As Treasury Manager at Alzheimer's Society, you'll ensure we can confidently meet our commitments to people affected by dementia by managing our cash flow, income streams, and reserves effectively.

About the opportunity

As Treasury Manager within our Finance & Assurance directorate, you'll own our Treasury and Accounts Receivable functions, playing a vital role in our financial sustainability. You'll monitor our cash position, forecast cash flow across diverse income streams from online fundraising platforms to direct donations and community collections, and manage banking relationships to ensure we optimise our working capital and invest our reserves wisely.

This isn't a back-office role. You'll be a highly visible partner to budget holders and business partners across the organisation, providing the treasury insights that enable confident financial planning and investment. You'll ensure we have the liquidity needed to support our work as income flows in from our incredible fundraisers, navigating the complexities of restricted and unrestricted funds to safeguard every pound raised and maximise our impact.

Using data and metrics as your tools, you'll drive performance improvements while supporting the development of our Accounts Assistants team. Your ability to balance rigorous treasury controls with collaborative partnership will be essential to success in this role.

This role will focus approximately 80% on Treasury and 20% on Accounts Receivable.

About you:

You're an experienced treasury professional who enjoys using forecasting and data to provide strategic financial insights. You excel at optimising cash positions and working capital, and you can translate complex treasury information into clear, practical guidance for budget holders and business partners. You bring fresh thinking to treasury challenges and understand that strong cash management enables organisations to achieve their goals.

You'll have:

• Proven treasury or cash management experience in a medium to large organisation, including cash flow forecasting, cash positioning, and banking relationship management.
• Effective forecasting and analytical skills with the ability to model scenarios and provide strategic cash insights to support decision-making.
• Experience managing banking relationships, optimising cash deployment, and working with multiple bank accounts and treasury systems.
• Track record in managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoice generation, reconciliation, and collections.
• Ability to develop and motivate teams using a high challenge, high support approach, particularly those undertaking professional development.
• Good communication and influencing skills, with proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across departments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong ability to analyse, interpret and present financial data effectively.
• Understanding of financial accounting systems and how they integrate with treasury operations; charity sector experience is beneficial but not essential.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, you’ll be responsible for the charity’s day-to-day financial and operational management. You’ll lead and develop a dedicated team, oversee robust financial processes, and play a key role in improving systems — including contributing to the implementation of a new fundraising database that will support sustainable income generation.

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Frontline Support Services Lead to take day-to-day ownership of our specialist support service. This is a senior, hands-on role for a practitioner who is equally confident providing direct 1:1 support to high-risk clients and leading a small team of frontline Support Workers.

As our Founder and CEO steps back from operational delivery of frontline support, you will be the heartbeat of our frontline work — ensuring every person who reaches out to us receives safe, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed support.

What You'll Do

Direct Client Support

• Provide trauma-informed 1:1 support via phone and email to LGBTQI+ individuals and parents from religious and culturally conservative backgrounds.

• Hold complex, high-risk cases with confidence and care, including those involving suicide ideation, honour-based abuse, forced marriage, domestic abuse, and emergency relocation.

• Maintain clear professional boundaries while delivering culturally sensitive, community-rooted support.

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Line manage two existing freelance Support Workers and support the onboarding of a third.

• Provide regular case supervision, complex case guidance, and decision-making support.

• Champion staff wellbeing and safe working practices in emotionally demanding frontline work.

Safeguarding & Risk Management

• Act as the senior safeguarding lead for all frontline services.

• Lead on DASH risk assessments, safeguarding escalations, and referrals, including MARAC processes where required.

• Ensure safeguarding procedures, escalation pathways, and professional boundaries are consistently upheld.

Support Group Facilitation

• Co-host our monthly LGBTQI+ support group, alternating facilitation with the CEO (Wednesday evenings, once per month).

Case Management System Transition

• Lead the operational migration from our legacy case recording system to a new case management platform, including data migration, process development, and staff training.

You will need to demonstrate:

• Significant frontline experience in suicide prevention, domestic abuse, honour-based abuse, or specialist crisis support.

• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, DASH risk assessment, and escalation in high-risk contexts.

• Experience managing or supervising frontline support staff in a specialist or statutory setting.

• A trauma-informed, person-centred approach to support delivery.

• The ability to build trust through shared cultural understanding while holding clear professional boundaries.

• Experience working within small, values-led charities or specialist support services.

Digital Transformation Lead

Role purpose 

Adoption UK is undertaking a major digital transformation, initially focused on CRM and website development. Cleveland Independant Stalking Advocates deliver high-quality advocacy, advice, and emotional support to victims of stalking across Cleveland. The position will support victims to navigate the criminal justice system (CJS), civil and family courts, and wider statutory and voluntary services. The role will also involve multi-agency collaboration, risk assessment, safety planning, and supporting victims to understand and exercise their rights.

