We are looking for a Global Acquisition Officer to help attract new supporters through high-quality content that connects people to our mission and inspires action. Reporting to the Global Acquisition Manager, you’ll deliver multi-channel campaigns across global markets, including paid social, PPC and other digital channels. You’ll craft engaging digital content, design and optimise donation and landing pages, and track performance to continually improve results.
You’ll collaborate with teams across Individual Giving, Communications, Supporter Care, Data, Technology, and Insights and Programs to bring stories to life and run campaigns that motivate supporters to act. You’ll also contribute to wider Acquisition programs, from DRTV and cold mailing to digital lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone early in their digital fundraising or marketing career who is organised, analytical, and creative. You’ll thrive if you bring a data-driven approach with experience in testing and optimising campaigns and turning innovative ideas into measurable results.

- Someone with excellent influencing and relationship skills, you will be able to work with a range of key stakeholders, including NHS organisations, clinical teams, and national and regional charities.

- Someone with an expert understanding in measuring service outcomes, you will be responsible for providing the evidence of quality, impact and cost effectiveness for services funded and provided by Teenage Cancer Trust within your regions.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
The Individual Giving and Legacy Manager will report into the Head of Public Fundraising and sits within the wider CoppaFeel! Fundraising Team. In this pivotal role you will leverage your individual giving digital skills, knowledge and passion to drive our fundraising efforts to new heights. Your innovative approach and data-led mindset will grow our income and supporter base, and ensure we’re on track for our mission to educate and empower young people of early detection of breast cancer.
You will need to have experience in both acquisition and retention programmes particularly in paid digital, new product development and developing multi-channel supporter journeys. You will be a great project manager, be confident in managing budgets across multiple income streams and using data to make evidence-based decisions. You will also have excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
This is a fixed term contract of 12 months and a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities

Development and delivery of the Individual Giving Programme across regular giving, cash, lottery, legacy and in memory activities and income streams with a digital first approach.

Work with the Head of Public Fundraising in developing and delivering the public fundraising strategy to support growth over the next 3 years.

Manage budgets against financial and non-financial KPI’s and targets. Be involved in setting budgets and regular re-forecasts, working closely with the Finance team to ensure all income and expenditure is coding and recorded correctly.

Develop supporter journeys across the programme and organisation, monitoring to optimise when necessary.

Manage external suppliers and partners to make sure that CoppaFeel! Is getting the best value for money and high quality services.

Lead on building the legacy programme to acquire new supporters and embed as a giving product in the organisation.

Manage and develop the in memory income stream with a view to grow over the next 3 years and integrate with other income streams which share the same motivation to give.

Embed the EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) strategy, increasing diversity in the Individual Giving portfolio; broadening our appeal, relevance and accessibility within our work.

Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to amplify public fundraising and ensure delivery of projects and activities are integrated where possible and delivered successfully.

