About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced IDVA Team Leader to join Birmingham's new Family IDVA Service. This is a part-time role, working 30 hours per week, and offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery and development of an innovative city-wide service supporting parents aged 16+ and their children under 18 who are affected by domestic abuse.
Based within Birmingham's Family Hubs, the service will provide specialist, trauma-informed domestic abuse support to families at the earliest opportunity, helping to prevent escalation of harm and improve safety, resilience and wellbeing. The IDVA Team Leader will help ensure that families receive a flexible, whole-family response, with the voices and needs of both parents and children remaining central to assessment, safety planning and support.
In this role, you will provide leadership and day-to-day support to a team of Family IDVAs, helping to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe and effective services. You will line manage a team of frontline practitioners, providing supervision, coaching, case guidance and performance support, while promoting a positive, confident and resilient team culture. You will also support the Operations Manager with the effective running and development of the service. This will include supporting case allocation, monitoring caseloads, undertaking case reviews and audits, ensuring accurate recording on case management systems, and contributing to performance reporting against service standards, contractual requirements and KPIs. You will use data, quality assurance and learning from practice to help identify trends, strengthen service delivery and support continuous improvement.
You will provide advice and guidance to colleagues around safeguarding, risk and case complexity, ensuring the service prioritises the safety, dignity and individual needs of families. Partnership working will be central to this role. You will work closely with Birmingham Children's Trust, Family Hubs, Early Help, education, health, community organisations and other statutory and voluntary sector partners to strengthen referral pathways, promote access to support and improve coordinated responses for families affected by domestic abuse. You will also contribute to the service's training and engagement offer, helping to build awareness and understanding of domestic abuse amongst professionals across Birmingham's family support system.

The Head of Public Fundraising is a new role at Coeliac UK leading the charity’s public fundraising function. The role focusses on driving sustainable growth across individual giving, community fundraising, events, lottery, raffle, digital fundraising and merchandise. This role is responsible for delivering Coeliac UK’s 5-year fundraising strategy to maximise return-on-investment, grow long term supporter value, and contribute to the charity’s mission.
The Head of Public Fundraising will embed and deliver comprehensive fundraising strategies, growing Coeliac UK’s supporter base and income, building up new and under-developed income streams and communicating effectively with their audiences to expand their reach, and encourage financial and non-financial support to deliver the organisations mission.
Who are we looking for?
Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising. This role blends the strategic oversight and leadership of a Head of role across multiple income streams, with the hands-on expertise of an IG fundraiser. Experience across other income streams and areas of fundraising delivery would be a huge benefit as the role leads community fundraising and events, will take on digital fundraising - currently led by the Chief Engagement Officer, as well as manage the data and supporter care functions, but experience in individual giving is essential as Coeliac UK has defined that as an area of priority income. About the Team

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Supporter Engagement Manager position is a pivotal role in the Public Fundraising team, comprising seven specialist Fundraisers. The post-holder is responsible for driving growth in our Individual Giving programme through a mix of acquisition and retention campaigns.
Key internal relationships include the Head of Supporter Engagement and the Fundraising Management team.
The post-holder will work closely with the Fundraising Data Manager and the Community Engagement Manager on collaborative income generation and Supporter Engagement activities.
The post-holder will be instrumental in shaping the Individual Giving and Supporter cultivation strategies geared towards increasing our Cash and Regular Giving Supporter base.

You will be a dedicated, organised and experienced Individual Giving specialist, with proven expertise in Supporter stewardship.

The Public Fundraising team is part of the wider Income Generation and Communications team based in our hospice, at The Ark. We are a close-knit, highly supportive, high-performing team of 19. We’re looking for a Receptionist & Challenge Event Assistant to join our friendly Challenge Event team. This role is the first point of contact for many supporters of the Charity. It is also an integral part of the Challenge Events Team, assisting with managing a portfolio of third-party challenge events. Dealing directly with supporters and liaising with teams across the Charity, the role requires an effective communicator, with great attention to detail, who is proactive and has a passion for fundraising.

About you
You’ll be a friendly, organised and proactive individual who enjoys working with people and delivering a great supporter experience. Whether through customer service, volunteering or a similar role, you’ll be confident building positive relationships, managing multiple priorities and communicating effectively with a wide range of people. You’ll have strong attention to detail, good IT skills, and a practical approach to problem-solving. Experience of using a database would be an advantage, but most importantly, you’ll be keen to learn, take initiative and contribute positively as part of a supportive team.
