This newly created role will coordinate persuasive proposals and bids with colleagues across the organisation– working to increase the reach of Phoenix Futures. The Role
As Strategic Development Officer, you will play a key supporting role in advancing our growth strategy across health and social care settings. Working closely with colleagues and partners, you will help to expand our reach across the UK, ensuring our services are available to those that need them.
You will be responsible for preparing and submitting high quality bids and funding proposals, coordinating input from cross functional teams and producing compelling communications materials. Your work will involve gathering evidence, best practice and case studies to showcase our impact as well as supporting fundraising initiatives and marketing analysis.
About You
Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and Partnerships, you will:
- Be a experienced in bid writing, proposal development and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Be skilled at interpreting reports and data to communicate impact and value in compelling ways.
- Have strong organisation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate contributions from diverse teams.
- Be comfortable working collaboratively and independently, adapting to changing priorities and supporting colleagues across the organisation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Kids Network are seeking a Community Fundraising Officer to join our small, successful team to help take our community fundraising to the next level, as we grow to deliver life-changing mentoring for more Little Londoners. This role will oversee our growing Community Fundraising programme, building on the processes, engagement and successes we’ve nurtured over two years, keeping our wonderful supporters motivated, committed and happy, while increasing the income they raise.
As our Community Fundraising Officer, you will be the first point of contact for supporters taking on challenge events and raising money for TKN in the community. You will ensure our different supporters have a fantastic experience at every step, and feel committed to supporting the charity’s work and furthering our impact for Little Londoners. Working closely with our two other fundraisers, you will learn about all aspects of fundraising, and support the team with maintaining meticulous records, delivering strong supporter stewardship, and writing lower-level funding applications and reports.
This role supports The Kids Network by securing the income and public support required to deliver and scale our transformative mentoring programme.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
COMMUNITY AND INDIVIDUAL GIVING FUNDRAISING
· Oversee onboarding and stewardship journeys for event fundraisers
· Recruit and support people fundraising in their community (schools, businesses, faith groups, etc)
· Maintain our Community Fundraising platforms and keep event listings up-to-date

We are excited to be seeking a talented and motivated individual to join Southampton Hospitals Charity as our Grants Manager.
This role will provide the right candidate with a rare opportunity to implement, embed and oversee the delivery of the Charity’s £2.5 million dedicated grant programmes from pre to post award.
Covering four programmes (Patient Care, Research & Development, Clinical Innovation and Staff Education & Improvement), the post holder will be responsible for managing circa £2.5M of expenditure each year, ensuring they deliver impact for patients, staff and donors.
This is a unique opportunity to work within the hospital environment where the projects we fund are delivered, supporting clinical staff to access funding to directly improve patient care. You will be vital in cultivating these in-hospital relationships.

Main responsibilities
Grant Management & Compliance
- Oversee the delivery of the charity’s dedicated grant programmes from pre to post award: Patient Care, Research & Development, Clinical Innovation and Staff Education & Improvement. The post holder will be responsible for circa £2.5M expenditure per annum ensuring they deliver impact for patients, staff and donors (grant values typically range from £2K to <£0.5M).
- Oversee the management of the charity's current grant portfolio; ensuring grants are delivered on time and in accordance with internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial obligations (inc. payments, reconciliations and audits) and regulatory obligations (inc. data management, grant award contracts, procurement).

Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with key stakeholders within University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust (UHS), including senior health professionals, executive team members, partners and beneficiaries.
- Work to embed the grants programmes within the hospital environment and work with UHS staff to support them in access funding through working within the hospital and regular visits to clinical areas.
- Act as primary liaison for the Charity’s grant making responsibilities, ensuring alignment with charitable objectives and 2024-2027 strategic mission

About the role

The wïsh centre is a Registered Charity in London Borough of Harrow that helps young people to stop self harming so that they can live a life free from the risk of serious harm. Every year we support over 150 children and young people ages 12-25 years through long term psychotherapy and peer support groups. We deliver our work in schools and colleges and at our Centre in Harrow. We have a twenty year evidenced track record of success and a small and dedicated team.

