What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on, varied role. You'll own the day-to-day running and growth of Charity Connect, managing the community, planning and delivering events, running email and social campaigns, building sector partnerships, and growing our audience.
You'll be:
Managing our online community.Seeding discussions, supporting super users and refreshing content
Planning and delivering a minimum of 10 networking events across the year, including sourcing and managing high-profile sector speakers
Driving audience and registration growth through targeted email campaigns and owned channel activity
Increasing in-platform engagement through relevant content
Working with our product and design teams to integrate the CharityConnect and CharityJob brands, creating clearer user journeys between the two platforms
Building relationships with sector bodies for co-branded content partnerships

Owning our KPI framework, reporting monthly to the senior team against agreed targets
You'll thrive in this role if you
Have experience in community management and/or digital marketing, ideally within a membership body, media brand or digital platform
Are a strong, confident communicator who can craft discussion threads, newsletters and emails that genuinely engage our community
Know how to grow and engage an online audience and have the data literacy to understand what's working and what isn't
Are organised enough to juggle events, campaigns, partnerships and community management simultaneously
Can build relationships with senior sector figures.From event speakers to commercial sponsors, and make them feel valued

About this key role
Holding a caseload of up to 12 clients at any one time, our successful candidate will provide a client-led holistic support service that responds to individual’s needs, including supporting with housing, finances, benefits work and debt advice, parenting, health, ETE and criminal justice, and appearing in court.
We will rely on you to complete initial needs assessments with clients and to support them to develop individual support and risk management plans and regularly review them to assess progress.You will be expected to promote inter-agency collaboration in the assessment and planning process, and to develop and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies, while ensuring you close cases efficiently and positively, identifying a referral route for young people that will identify agencies that can be used for ongoing support is also a key aspect of the role.

Job Purpose
The Head of Corporate Partnerships is accountable for delivering substantial and sustained income growth from the private sector, with clear ownership of income targets, pipeline strength and conversion performance.
The role will lead the development and execution of a high-value, ESG-aligned corporate partnerships strategy, focused on securing and growing six-figure and multi-year partnerships. Corporate Partnerships Strategy & Growth
· Develop, implement and continuously refine a high-value corporate partnerships strategy aligned to organisational growth ambitions
· Deliver significant year-on-year income growth, contributing to the target to double corporate income within three years
· Lead the development of market-leading ESG-aligned partnership propositions, linked to SDGs, climate resilience and inclusive housing

Income Generation & New Business Delivery

About the role
We’re excited to be recruiting a Senior Digital Channels Analytics Manager to join WWF-UK.
In this role, you’ll lead our digital channel analytics capability across web, email, social and paid media, helping teams understand what is working, where we can improve and how digital activity supports supporter experience, engagement and meaningful action.
You’ll act as the organisational expert for digital channel analytics, providing the insight, standards and expertise needed to inform decisions across fundraising, communications and digital activity. You’ll help ensure our digital data is robust, compliant and actionable, and that insight is used consistently to improve performance, planning and evaluation.
You’ll own and develop our digital analytics tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Hootsuite and native social analytics tools. You’ll also support consistent campaign tracking, clear governance and accessible reporting across our digital estate.
This role will involve providing high-quality insight across web, email, social and paid media, including social listening, sentiment analysis, paid media attribution, A/B testing and conversion optimisation. You’ll work closely with teams and agencies to ensure tracking is set up effectively, learning is captured and insight is translated into practical recommendations.
You’ll also play an important role in supporting compliance, including cookie banner management and alignment with GDPR, ePrivacy and ICO guidance. YMCA Hastings provides medium-low supported accommodation for a total of 47 young people at risk of homelessness, aged 16 to 25, and care experienced young people under the age of 18.
