We are looking for a Delivery Partner Manager to develop and manage AllChild’s partnership of voluntary and community organisations in Hastings, ensuring excellent quality specialist support which drives positive outcomes for children, young people and their families.
Across the UK, millions of children and young people are growing up in poverty, facing complex social and emotional challenges. AllChild works within local systems and communities to identify and support young people most at risk of poor social, emotional and academic outcomes. At Yeldall Manor, we have been helping men overcome drug and alcohol addiction for 50 years through our residential rehabilitation programme and Christian recovery community. We believe that lasting recovery is possible and are committed to supporting individuals to rebuild their lives, restore relationships and develop a renewed sense of purpose.
We are looking for a commited Christian to join our Recovery Coordination Team as an organised and proactive Admissions Coordinator. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, commissioners, families and referring agencies, you will play a vital role in ensuring that individuals receive a professional, welcoming and supportive experience from their first enquiry through to admission.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, experience working with vulnerable adults or within health and social care settings, and a passion for helping people begin their recovery journey.

What are we looking for?
About You
You will be someone who thrives on supporting people at critical points in their lives. You will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and confident communicating with professionals, commissioners, families and prospective residents.
Most importantly, you will be committed to helping individuals take the first steps towards recovery while ensuring every applicant is treated with dignity, respect and compassion. We welcome applications from people in recovery; however, due to the nature of the role and the support provided to residents, a minimum of two years' sustained recovery (clean time) is required.
As a Christian charity, we bring our faith to the work we do and the men we work with, so you will be someone with a deep-rooted Christian faith, able to inspire others in their own faith journeys, seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit in all key decisions. Schedule 9, Part 1:3(a) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.
