What is the purpose of the Special Events Executive?
The Special Events fundraising Executive supports the delivery of the NSPCC's high-value events and volunteer-led fundraising initiatives, providing essential logistical, financial and administrative support to maximise income and build strong supporter relationships.
This role plays a key part in generating income to support the NSPCC's mission.
What will I be doing as a Special Events Executive?
The varied role sits within the Volunteer Board Fundraising team which leads income generation through regional and national volunteer boards, volunteer-led fundraising initiatives and delivery of special events through our high value event committees.
What skills do I need to be a Special Events Executive?
We are looking for a highly organised and collaborative individual with experience in a customer-focused environment, confident in building relationships with senior stakeholders and volunteers. About the Role
Over the past two and a half years, the wellbeing provision at Freedom from Torture has evolved considerably through the adoption of a systemic, trauma-informed approach. The post holder will help lead on the development of all aspects of Freedom from Torture’s wellbeing strategy. It will range from advising senior leaders on organisational decisions impacting wellbeing, designing and recommending service delivery initiatives, creating training products and systematically evaluating the efficacy of the wellbeing approach.
Freedom from Torture’s external presence in the wellbeing sphere, amongst refugee sector organisations, is growing from strength to strength. The postholder will need to keep the momentum, sharing best practice across the sector.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience in leading wellbeing initiatives effectively, have a strong understanding of how wellbeing fits in with a Human Rights organisation and possess knowledge of what excellent wellbeing practice includes within organisations directly supporting traumatised individuals and families.
They will demonstrate confidence in driving organisation-wide engagement with wellbeing initiatives, fostering open dialogue on sensitive issues, and translating emerging research and best practice into meaningful action across a multidisciplinary environment.

Since this the service has gone from strength to strength with Parents and Carers engaging from all 10 GM boroughs. We have securing funding to continue this project until 2027 with potential for further extensions.
Oasis is recruiting a PAC Support Worker to be part of the PAC Project.
As a PAC Support Worker you will;
· Support parent and carers that identify their child is “at risk” offering them advice and guidance, practical support and linking them in with services/groups that will provide them with a sustainable support network.
· Help parents and carers to develop projects to raise awareness of the issues they are facing, offering peer support and influence policy and system change.
· Be trained in Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) and other parenting approaches to support parents and carers to respond to their children’s needs, de-escalate situations and maintain good relationships within their home.
· Delivering our ‘Encounter’ Parenting Training (based on the principles of NVR) online and in-person to groups of parents and host online and in-person support groups for parents and carers.
· Be integral to the shaping and development of the PAC project utilizing the feedback of those you are working with to ensure the project is impactful and meeting parent’s and carers needs as a priority.

We are recruiting for one IPS Employment Specialist role within our Islington IPS Service. This position will be based within the North London NHS Foundation Trust mental health services in the borough of Islington.
As an IPS Employment Specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting people with lived mental health experience on their recovery journey by supporting them back into paid employment. We are looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals to join us as Energy Advisors to help deliver the vital Home Energy Scotland advice service in the Highlands and Islands. You’ll be the first point of call for householders who need free and impartial advice about how they can lower their bills and reduce their environmental impact. Home Energy Scotland is a free, impartial advice service funded by the Scottish Government and managed by the Energy Saving Trust. Changeworks has been involved in delivering the service for 17 years, and currently manages advice centres in the Highlands and Islands and South East of Scotland.
We provide high quality advice and information on topics including energy efficiency in the home, renewable technologies and saving water. We also support many people who are living in fuel poverty and refer householders to grants and funding to keep their homes warmer for less. The ideal candidate and the role

As an Energy Advisor, you'll provide high-quality, personalised advice that helps customers understand their options, take action and make positive changes to their energy use.
You will join a supportive team of customer-focused advisors in a fast-paced environment. The role involves handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to existing customers. An interest in energy, sustainability or the environment would be an advantage, but it isn't essential as full training will be provided. You will require good IT skills and have a stable internet connection.
