Job description
We are looking for an Advice and Wellbeing Administrator to provide high quality administrative support to the Advice & Wellbeing team. This role will play a key part in the day-to-day operation of the Students' Union UCL Advice Service, including administering enquiry and appointment management processes, supporting the administration of our financial support funds, maintaining electronic case records and supervising student staff.
The role may also provide support to our expanding prevention and intervention programmes such as our Active Bystander Programme, including overseeing the enquiries, scheduling, and workshop administration.
The role is a full time and permanent contract. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 20/80 basis (80% working from the office). We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible, and job share basis wherever possible.

Part of a team of Outreach and Project Workers pivotal to the delivery of an exciting new project focused on reaching women identified as at risk of homelessness and exploitation. The Luna Project supports women at risk of rough sleeping, homelessness and exploitation. Terms

UK Internal Communications & Engagement Partner
Contract type: 15-month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time (35 hours per week)

UK hybrid working – a minimum of 40% of working time is spent face-to-face (London office, external meetings or travel), this amounts to a minimum of 2 days per week and the remaining 60% you can be based at home.

Benefits
As part of our annual leave policy, all employees receive three additional days of annual leave on top of their standard allocation of 25 days. These days are designated to cover the period when our UK office closes at the end of the calendar year, allowing all UK WaterAiders to take a well-deserved break.
These days are automatically scheduled and cannot be changed or moved. Annual leave is accrued based on your start date. If sufficient leave has not been accrued by the time of the closure, the 3 days will be taken as unpaid leave or pro-rated, depending on your circumstances.

The Inland Waterways Association (IWA) is the only independent, national charity supporting and regenerating Britain’s rivers and canals for leisure, living and business. We campaign both locally and nationally for the waterways; lobbying parliament, championing regeneration, promoting sustainability and the environment and raising waterways users concerns. We also love to roll up our sleeves and get involved with direct work on the waterways, both through local branch activities and through the hands-on activities of our Waterways Recovery Group.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic manager to co-ordinate the day-to-day operation of the charity. Reporting to the chair of the Trustees and with a small team of permanent staff focused on three areas – Campaigning, Restoration and Support, your prime responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of the charity.
As an experienced manager you will have experience of all areas of business management: marketing, finance, human resources as well as the myriad issues common to all small charities and businesses.