The postholder will support the Cleveland satellite project, which operates independently and remotely from the Suzy Lamplugh Trust’s main office. The postholder will be responsible for casework assigned to Cleveland and promoting stalking services available to Cleveland

About the Role

The Director of Programmes is a new senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the integration, effectiveness, and evidence-based delivery of Screen Share's sector-leading programmes. The role sits at the heart of the charity and will oversee the development and execution of programmatic plans that deliver our new organisational strategy. It will oversee and advance our key programme areas, including digital access, digital skills, digital connectivity and IT repair.

The postholder will be responsible for the smooth running of our charitable programmes, managing staff and ensuring our monitoring and evaluation and safeguarding is of a high quality. They will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure a high-quality and multi-faceted support product for thousands of refugees across the UK, managing risk and budgets accordingly. They will also work closely with the Head of Outreach to ensure we are communicating our social value proposition effectively. 

The Director of Programmes will play a crucial role in translating strategic objectives into clear operational outcomes, overseeing the performance of programme managers, and leading a collaborative approach to programme delivery across the organisation. They will also deputise for the CEO, ensuring strong organisational leadership as the charity continues to grow and mature. 

The Director of Programmes will also champion the integration of lived experience leadership throughout the organisation, ensuring that the perspectives and expertise of refugees and those with lived experience of digital exclusion are embedded within programme design, delivery, decision-making and strategic direction at Screen Share. 

The postholder will also serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring that safeguarding practices are fully integrated into all programme strands and that our safeguarding process and practices are up-to-date, understood and activated in an inclusive and trauma-informed way.

About the Role

As a Senior Service Manager you will be working for a people-led organisation whose mission and values is to inspire change across Sussex. The Senior Management Team is responsible for the operational success of the diverse services in legal advice, housing and mental health, addiction and homelessness prevention and support.

The successful candidate for the Senior Service Manager role will join at an exciting time as the organisation continues to develop its mental health offer. The Senior Service Manager will be responsible for 63 units of supported and CQC registered accommodation, the staff that support it and the clients that call it home.

Housing management, staff development and supporting people with complex needs will be part of day-to-day work alongside chances to develop existing and new services and get really involved in the transformation of accommodation and support that is happening in the city.

You will also lead work on Safeguarding within the organisation, providing oversight, advising on safeguarding case management and reporting on performance. The Senior Service Manager will also participate in the management on-call rota.

About You

To be successful in the role of Senior Service Manager you will need to have great communication skills and be committed to the values of the organisation. Some of the key skills and experience you will need to bring with you include:

• A relevant professional background in the health, housing management or social care field and significant management experience within services such as homelessness, addictions and mental health, with high levels of autonomy and accountability.

The Fleet Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of FareShare South West’s fleet, including vans, HGVs, forklifts, and manual handling equipment. This role ensures all vehicles, equipment, and drivers operate to the highest standards of safety, legal compliance, and operational effectiveness.

The Fleet Manager supports the wider operations and volunteer driving teams (including 2X HGV Drivers) through training, onboarding, and best practice-practice guidance. Working closely with Hub Managers, the Head of Operations, Food Manager and external contractors, the role drives continuous improvement across fleet operations and contributes to the smooth running of all FSSW transport activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Fleet Operations and Maintenance

• Oversee servicing, MOTs, repairs, and maintenance for all fleet vehicles, forklifts, and manual handling equipment.
• Diagnose and triage vehicle issues, coordinating timely resolution with trusted contractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with garages, leasing companies, insurers, fuel card providers, and breakdown services.
• Coordinate vehicle movements between sites and garages, ensuring minimal disruption to operations, arranging replacements as necessary.
• Manage fleet related-related budgets, including accessories, consumables, and recurring charges.
• Manage procurement processes (purchase or leased) related to fleet including onboarding and offboarding of fleet.
• Administer insurance policy changes and support the Head of Operations to manage claims involving FSSW vehicles or third parties.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, including maintenance logs, defect reports, mileage, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Driver Leadership and Support

• Provide guidance and support to two HGV Drivers on HGV management and compliance, and support Head of Operations with onboarding HGV Drivers.
• Develop and maintain a “train the trainer” model to ensure high quality-quality driver assessments across hubs, ensuring all staff are trained to the same level.
• Support and develop volunteer driving teams, ensuring driver onboarding and checks are consistent across hubs.
• Promote and model best practice in all driving and vehicle related-related duties.

3. Compliance and Health & Safety (H&S)

• Ensure full compliance with transport legislation, including DVSA standards, driver hours, tachograph rules, and Working Time Directive requirements.
• Oversee daily vehicle checks, defect reporting, and follow up-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records relating to fleet compliance, driver licences, incident forms, and repairs.
• Monitor fleet tracker data and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement in safety.
• Undertake relevant training in food hygiene, H&S, and compliance frameworks.
• Work closely with the Head of Operations, supported by the Health & Safety Consultant to embed a culture of continuous improvement and safe working.

4. General Duties
