Job description

Are you an experienced quantitative researcher who wants their work to have real-world impact? Join RiDC and help generate the evidence that shapes more accessible products, services and policies for disabled people across the UK.

As our Senior Researcher (Quantitative Research and Data Analytics), you will lead high-quality surveys and research projects, analyse complex datasets, and transform findings into actionable insights for businesses, government, charities and policymakers. Working as part of a disability-led organisation, you'll combine technical expertise with social purpose, helping to ensure disabled people's experiences are reflected in the decisions that affect their everyday lives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong survey design, data analysis and reporting skills who enjoys turning data into compelling stories and practical recommendations. You'll work on a diverse range of projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to research that drives meaningful change and inclusion.