SUPPORTER DEVELOPMENT MANANGER
We are delighted to be working with St Margaret’s Hospice Care who support patients, families and carers across the majority of Somerset, providing specialist in-patient hospice care, an adviceline and community service.
St Margaret’s are now seeking an experienced and innovative Supporter Development Manager to lead the ‘Supporter Experience’ function, bringing fresh ideas and insight-driven strategies to enhance donor engagement. You will manage supporter journeys across all income streams, focus on retention and stewardship, recognise and thank donors appropriately, and ensure accurate data management, Gift Aid compliance, and adherence to fundraising policies.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will help drive the hospice’s five-year income generation strategy, maximising income through innovative, supporter-focused engagement. With one direct report and oversight of a further three team members, you will embed gold-standard stewardship across the directorate, use CRM insights to guide decisions, and support the growth of mid-level giving while ensuring consistently high-quality supporter experiences.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience delivering high-quality supporter care and stewardship strategies that retain donors, reduce attrition, and increase giving opportunities.
- Highly developed organisational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience managing and delivering income-generating campaigns or appeals, including setting and managing budgets.
- Experience leading a high-performing team and supporting individuals to achieve their objectives.
- Demonstrable experience using CRM databases to analyse supporter data, with a strong understanding of accurate data capture, data governance, and using insight to enhance the supporter experience.
Open minded, you will be creative in approach, with effective leadership skills, and a strong empathetic and kind nature, particularly towards colleagues and bereaved supporters. About The Role
Events are a key component in our visitors’ experience at a WWT site and we have big ambitions to develop and deliver an even stronger calendar of innovative events in 2026 and beyond.
Working with the Head of Interpretation and Programming and the Centre Managers, you will lead on the development of new seasonal events, from ideation and concept stage to multi-site implementation, with the objective of driving new and repeat visitation. You will be responsible for the creation of bespoke ‘home-grown’ events as well as developing partnerships with external organisations that deliver licensed content for branded events.
This is a permanent contract, working full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
The role will be based at our Slimbridge HQ offices a minimum of 2-3 days a week. It is expected that the role will need you to be present at each of our sites on a regular basis.

Core Purpose
The Gaming & Creator Partnerships Manager plays a central role in expanding Make-A-Wish UK’s impact across the gaming and creator ecosystem. Working closely with, and in support of, the Head of Gaming, the role helps shape, inform, and deliver the overall strategy and outreach to creators, gaming companies, publishers, platforms, and community partners.
With an equal focus on industry partnerships and influencer engagement, the role develops and maintains strong relationships with creators, influencers, and gaming organisations to raise income and increase participation and engagement.
By supporting the Head of Gaming in turning early-stage conversations and strategic opportunities into meaningful, high-impact collaborations, the role co‑ordinates and delivers creator-led campaigns, industry activations, and innovative fundraising products that inspire communities and help unlock life‑changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
Essential Criteria
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including publishers, studios, esports, and community culture.
- Knowledge of streaming platforms, gaming influencers, and the wider video games community.
- Familiarity with Discord, creator tools, and gaming‑focused fundraising platforms such as Tiltify.
- Proven experience coordinating fundraising campaigns involving creators or influencers.
- Ability to develop engagement plans and supporter journeys, particularly for high‑profile relationships.
- Experience providing logistical support for events and campaigns, including content gathering (photo shoots, videography, social content).

- Collaborate with other Income & Engagement teams on cross department projects.

Platforms & Infrastructure

Creator Relationship Development

- Undertake research and develop ideas to establish new creator relationships, working closely with the Head of Gaming to establish outreach priorities.

Creator Campaigns & Activations
- Co‑ordinate and deliver creator-led fundraising campaigns and projects, including Wish 200 Week.
- Organise and participate in creator events, charity streams, and collaborative activations.
- Support creators with assets, guidance, and technical help to ensure smooth, impactful fundraising activity.
- Utilise technical knowledge of Tiltify and JustGiving and manage the Make-A-Wish UK presence through the associated branded account.

Content & Channel Management
- Develop and produce streams and creator-led content alongside the Communications team.
- Assist with gaming-focused content delivery, including clipping, editing, and technical support for internal and external teams.
Supporting Wish Granting
- Support the Wish Granting team to help deliver more influencer and entertainment-related wishes.
- Attend wishes where relevant and identify opportunities for creator or partner collaboration, feeding insights back to the Head of Gaming.
Other Responsibilities
Supporter Experience
- Help create and deliver engagement plans that strengthen key relationships and networks, including events, cultivation activities, and educational touchpoints.
- Maintain accurate records for gaming campaigns and creator fundraisers in Salesforce.
- Produce documents such as proposals, briefs, and partner packs to ensure a positive experience for creators and entertainment contacts.
Monitoring, Recording & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and deliver reports on key performance indicators for campaigns and activities.
- Benchmark and monitor external activity to identify trends and opportunities, sharing insights with the Head of Gaming.
- Ensure systems, databases, project management documents, and planning tools remain accurate and up to date.
- Monitor and report on the budget throughout the year, providing rationale for any variances to the Head of Gaming.