Purpose of the Role
The Deputy CEO is a new and exciting role that is pivotal in supporting the CEO in leading the charity, ensuring operational excellence, strategic growth, and sustainable impact. Not all young people have the same opportunities in life. Caudwell Youth exists to level the playing field for young people at risk. We support young people up to 25 years, who face real challenges in their lives. They may experience mental health challenges, be leaving care or be at risk of exploitation or offending.
We provide person centred support through volunteer-led mentoring for up to 18-months, alongside a targeted intervention programme called Shaping Futures for high-risk young people. Founded by the philanthropist John Caudwell in 2022, we now support young people across Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire, Slough, Buckinghamshire, and Luton.
Over our first 3 years as a charity, our work has consistently achieved exceptional outcomes for at-risk young people. 95% reduced offending behaviour, 64% reduced their exploitation risk, 83% reported improvements in their mental health and 45% had moved into education, employment or training. When a young person makes progress, families and communities benefit too. In fact, economic analysis shows that for every £1 invested in our programme, we save the public purse £6.05.
Unfortunately, demand for our service far outstrips supply, meaning we have often had to close our waiting lists. Whilst the risks and challenges young people face continue to grow. We currently support around 400 young people. The driving ambition behind our forthcoming strategy is to reach more.

Experience:

- Proven experience in senior communications roles.

- A minimum of five years’ experience in communications, media relations/PR, advocacy and/or marketing.

Overview
Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time and the ability to capture, transport and store or utilise carbon dioxide will be crucial to ensure a sustainable, competitive and equitable transition to a climate neutral Europe. The CCSA is the trade association accelerating the commercial deployment Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (or CCUS) through advocacy and collaboration. Our ambition is to see CCUS developed and deployed at the pace and scale necessary to achieve net zero emissions by 2050 and deliver sustainable growth across regions and nations. We represent a wide variety of organisations with an interest in the development and deployment of CCUS across many applications to decarbonise industries, power, and hydrogen production, and remove carbon dioxide directly from the atmosphere.
The CCSA operates as a not-for-profit company, overseen by a board of elected members. We have 22 staff across our London & Brussels offices.
The role
We are a dynamic and agile organisation looking for a proactive and confident Events and Membership Officer to support the delivery of events and services to our 120+ members. As we are small team, all staff have the opportunity to develop and own their own work streams. For this role, we anticipate that the successful candidate will become responsible for end-to-end event delivery, as well as taking the lead on oversight of the CCSA website. The role will be managed by the Events and Membership Communications Manager, but will also work closely with the Head of Membership and equivalent colleagues in our EU office.
What you will be doing:
Events delivery
Organisation and delivery of our annual programme of 30+ events, from our flagship conferences through to webinars, and smaller member events. Including:
- Delivering a structured programme of in person events, webinars, workshops and site visits.
- Managing delegate bookings and queries
- On-the-day event support at our events and external events
- Coordinating venues, logistics, suppliers and facilitators.[SP6]
- Organising our presence at external conferences including sponsorship/contra deals, speakers and exhibition stands
- Managing the production of marketing collateral to support our events including through digital channels
Membership
- Raise the profile of the CCSA and our work to members and stakeholders through our events, social media and website channels.
- Producing social media content especially focused on events and membership benefits and marketing material including written content, graphics and video.
- Delivery of three weekly newsletters as part of the wider communications team.
- Manage the administration and updating of the website and supporting colleagues to use it effectively and help us achieve our goal of becoming more ‘web centric.’
- Updating and managing membership and stakeholder records in Hubspot and associated databases.
- Improve data management and membership segmentation to improve and tailor member services and support projects.

Location/hours
This is advertised as a full-time role, for a fixed period of a year. However, we are open to part-time applicants for the right candidate. We operate a hybrid policy and the successful candidate will spend 2 days a week in our comfortable London office near beautiful St James Park, SE1. This role requires flexibility when it comes to in-person event support and delivery, so there will need to be occasional travel both in the UK and potentially across Europe and evening/early morning events.

Job Summary for Events Fundraising Officer
We’re seeking an experienced Events Fundraising Officer to work on delivering our UK wide portfolio of challenge events. You’ll be passionate about working in events fundraising and enjoy being part of a busy team. This role sits in the Events team within the Public Fundraising department, generating over £1 million of income. The Events Fundraising Officer will play a key part in our exciting plans to grow this area of fundraising.

Main responsibilities
Project management
· Support the Senior Events Fundraising Officer in managing, delivering, and evaluating a range of fundraising events covering running, cycling and UK challenge events
· Manage events in the portfolio for example Great North Run, Ultra Challenge Series treks
· Regularly report on agreed KPIs
· Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure fundraising events are effectively promoted
· Develop and maintain excellent relationships across the organisation to ensure projects are executed effectively, on time and to budget
· To prepare and present event evaluation reports
Supporter care and stewardship
· Write and develop effective stewardship journeys, using engaging copy to ensure income targets are hit, average gifts are increased, and supporter conversion and retention rates are improved
