The Role

We are looking for an Impact and Learning Manager.

The core purpose of the role is to manage YBI’s impact measurement, coordinate programme monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), strengthen data quality and generate actionable insights that inform organisational decision-making.

You will also support the delivery of member engagement initiatives, learning activities, communities of practice, and member experience evaluation, helping to ensure excellent experience in the network.

The role

We're seeking a Senior Database Officer to join our friendly, ambitious and collaborative Data Team and help power the work of Pancreatic Cancer UK.

Working as part of our supportive and knowledgeable Data Team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to deliver high-quality data solutions, improve processes and help teams make informed decisions.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead the delivery of bulk data imports, ensuring data from multiple sources is processed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide expert database support across the organisation, resolving queries, delivering user training and driving continuous improvements to our data processes.
• Champion data quality by maintaining accurate records, developing process documentation and ensuring our CRM operates effectively and in line with GDPR requirements.
• Partner with colleagues across Supporter Care, Finance, Fundraising and other teams to deliver effective data solutions and help maximise the value of our data.

About You 

You'll be an experienced database professional with a passion for high-quality data and continuous improvement. You'll bring:

• Strong experience working with Raiser's Edge, together with advanced Excel skills and experience using data import tools.
• Confidence in managing large datasets, complex data imports, data quality and financial reconciliation processes, with a good understanding of GDPR and data governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, manage competing priorities and work effectively with colleagues and external partners.

About the role

This role is based at our National Contact Centre in Cardiff.

As a Caseworker you will be: -

• Effectively manage a caseload of self-referrals or referred service users, delivering excellent services which support service goals to victims. Where relevant to undertake initial proactive contact with victims, explaining VS services and promoting the benefits of accessing support.
• Ensuring each victim receives an individually appropriate tailored support and information service that fully meets their needs, keeping complex needs central to all processes and decisions.
• Undertaking risk and needs assessments to address the specific needs of the client in line with VS operating procedures. To follow relevant safeguarding policies and procedures, working with safeguarding leads and other agencies to ensure an integrated approach to address any safeguarding concerns.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records, complying with data protection and all other legislation connected to your work and sharing protocols where necessary. Contribute to monitoring information as required by Victim Support.
• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships and promote effective communication between staff and other stakeholders.

You will need:

• An understanding of the impact of crime and traumatic incidents on victims.
• Experience of managing a caseload including complex case management.

Key Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Children and Young People (CYP) Lead to support the development and delivery of our therapeutic services at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.
 

Reporting to the CYP Clinical Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to CYP counsellors and therapists. You will help ensure that services for children and young people are consistently safe, effective, trauma-informed, and survivor-centred.
 

This is a varied and impactful role that combines clinical leadership, safeguarding oversight, service development, and line management. It offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to shaping, strengthening, and expanding high-quality CYP services.
 

What You’ll Do

• Support the CYP Clinical Lead with assessments, allocations and case distribution across CYP pathways
• Provide clinical guidance and day-to-day support to CYP counsellors and therapists
• Line manage allocated CYP staff and contribute to recruitment, induction and staff development
• Oversee group work programmes, including family support groups
• Undertake the role of Designated Safeguarding Officer for the CYP team
• Deputise as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead as part of the rota when required

About You

• Degree-level qualification in counselling or psychotherapy (or equivalent experience)
  Professional membership with an accredited counselling/psychotherapy body
  Minimum of 200 hours post-qualification supervised client work
  At least 3 years’ experience working with children and young people affected by rape and sexual violence
  Experience leading or supporting a team
  Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation (children and adults)
  Completed Level 3 safeguarding training
  Experience in the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector

Finance & Accounting (25%)

• Maintain online accounting system (QuickBooks Online) and other related financial systems.
• Maintain and improve accounting structures, nominal ledger, and chart of account.
• Review, maintain, and automate transaction processing workflows.
• Upload and reconcile donations and other financialtransactions.
• Complete monthly and quarterly reconciliations.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.

As NASP continues to develop its membership and training offers, the Data and Systems Officer will support the growth of this work, ensuring that systems and data flows are aligned, and leading on the technical management of data within these systems. The role will also support teams with reporting and evaluation, making effective use of NASP’s data. 

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual with excellent data management, administrative, and technical skills (particularly working with CRMs) to support across the range of NASP’s programmes and projects, as well as development of new systems and processes.

We are looking for a Trust and Foundations Manager to join a successful and ambitious team, responsible for managing existing donors, managing grants with strategic partners, producing clear and compelling donor communications, and proactively identifying new funding opportunities to support the organisation’s continued growth and impact. 

The right candidate will be a self-starter, with excellent written and verbal communications skills, who is highly motivated and passionate about ending world hunger.  They must bring experience of identifying potential new partnerships, securing gifts, and ongoing stewardship.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to take ownership of our Asset Management and Income functions, driving the performance, sustainability and compliance of our diverse property portfolio. This role will be responsible for shaping and delivering a forward-thinking asset management strategy that aligns with organisational goals, ensuring our homes meet all regulatory standards while delivering excellent repairs, voids and customer satisfaction outcomes. You will lead on investment planning, data-driven decision making, building safety, and environmental sustainability, including decarbonisation and energy efficiency initiatives. Working collaboratively across teams and with residents, you’ll ensure that services are responsive, informed by feedback, and deliver real value for money.

Alongside this, you will oversee a high-performing income function, leading the delivery of customer-focused income collection services and ensuring effective management of leases, arrears and financial performance. You will drive improvements through digital innovation, strengthen financial resilience for residents, and ensure compliance with welfare and regulatory requirements. As part of the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping organisational culture, leading and developing teams, and contributing to continuous improvement across services. Experience and Knowledge

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic leader with a strong background in asset management within social housing or a similar sector. You will bring significant senior leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-performing, customer-focused asset management, repairs, and maintenance services that achieve excellent value for money. A recognised professional qualification (MCIOB or CIH Level 4/5, or willingness to work towards Chartered status) and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential.

You will have a deep understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements relating to housing, alongside strong expertise in welfare benefits and their impact on residents and service delivery. Experience in leading change, implementing best practice, and driving continuous improvement is key, as is your ability to manage contracts, budgets, and performance to meet organisational targets. You’ll also bring strong financial acumen and experience of delivering against KPIs in a complex, fast-paced environment.

As a leader, you will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and decision-making skills, able to use data and insight to inform direction and performance. You will build strong relationships quickly, influencing a wide range of stakeholders, including Boards and external partners. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and resilience.

You will also demonstrate strong digital capability, including experience of asset management systems and MS Office 365, and a clear commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. An understanding of (or willingness to develop knowledge of) working with young people with complex needs and psychologically informed environments is desirable, aligning the built environment with the needs of those we support.
