; understanding their needs and the complexities of building trust with communities that experience structural inequality
• Knowledge of poverty-related issues and a commitment to addressing them
• Understanding and experience of safeguarding processes and supporting teams to understand and implement safeguarding policies and procedures

As of April 2026, Lendwithcare facilitated over 2 million individual loans to support more than 230,00 small business owners with loan support totalling over £62 million.

About you

The Lendwithcare Marketing Executive will be a self-starter keen to take on a diverse and exciting workload to support Lendwithcare’s objectives. The successful candidate will be an experienced copywriter with highly developed editorial skills and a creative eye. We expect you to have strong experience in recruiting and managing volunteers, as this is crucial to delivering high levels of loan funding through the Lendwithcare platform.

The successful candidate will also have marketing or fundraising experience, enabling them to take the lead on a range of supporter communications covering both new supporter acquisition and retention. About the role

Working closely with the Lendwithcare Marketing Manager, the Lendwithcare Marketing Executive will deliver an exciting range of supporter communications and fundraising campaigns to drive loan funding and increase donations. In addition, the role will oversee the approval of up to 600 loan profiles published to the Lendwithcare website each month. This will include working closely with Lendwithcare colleagues to ensure a steady supply of profiles from local partners and growing a team of remote volunteers to edit the text provided to a high standard. The Lendwithcare Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in helping Lendwithcare to drive both loan funding and donations to support CARE’s mission across both acquisition and retention. This means working across both paid advertising campaigns (including Meta), key supporter emails, and other channels as required.

How are staff supported to work remotely?

VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.

As a specialist charity supporting survivors of sexual violence across twelve South London boroughs, we provide counselling, group therapy, advocacy, prevention education, and professional training. About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Children and Young People (CYP) Lead to support the development and delivery of our therapeutic services at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.
 

Reporting to the CYP Clinical Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to CYP counsellors and therapists. You will help ensure that services for children and young people are consistently safe, effective, trauma-informed, and survivor-centred.
 

This is a varied and impactful role that combines clinical leadership, safeguarding oversight, service development, and line management. It offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to shaping, strengthening, and expanding high-quality CYP services.
 

What You’ll Do

• Support the CYP Clinical Lead with assessments, allocations and case distribution across CYP pathways
• Provide clinical guidance and day-to-day support to CYP counsellors and therapists

Key Duties for Form F Assessors include:

• To undertake and complete Form F assessments in the timescale set out in our policy and guidance.
• To visit personal referees as identified on application form for prospective foster carers.
• To ensure that all checks and references are undertaken and completed.
• To provide to the supervisor, regular written updates of the draft assessment.
• To liaise with our administrative team concerning the progress of administrative checks and completion of the Form F.
• To be available for supervision, consultation or liaison as required.
• To be available to present completed Form Fs to the virtual fostering panel and provide support to the applicants through this process.
• To be aware of our child protection procedures and immediately report any child protection matter or concerns to a TACT manager and any relevant placing authority and the area authority.
• To carry out the duties in line with our Foster Carer and Supervising Social Worker Standards and Practice Guidance.

Rates of Pay for Form F Assessors

• £2,250 per Form F Assessment / £37.50 per hour,  plus £250 bonus for ‘panel ready’ assessments, plus £250 bonus for completion within 16 weeks, plus 45p mileage
• £37.50 per hour for assessments which are not completed, and any other piece of work.
