About the role
As Digital Marketer, you'll play a key role in creating and delivering engaging marketing content across Life Cycle’s digital channels, including social media, email, website and digital advertising platforms. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you will help turn campaign plans into clear, creative and effective content that grows awareness, increases participation and supports fundraising objectives.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality digital content, including social media posts, graphics, short-form video, email copy, digital flyers and website content. You will configure and optimise digital adverts across platforms including Google Ads, Google Ad Grants and Meta advertising. Where needed, you will also produce non-digital branded materials that support our digital campaigns.
You will then monitor content performance and analytics, and work with colleagues – and external experts – to identify opportunities to improve results. Ultimately, this role is tasked with helping ensure Life Cycle publishes marketing content that is engaging, accessible, on-brand: and tracked for effectiveness.

As a Project Officer, you will help local communities and schools choose active travel options such as walking, wheeling and cycling.
You will deliver a schools-based project across Portsmouth and work closely with schools, community groups and local partners. You may also recruit and support volunteers from Walk Wheel Cycle Trust, helping them contribute to the Trust's goals and objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Plan and deliver activities and events that give people the knowledge, skills and confidence to choose active travel.
Build and maintain positive relationships with Active Travel Champions in schools and local authorities, providing advice and support.
Collect and share success stories, achievements and impact information to promote the work of Walk Wheel Cycle Trust.
Maintain accurate project records and monitor KPI and project performance data.
