As a Social Entrepreneur Support Manager, you will be focused on delivering the best possible support to social entrepreneurs and their venture to help them maximise their social impact. This role will lead on finding, funding and supporting social entrepreneurs to offer them the best chance of success, from start up to scale. This role will be working with a diverse range of Social Entrepreneurs, both in terms of their lived experience, and the stage of their venture.
You will be responsible for working with a portfolio of social entrepreneurs at different stages of their journey, from ideation through to growth and scale. The portfolio of social entrepreneurs you will be supporting may vary dependent upon the team you sit within. You may be focused on early-stage or growth stage ventures as needed, offering more flexibility, variety, and skill development opportunities. You will be responsible for the delivery of a package of support that provides the social entrepreneur with awards (grants), Individual and business support, access to peer-to-peer support and to networks.
In the respective teams you will also play an important role in deepening our capability and expertise when it comes to supporting social entrepreneurs during these different stages, building Pathways to Growth. You may also support the design, development and delivery of externally funded programmes or work with thematically/geographically linked social entrepreneurs as appropriate. Increasing UnLtd’s visibility and positive reputation in the development of local networks and connections to enable us to deliver on our strategic goals and driving peer to peer engagements locally and online, nationally.

You will deliver a comprehensive therapeutic service for clients referred by professionals or through self-referral, working within the context of palliative care and in line with relevant psychological principles and NICE guidance.
What we are looking for:
· A qualified counsellor registered with an approved professional counselling body, such as BACP, with experience and understanding of loss, grief and bereavement.
· Advanced training in the theory and practice of counselling.
· Practitioner-level knowledge of at least two models of psychological therapy.
· Significant experience of providing counselling in a professional setting.
· Experience of clinical assessment within a counselling setting.

The post holder will also medically review reports of doctors in their service and, as other duties permit, write medico-legal reports for survivors of torture.
About you
You will be a qualified medical practitioner with full GMC registration and a current license to practise. Having an in-depth understanding of the social care and health systems in the UK. In addition, you will have significant experience of working with survivors of trauma and/or torture in a medical setting, and experience of writing medico legal reports.

What you'll do
Bringing best practice to everything you do, you’ll provide the administrative functions across our Salesforce suite including: user maintenance, org maintenance, dashboards and reports, basic system architecture, object management, flows and other configurations, advanced platform automation.

Job purpose
The Director of Advice Services provides strategic leadership for Toynbee Hall’s Advice Services Directorate, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible and impactful services that support people experiencing poverty, financial hardship, social exclusion and inequality.
Scope of role
The Interim Director of Advice Services is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all Advice Services delivered by Toynbee Hall.
This includes direct delivery services, partnership programmes, grant-funded projects and commissioned contracts delivered across community, healthcare and criminal justice settings.

The South London Women’s Hostel is a 24-hour supported accommodation, offering specialist multi-disciplinary gender specific and trauma informed support to women with multiple complex needs. The South London Women’s Hostel sits within the Chrysalis Project to provide support to women who currently or have recently experienced domestic abuse, sexual exploitation, violence against women and girls (VAWG); and/or have multiple disadvantages.
In the role of Project Worker, you will support clients on their journey toward increased independence. You will manage a caseload of residents, helping them develop the skills and confidence required to move on to appropriate longer‑term or independent accommodation. The role focuses on empowering residents to build on their strengths, develop practical life skills, and maintain independence in the community.
