This is a rewarding and varied frontline role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in rescuing and supporting vulnerable animals, coordinating veterinary treatment and ongoing care, supporting fostering and rehoming pathways, responding to welfare concerns and helping deliver community welfare initiatives across the Branch area.
You will work closely with members of the public, volunteers, fosterers, veterinary partners, local Inspectorate teams and external agencies to help deliver high-quality welfare support to animals in need. · Manage voids, allocations, viewings and tenancy sign-ups.
· Complete tenancy visits, identify support needs and signpost to appropriate services.
· Maintain accurate records and case management information.
· Contribute to service targets, compliance requirements and continuous improvement.
What you’ll need
· Experience in housing management, tenancy management or support services
· Experience working with vulnerable people, including those with disabilities or mental health needs.
· Knowledge of housing management and tenancy-related issues.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Job Summary
We're looking for an excited and proactive Community Fundraising Officer to help support people across the UK to raise vital funds for Bowel Cancer UK. As part of our ambitious and growing Community Fundraising team, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering a diverse portfolio of fundraising activities that generate more than £1.3 million each year in support of our mission.
The Community Fundraising Officer will play a key role in developing and delivering a diverse portfolio of fundraising products and campaigns, including Do-It-Yourself fundraising, Own Place Runs, Celebration and In-Memory giving, as well as popular community initiatives such as our knitting challenge and Christmas appeals.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships, creating engaging supporter experiences and delivering excellent communications. With strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach, you'll work closely with the Senior Community Fundraising Officer to analyse performance, use supporter insights and identify opportunities to enhance fundraising activities and improve supporter retention.
Reporting to the Senior Community Fundraising Officer, you'll work closely with colleagues across the Mass Supporter Giving, Marketing and Communications, Data and IT, and Finance teams, as well as external agency partners, to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding fundraising experiences.
