Zoe's Place Baby Hospice was founded in Liverpool in 1995 as the first hospice in the UK specifically providing for the needs of babies and younger children. Our team of specialist nurses and healthcare assistants are supported by a wide range of other healthcare professionals to provide respite care, therapies and bereavement care to babies and children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families.

In late 2024 the people of Liverpool, the North West, and even further afield helped us to raise more than £7,000,000 to secure the future of our hospice, and to build a state-of-the-art new facility in West Derby.

As work begins on our new hospice facility, our dedicated team continues to deliver specialised care from our existing site, and our team of fundraising, marketing, finance, compliance and administration professionals work hard to keep the charity operating smoothly.

This is a rare opportunity to join our dynamic and successful team as the head of our Income Generation and Marketing function. This role enhances the previous role of Head of Fundraising to be responsible for the overall income generation for the hospice, and the key role for the Head of Income Generation is to maintain a sustainable level of fundraising by increasing the income from paid placements through our relationships with Health Trusts and Councils in Merseyside and Cheshire in particular.

We are looking for someone with proven senior-level experience in income generation within the charity, health or care sector, and with a track record of growing income through commissioning or fundraising. About the role

The Registration manager leads the day to day delivery of membership and registration services, ensuring that applications, renewals, declarations, resignations and member records are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with procedures. The role is responsible for smooth operations, CRM accuracy, and ensuring members have a positive experience.

You will manage and support a team of 4 Registration officers, oversee customer service standards, monitor workloads, and keep processes up to date. You will ensure membership applications and changes are processed correctly, lead the annual renewals cycle, handle member enquiries, and maintain accurate data in the CRM system. You will also resolve system issues, produce operational reports, improve workflows, and work closely with other teams such as finance, communications and regulation. 

About you

Role specific criteria:

• Experience delivering membership, registration or service operations in a membership body, regulator, charity or similar setting.
• Experience managing or supervising an operational team, including workload planning and performance oversight.
• Strong CRM and digital systems skills, with the ability to improve workflows and maintain high quality data (Salesforce desirable).
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple processes and deadlines.
• Ability to interpret operational data and produce clear performance reports.
• Experience maintaining accurate member or registrant records, including renewals or revalidation processes.
• Ability to work 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.

Desirable criteria:

• Experience within a professional membership, accreditation or regulatory environment.
• Experience improving digital processes or streamlining operational workflows.
• Understanding of membership lifecycles (e.g., admissions, renewals, trainee transitions).
• Experience preparing operational insights or reports for senior stakeholders.

As Accounts Assistant focusing on Treasury and Accounts Receivables, you'll play an important role in delivering a high-performing, efficient financial transactions operation with partnership and improvement at its core. ETO are seeking a Finance Officer to join our busy, friendly team. This new role will take over responsibility for developing and managing all finance activities and reporting in this rapidly growing charity. Key tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial records of all income received and expenditure incurred

• Liaise with the payroll bureau to ensure accurate and timely processing and payment of monthly salaries and related costs

• Prepare, validate and submit regular Gift Aid claims to HMRC

The Assistant Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising is a senior role in the Legacy and In Memory Fundraising team, working alongside the Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising to drive activities after a significant and sustained investment in this area by the organisation.
The role will lead on the delivery of a multi-channel legacy marketing programme and championing legacy giving across the organisation. The post-holder will be responsible for establishing a year on year 10% increase in the number of legacy enquirers, considerers, intenders and pledgers to the charity, as well as establishing a new in memory fundraising programme that will increase annual income.
The successful candidate will have extensive expertise in all aspects of legacy and in memory fundraising and of project managing multiple campaigns across a range of channels, achieving and improving target revenues. You will have a track record in successful strategic planning, management and implementation of strategy and be a highly organised project manager able to work across simultaneous complex projects.

Your excellent leadership and people manager skills working and building high performing teams will be combined with strong financial management and analytical abilities. You will also be skilled in creative development and be an excellent communicator, able to influence at a senior level and to develop strong, successful, collaborative and influential working relationships. About the role: 

Porchlight’s Housing Management Team provide a property management service for supported accommodation across Kent, housing people at risk of homelessness. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Job Coaching

You will provide hands-on workplace coaching that enables clients to develop competence, independence and resilience, supporting successful progression into sustained employment.

• Deliver in-work coaching, breaking tasks into manageable steps and systematically fading support.
• Conduct detailed job and task analysis to ensure clarity of role expectations.
• Support apprentices to develop technical skills, workplace behaviours and professional standards.
• Produce in work communication passports for apprentices and identify and implement reasonable adjustments in partnership with employers.
• Support apprentices to manage workplace anxiety, communication differences and confidence barriers.
• Develop natural workplace supports, including peer mentors and team-based assistance.

Hospice UK is recruiting a Senior Corporate Development Executive to support and grow our commercial partnerships portfolio, working closely with the Corporate Development Manager and Corporate Development Executive.

This role will help to build relationships with over 80 businesses across all industries including healthcare, finance, insurance, digital, sustainability and more, generating more than £420k each year to support Hospice UK’s work.

The role

You will support all aspects of Hospice UK’s commercial partnership activity, helping to build, steward and develop long‑term relationships with corporate partners, who want to collaborate with hospices. This includes working directly with organisations to secure sponsorship, exhibition space and partnership opportunities. Personalised communications will help move businesses from one‑off activity to longer‑term strategic partnerships.

A key part of the role involves conferences and events. You’ll help secure exhibitors and sponsors for our annual National Conference (1,000+ attendees) and our one‑day conferences, supporting activity from launch through to delivery, including marketing materials, pipeline management, proactive sales and administration.

You’ll also support the Hospice UK Jobs Board, an income‑generating platform promoting careers in hospice and end of life care, contributing to sales and marketing activity, managing job postings and supporting performance analysis and development.

About you
