About the Role 

This is a key role supporting the transformation of communications across the Foundation. You will help shape how we engage, inspire and connect with priority audiences, ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent and impactful. 

As Strategic Communications Lead, you will play a central role in evolving how we communicate - strengthening our organisational narrative and supporting a shift towards more proactive engagement with new audiences, including colleagues across Lloyds Banking Group and wider stakeholders. 

This is a hands-on role with strategic influence. You will support the development of communications campaigns, processes and ways of working, while leading the delivery of the Foundation’s new website as a core part of our digital transformation. 

About You 

We are looking for someone with strong experience in strategic communications, campaigns or content-led roles, ideally within a complex organisation. You will bring experience of supporting organisational change through communications, alongside strong digital and project delivery skills. 

You will be confident working across teams, managing external suppliers, and developing clear, engaging messaging for different audiences.

Into Film is the UK’s leading charity for film in education and the community. We provide screen industry careers information and advice, support young filmmakers, and bring the power of moving image storytelling into classroom teaching.

Role Summary 

The Programme Officer UK will be instrumental in providing administrative support for the successful delivery of our three programme strands across the UK. Reporting to the Joint Head of Programmes (Nations Lead), this role ensures the smooth and efficient running of projects by managing key organisational tasks, providing high quality customer service and supporting specific activities including data driven targeted work. Working closely with Programme Leads, Programme Coordinators and the wider team, the Programme Officer UK will play a vital role in maintaining seamless administration activities, contributing to the successful delivery and impact of our programmes.   

Main Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative support for the delivery of cross-programme activity in all four nations, including training for teachers and careers professionals, workshops, conferences and events.
• Meet regularly with each of the nations’ teams to ensure a joined-up approach and understanding of the place-based programme activity and requirements in each area.
• Oversee and support the management and maintenance of the CRM database of nations’ place-based activity across the UK, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with data collection and evaluation for reporting to funders by ensuring accurate data input and collection from relevant stakeholders including liaison with the Research and Data Coordinator. 
• Collaborate with the Marcomms team to assist in promoting the programme across all communication channels, including signups to our training programme for educators, entries to our filmmaking competitions, the Into Film Awards, and bookings for the Into Film Festival, Spring Screenings and other events for our Screen Careers programme. 
• Work with Marcomms and Programme Coordinators to run targeted marketing campaigns to increase and drive engagement in our place-based targeted areas across the UK.
• Assist in desk-based research to identify partners and organisations (including schools) to engage underserved and underrepresented young people in our programmes, sourcing relevant external information from across the education, youth and film industry sectors. 
• Working with Programme Leads to support the development and delivery of our Youth Advisory Council and Education Ambassador initiatives.
• Undertake additional general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the team including but not limited to customer support cases, equipment and materials inventory and orders, booking travel, processing invoices and regional social media channels, 
• Represent Into Film at conferences and events as required.
• Any other reasonable duties assigned by Into Film.

General Responsibilities: 

• Commitment to quality internally and in all dealings with Into Film’s stakeholders including teachers, children and young people, industry partners, funders, supporters, parents and carers, and members of the public. 
• Commitment and active participation in helping Into Film live its EEDI values and ethos through everything it does. 
• Contribute to long term planning to ensure growth in line with demand and resources. 
• Contribute to the regular monitoring and evaluation of Into Film’s work. 

Person Specification: 

• Experience in administrative support, with strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. 
• Confidence using CRM systems for accurate data input, analysis and reporting. 
• Clear and effective communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. 
• Good understanding of the UK education landscape and how film can be used in educational settings, along with awareness of the UK screen industry. 
• Strong digital skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and general confidence with online systems and tools. 
• Ability to support or contribute to marketing activity, such as email campaigns or targeted outreach. 
• A proactive, adaptable and detail-focused approach, with the ability to work remotely. 
• An interest in film and a commitment to engaging and supporting young people through creative opportunities. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Experience, knowledge and understanding of using CRM for analysis, insights and reporting.  
• Proven track record and demonstratable experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent project and time management skills, an ability to prioritise a busy work schedule and to work remotely as required. 
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Awareness and good understanding of the education market, curricula and how teachers can use film across the UK.
• Awareness and understanding of the screen industry landscape across the UK.  
• Experience of cross-team working. 

Desirable: 

• Experience of developing and implementing email campaigns.

