We are looking for a Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead the programming and delivery of Strength & Conditioning for the TeamUCL High Performance Programme.
The role is a part time, averaging 14-18 hours per week. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with occasional delivery at the UCL East gym site, and across London for testing and pre-season.

What you'll do:
* Lead the production of the PPE, FA investments, grant and interest Look Ahead Care & Support (LACS) and Group consolidated notes.
* Lead the annual year end audit process for the subsidiaries including liaison with the external auditors.

About This Vacancy
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our International Programmes Team on a permanent basis, working within our Asia region.
Overview
The Project Officer will be part of a regional team that works with new and existing partners to design, deliver and learn from projects in line with the organisation’s mission. The team supports the full project cycle: partner engagement, application review, due diligence, project design, contracting, implementation support, monitoring, evaluation and project closure, maintaining accurate records throughout, in close collaboration with the Quality Team (Director and Quality Assurance and Impact (MEAL) Specialists).
The Project Officer will work collaboratively across the regional team, providing flexible support and surge capacity during peak periods and responding to emerging priorities as required. Under the supervision of Programme Managers and the Regional Director, they will also take day-to-day responsibility for a portfolio of assigned partners and specific projects, ensuring timely progression from concept to completion and that documentation, compliance, quality assurance and learning requirements are met. This includes working with the Quality Team to integrate appropriate MEAL approaches, support data quality and ensure learning is captured and shared.
Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will bring in-depth knowledge of sickle cell and work closely with the project steering group, clinical specialists, prison staff, and sickle cell patients in custody. Your aim will be to understand and address the specific needs of patients with sickle cell disorder during their time in detention.

In line with the NHS England (NHSE) 2022/23 healthcare “New Models of Care” this project aims to reduce inequities and improve timely access to high quality expert care for sickle cell patients detained by His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Services – HMPPS (London).
The key aims of the project are to:
· Identify the healthcare needs at the earliest possible opportunity on their prison journey for all sickle cell patients in custody;
· Ensure the patient voice is heard, understood and responded to by healthcare, prison staff and patient peers detained in prison, i.e. cell-mates, for timely response to patient care needs, including an understanding of issues which may exacerbate a SCD crisis and how to respond to potential crisis;
· Empower/support patients to better understand how to self-manage their healthcare needs/their condition during their prison detention;
· Increase the awareness and understanding of sickle cell conditions with health and care professionals and the wider prison estate workforce. To ensure they have the skills and knowledge to identify and/or prevent incidents or escalation of sickle cell crisis, and reduce stigma and adversity that patients may experience.
The post-holder will oversee the successful programme development and delivery to meet the aims and objectives of this pilot project.
The post holder will develop a flexible, bespoke training programme which meets the needs of key stakeholder groups whilst taking into consideration the restrictions imposed by the prison environment. This may include the offer of training virtually/online, and/or face-to-face at prison location/s.
The role will include liaising with a number of organisations commissioned by NHS England (London) to assist with patient engagement.
The post holder will also be responsible for the project budget and evaluation, including working closely with an external agency for the monitoring and evaluation of the programme over its three year duration. We have received public sector funding to enable this innovative project to pilot. Subject to a successful evaluation and securing additional funding, this role may continue.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work closely with managers and colleagues across the organisation, providing practical advice, guidance and support on a wide range of people matters. A key focus of the role will be supporting managers through Employee Relations matters, helping them navigate both informal and formal processes confidently and consistently.
We're looking for someone who can quickly build effective relationships, work independently and confidently manage a varied caseload, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to make an immediate impact.
About you
You'll be an experienced HR professional with strong Employee Relations knowledge and the confidence to advise managers through a wide range of people matters. You'll be comfortable handling both informal and formal cases and able to provide practical, balanced advice that supports positive outcomes while ensuring compliance with policy and employment legislation.
You'll have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to influence, challenge and support managers effectively. You'll be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a wider team.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys helping managers navigate complex people issues and is able to quickly establish credibility and trust within a busy operational environment.

A Support Worker will help to enable vulnerable people with complex support needs to manage their licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.
This role will be based at for Pound Lane, which is a high complex needs 24-hour service with same shift pattern.
The working pattern for this role is: - 5 days a week, working over a seven day pattern, weekends included. Shift pattern 8am-4am and late shift 1.30pm-9.30pm
What you'll do:
* Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader / Manager
* Oversee the daily running of the service ensuring all health and safety responsibilities are met
* Raise safeguarding alerts and complete incident reports within specified timeframe
* Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
* Create support/action plans for providing appropriate support based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available
* Support customers to undertake domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of living standards
* Support customers to move on from the service through their identified move on pathway liaising with our Resettlement Officer and Brent Housing team.

About You and the Role
The Community Wellbeing Navigator will play a key role in delivering a person-centred service, supporting individuals to improve their mental health and wellbeing and progress in their recovery journey.
The post holder will provide focused 1:1 support, enabling individuals to access appropriate services within Mind BLMK and the wider community. This includes offering information, guidance and practical support to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and ensure timely access to the right support.
