About This Job

This is an exciting role within the Army Cadet Adventurous Training team responsible for ensuring all support elements are in place to facilitate the AT service for the Army Cadets and Combined Cadet Force.

We are looking for a training professional to bring their skills, enthusiasm, and personal credibility to the team to assist with strategic planning, budget management and HR matters. You will line manage the CCAT Facilities and Logistics Officers.

In conjunction with the CCAT Training Officer you will support the Centre Managers with planning and delivery of courses and expeditions.

From time to time, you will be required to deputise for the Head of AT or the Centre Managers which may involve travel throughout the UK and overseas, working some evenings, bank holidays and weekends.

Essential Skills

· Good level of general education (English, Maths and IT).

· Hold a level 3 qualification in leadership and management.

· UK driving licence (Cat B).

· Experience of managing a small team.

· Exceptional IT skills and extensive use of MS365.

· Experience of organising events, working with internal and external partners.

· Experience of supporting and mentoring.

· Demonstrable success in establishing effective working relationships across a range of organisations at all levels.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Personal credibility, enthusiasm, flexibility, resilience and innovation.

Purpose of the Job  

To lead and manage the Compliance Support team responsible for overseeing the ongoing compliance of all organisations actively participating in the FareShare Go programme after their probation period. The role ensures that compliance-related contacts and case work are handled in line with organisational standards and contributes to the development and implementation of compliance processes to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for partner organisations. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Manages the daily operations of the Compliance Support team ensuring compliance case work and customer contacts are managed efficiently and professionally
• Leads the monitoring of service quality, compliance outcomes and performance against agreed KPIs
• Track, analyse and report on key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to identify trends, performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Provide programme managers with feedback and insights from the Compliance Support Team to develop the compliance function and the development of the wider Customer Support Team
• Identifies operational improvements to compliance processes and team workflows
• Escalates complex compliance issues or risks to senior management when required and supports resolution
• Support the development and implementation of compliance processes that align with organisational goals, customer service standards and regulatory expectations

About the Role

As a Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of victim services in Hampshire & Isle of Wight

You will ensure the provision of high-quality services and compliance with contractual and organisational standards as well as supporting the Area Manager to identify opportunities for service development.

About Working Well Trust 

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. 

We are now recruiting IPS Employment Advisors to join our IPS service to join our Kingston & Sutton team. A key part of the role involves engaging employers, promoting the value of our service, and identifying suitable job opportunities.

You would work closely with NHS clinical teams, contributing to an integrated approach to recovery through employment. This includes attending team meetings, coordinating support, and maintaining clear, client-led communication. The role also involves working to agreed targets while maintaining a high-quality, supportive service.

You do not need previous employment support experience. What matters most is that you bring: 

• A genuine desire to support people with mental health support needs and/or learning disabilities to achieve their employment goals. 

• Motivation to help people from all backgrounds move into meaningful work. 

• Confidence speaking with a wide range of people, from clients to employers. 

• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and manage your workload. 

• Willingness to learn the IPS model and become confident approaching employers.

Job Title: Support Mentor (FTC)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated team to deliver person centred and bespoke trauma informed support to vulnerable women in Luton. This new service will provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for women facing sexual exploitation and substance dependency – a place they can truly call home. Through stable, person-centred care, you'll play a vital role in empowering women to rebuild their lives and embrace brighter futures. 

In this role, as a Support Mentor, you will work within a 24 hour service which provided person centred support to our residents, working to ensure the safety and wellbeing. Our residents have experienced multiple forms of exclusion, such as historical/ongoing abuse, involvement in the criminal justice system, mental health challenges, drug and/or alcohol dependency and enduring high levels of violence and coercion. You will build trusting professional relationships with residents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations which could be through tailored one to one sessions, group sessions, in and out of service activities, and general wellbeing check ins. Your role will focus on empowering our residents to take control over their lives and meet their personal goals

 Responsibilities include:

• Holding a caseload, conducting key work sessions which are personable to resident needs
• Carry out regular welfare checks, safeguarding checks, and general living checks
• Encourage residents to take part in activities and events both within the service and the community
• Keep support plans up to date on a regular basis
• Work closely with the rest of the team to provide overall excellent service delivery, this may mean also supporting with their caseloads, and other tasks as necessary
• Building trusting professional relationships with residents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations which could be through tailored one to one sessions, group sessions, in and out of service activities, and general wellbeing check ins.
• Focusing on empowering our residents to take control over their lives and meet their personal goals

We are looking for a Drop-in Support Worker to join the team at MASH as Maternity cover and provide support to women.

Using a gender and trauma-informed approach, the Drop-in Support Worker will manage our city centre Drop-in Centre and support the women who attend. This will involve managing volunteers, providing support and advice to women, and delivering a range of activities.