About the role

We are looking for both a Senior Data Investigator and a Data Investigator to join our Data Investigations Team in delivering a major new project focused on abandoned and orphaned oil and gas wells in Europe. The Senior Data Investigator and Data Investigator will work together in the development of the core database underpinning the project’s public-facing map, and carry out rigorous data analysis and investigations that help uncover the environmental, financial and public interest issues linked abandoned to oil and gas wells.

You will also contribute to the wider work of the Data Investigations Team, supporting the development and delivery of other data-led investigations, strengthening data investigation practice across the organisation, and helping ensure that data is used effectively in Global Witness’s publications and advocacy.

You have experience supporting data-led investigations, research or public-interest reporting, and are keen to develop your skills as a data investigator. You are confident working with complex datasets and a range of advanced data collection and analysis methods to identify impactful lines of inquiry and turn complex information into robust, publishable findings. Who We Are

The 999 Club has stood on the corner of Deptford Broadway for more than 30 years, working with and supporting the local community. Our focus now is on people who are street homeless, rough sleeping or unhoused and those who have no recourse to public funds.

The Gateway is open five days a week and provides a welcoming, safe and friendly space where our members can spend time away from their usual situation and sort out practicalities like getting laundry done, taking a shower, charging their phone and having something to eat.

The Team

Exactly as it says on the tin, the Essential Services Team was set up to deliver essential services and we’re really excited to be restructuring the team. Whilst our Intervention Team works with members to figure out their next steps around housing etc. the Essential Services Team work to make sure that everything is in place we all get to spend time in clean, safe, friendly surroundings.

Working alongside an amazing team of volunteers the Essential Services Team provide it all, hospitality to housekeeping and everything in between.  From welcoming members at reception to helping out with laundry, to making sure the place is clean and comfortable and well maintained, that we have enough of everything, that all the admin is taken care of and and that there’s something nutritious for lunch, the Essential Services Team are at the centre of everything we do – effectively, they are the engine that keeps the 999 Club running.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Director of Fundraising. The post-holder will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of a strategic, multi-layered fundraising programme, maximising mid and high value income to support the organisation’s short, medium, and long-term electoral objectives. The postholder will align fundraising strategy with the political electoral cycle, ensuring sustainable income growth, effective donor engagement, and the financial resilience required to deliver Political campaign success at all levels.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment, managing political risk 

• Proven track record of success in project management, through the complete project life cycle, preferably in complex situations 

• The ability to produce overarching fundraising strategies and to ensure their effective implementation

• Proven and successful experience of fundraising and income generation activity

The Labour Party’s standard working arrangement is that all employees based in headquarters in London/Newcastle attend their contracted office four days per week, Monday to Thursday. Home working is only authorised on Fridays.

You are an experienced communications leader who combines professional authority with emotional intelligence.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Community Fundraiser to join our Community Fundraising team. Community is at the heart of Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, and our community fundraising team play a vital role in building relationships and raising funds across our community and catchment. Shooting Star Children’s Hospices is a leading children’s hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families. This role requires experience in fundraising or relevant transferable skills gained from a comparable role. Herts Mind Network is a new delivery partner of Hertfordshire’s ‘Connect To Work’ programme, overseen by Step2Skills, Hertfordshire County Council.

The Connect to Work programme has launched in Hertfordshire in August 2025 and is designed to support residents with disabilities, health conditions, or complex barriers into meaningful employment.

This UK Government-funded programme is part of a nationwide effort to reduce economic inactivity and promote inclusive workplaces.

Connect to Work is a personalised Supported Employment programme that pairs eligible individuals with dedicated Employment Advisors.

About the Role

As a Team Lead you will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model to meet individuals regularly to understand an individual’s skills, strengths and goals; developing clear action plans; provide practical support; and co-create personalised action plans, whilst also overseeing the day-to-day management of our team of Employment Advisors.

The programme provides structured, 1:1 and group based person centred support to build confidence, motivation and resilience, to help individuals work towards clear, work‑related goals.

You will also engage with employers to identify suitable opportunities, arrange interviews, and offer ongoing support to both individuals and employers to promote successful job retention; whilst advocating for individuals to de-stigmatise mental health.

You may also work with a small number of individuals who are already in work to sustain and thrive in their employment.

As a Team Lead you will be responsible for:

• Line management of 4 countywide employment advisors
• Supporting the Services Manager with effective running of the Connect To Work service.
• Delivering effective 1:1 and group person centred employment support to individuals looking for work
• Overall operational responsibility to deliver the programme
• Accurate and timely record keeping to demonstrate activity and impact
• Ensuring high-quality support is delivered at all times, aligned with HMN values