Job summary
The Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) is a charity that supports members who work in, or are interested in, tropical medicine and global health.
In September 2028 it is hosting the International Congress for Tropical Medicine and Malaria (ICTMM) on behalf of the International Federation for Tropical Medicine (IFTM), in Liverpool, UK.
ICTMM 2028 expects to receive over 1,500 attendees, hopefully with over 40% coming from outside of Europe. It is an educational meeting with a high proportion of the content driven by abstracts. The event is being delivered by RSTMH with the support of a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO).
The ICTMM Events Manager has responsibility for coordinating the development and delivery of ICTMM 2028 at RSTMH, working with the RSTMH team, the PCO, the event venue ACC Liverpool, IFTM, and other suppliers. The individual would be based at RSTMH where the role would start on a part-time basis and move to be full-time 17 months before the event.
The role requires an able self-starter who understands the logistics and considerations of running a scientific, abstract-driven event of 1,500+ attendees, of working with a PCO and of educational events attended by a high number of international guests. There will be some travel to Liverpool and the role would require some overnight stays there before and during the event.
The candidate needs to have excellent event and project management skills, communication and relationship building skills, and be organised and flexible with a great attention to detail. They should be as comfortable developing an events strategy as answering queries about tickets sales and negotiating sponsorship. Alongside delivering the ICTMM meeting there are opportunities for partners to deliver events at the same venue, which are also the responsibility of the events manager.
The role will start as three days per week and then move to be full time as we approach the event. The current expected timings are:
- 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 – 21 hours/3 days per week
- 1 April 2027 to 30 September 2028 – 35 hours/ 5 days per week
Up to 1 April 2027 the role will be office-based in our London (Bloomsbury) offices, although there is flexibility to set your own days between Tuesday to Fridays (working hours must include our core times of 10am – 4pm).
The role may also require work in the evenings or weekends and potential time staying in Liverpool.
Main responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive project plan for all aspects of ICTMM 2028, working with the PCO, and be responsible for ensuring all stakeholders meet deadlines leading up to the event
- Coordinate stakeholders working on ICTMM 2028, ensuring all are up to date with progress and relations run smoothly – including RSTMH, PCO, conference venue, IFTM, ICTMM Strategic, Sponsorship and Scientific Committees and other third parties

Alumni Volunteering
- In partnership with the Head of Alumni Relations, co-create a compelling volunteering programme that enables alumni to give back, grow their skills, and strengthen their connection to our community.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive volunteering database within the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking, monitoring, and stewardship of all volunteers.
- Develop innovative communication strategies to attract alumni volunteers and match them to meaningful roles.
- Create and deliver an alumni volunteer engagement plan—such as newsletters, spotlight features, or impact reports—to help volunteers understand and celebrate the difference they make.
- Keep all volunteer roles and progress actively updated in the CRM and provide monthly insights on volunteering engagement and recruitment performance.
Communication
- Actively contribute to editorial meetings and alumni communications planning.
- Create engaging content for platforms including newsletters, social media, and the alumni website.
- Lead on all communications specifically for the Connect community, ensuring messages are timely, relevant, and impactful.
- Maintain the back-end newsletter hosting on Connect
Events
- Support the Head of Alumni Relations in delivering a calendar of monthly alumni and Connect events.
- Assist with event promotion, logistics, and on-the-day representation of the Alumni Relations team.
Data & CRM
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for all Connect members and volunteers in the CRM, ensuring best practice in data hygiene and stewardship.
- Highlight any data issues or risks and propose solutions proactively.
- Ensure GDPR compliance at all times
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in programme management, community engagement, alumni relations, talent development, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with experience developing engagement strategies and content.
- Passion for social mobility, diversity, and helping talent reach its full potential.
