As the Property Manager you’ll play a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with landlords and letting agents, as well as proactively managing a portfolio of housing stock. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with our colleagues in Operations, Asset Management and Health and Safety, leading on all aspects of tenancy enforcement in respect of tenancy breaches and complaints of anti-social behaviour. You will need to be based locally in one of these areas to maximise impact.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Fundraising Data and Operations Manager role sits within the Supporter Engagement (Public Fundraising) team which is part of the wider Income Generation and Communications directorate. It is a pivotal role as it’s at the centre of all our Fundraising data, payments and supporter-related processes.
The role plays a vital function in our income generation, supporter cultivation and marketing activities. As such, the postholder is expected to be a proactive enabler for the team.

The Opportunity:
We are recruiting an Investment Manager – Portfolio to take a leading role in the delivery of our existing portfolio including on special situations and exits.
You will take ownership of performance and manager relationships across a broad portfolio of social impact investments. You will build relationships with senior leaders at our fund managers and take responsibility for how these investments perform against their financial, social impact and systems change goals. You will also oversee several treasury holdings, held for financial return and sustainable outcomes, that support how we manage liquidity.
Across the wider social impact investment portfolio, you will take a leading role in its most demanding and consequential moments: acting as our specialist resource for complex special situations and exits, working alongside asset class teams to protect and recover financial value and impact, and shaping how BSC triages, manages and learns from these situations.
This is an opportunity to build a distinctive skillset across every asset class in which we invest, from portfolio management and manager relationships to restructuring, workouts and complex negotiation, developing cross-asset-class judgement that few comparable roles offer. We will create opportunities for you to contribute to new investments and strategic projects as our 2026–2030 strategy takes shape.

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Data and Digital Transformation (13-month maternity cover) to lead a small data team to incentivise and support ISEAL members to make significant improvements to their data systems, embed data-driven decision-making in their assurance processes, and work towards interoperability in sustainable supply chains.
Data is at the heart of sustainability standards and certification. A key focus of our work at ISEAL is supporting these systems to better leverage the data they collect to create value and drive sustainability impact. We support our members along their digital transformation journey. The goal is to ensure a seamless flow of sustainability and compliance data from producing enterprises to the market and to leverage this data to create incentives and benefits for those at the start of the supply chain. To date, we have focused on building the foundations for robust data governance and management, strengthening their capacity to leverage data for insights, and supporting standardisation of core certificate data. While based in the Legacy and In Memory Team, the role will work with teams across the Mass Engagement Department, including Supporter Marketing and Community, Events and Education. The department is responsible for engaging and growing income and support from a range of audiences including legacy supporters, high value givers and volunteers.

Benefits
As part of our annual leave policy, all employees receive three additional days of annual leave on top of their standard allocation of 25 days. These days are designated to cover the period when our UK office closes at the end of the calendar year, allowing all UK WaterAiders to take a well-deserved break.
These days are automatically scheduled and cannot be changed or moved. Annual leave is accrued based on your start date. If sufficient leave has not been accrued by the time of the closure, the 3 days will be taken as unpaid leave or pro-rated, depending on your circumstances.

It’s been a very successful few years for PCR's Events & Community team with good results across the board, increasing income by over £1 million every year since 2023. And we recently won Fundraising Charity of the Year at the National Fundraising Awards 2026!
Now’s an exciting time to join us as we work on a new multi-year strategy and expand the team yet again, bringing in new resource to give the different activity areas space to grow and ensure we can do our best work – contributing to PCR’s lifesaving mission, developing our careers and enjoying work within an ambitious and supportive environment.
This role is new, created to focus on community fundraising which is a growing area with huge potential for PCR. We currently receive significant unsolicited income from our brilliant supporters, but there is a key opportunity to take a more proactive approach to recruiting new community fundraisers, improving their supporter experience and testing new offerings & products. You will work with the team to create and deliver a plan for this new proactive approach and will lead on day-to-day relationship management with fundraisers.
You will also lead the project management and delivery of some community-focused fundraising events. For example,our annual Snowdonia for Science event or testing new PCR-owned products which work for a community fundraising audience. We currently expect the split of time to be roughly 75% on community fundraising and 25% on events, but the two areas will be closely connected, and this split may change over time. We are excited to work with you to develop the direction of this role as the team and portfolio grows.
You will report to the Head of Events & Community and work closely with the whole team, as well as colleagues across PCR. Most of the Events team try to work together once a week when possible at our London office (Chancery Lane) but we have flexible working arrangements, so you can choose to be office based or hybrid. You would be needed to travel to regular supporter events across the UK (many of which are currently in the London/ SE England area) and to some team days in London on an ad-hoc basis.

Senior Communications Officer (short term)
Key responsibilities

The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is a role that is largely based on site (80:20 split) and the post holder will work a minimum of 14 hours per week at front of house, leading delivery. Shift patterns and start times will be dependent on the needs of the business. This will mean occasions when late, early and weekend work will be required. Shift location will vary between our sites. Provided staffing needs are met, the role holder will be able to work from home one day per week. They will utilise customer feedback and insight on our target market, to optimise our service.
The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is responsible for maximising the number of students using TeamUCL Gyms and ensuring all members have an excellent user experience. They have oversight for the holistic member journey including promotion, joining, induction and retention. Ensuring both the digital and in-person experience exceeds member expectations. They will have autonomy to be agile and responsive to member needs, adapting the customer journey to the changing needs.
