About the role

As the PR and Communications Officer, you will support the Senior PR and Communications Officer to raise awareness of the Charity by identifying and promoting compelling stories to regional and national media. Working closely with colleagues across PR and Communications, clinical teams, Fundraising, Marketing and Digital, you will help to showcase the Charity’s impact on people affected by cancer in the UK and around the world, while supporting fundraising activity across all income streams.

The prospect research and pipeline management role is pivotal to fundraising at Sue Ryder – you will sit within the Philanthropy and Partnership team and will be working across the Corporate, Trust, Major Donor and Regional teams. About you:

• Educated to degree level or with equivalent relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with prospect research tools and the ability to identify and recommend the best tools to support our work using the budget as cost effectively as possible.
• Thorough working knowledge of GDPR as it relates to major donor fundraising and the Fundraising Codes of Practice.
• Experience of undertaking due diligence checks on prospective donors and of setting up and implementing policies and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Experience of delivering prospect research activities to identify and qualify leads for fundraising teams across corporate, trust and major donor income streams.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legacy & In Memory Officer to join our Fundraising team at St Joseph’s Hospice. We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering legacy and/or in-memory campaigns and working in a fundraising environment.

The Seafarers’ Charity is the leading fundraising and grant‑making charity dedicated to improving the lives of seafarers and their families. We are now seeking an experienced Grants Manager to lead the delivery of our annual grant‑making programme and play a key role in achieving our Thrive strategy.

Reporting to the Impact Director, the Grants Manager will manage an annual grants programme of approximately £3 million, overseeing the full grants lifecycle from application and assessment through to monitoring, evaluation and learning. As Centre Fundraising Manager you will develop and implement a centre specific fundraising plan to raise income from the community through a variety of fundraising sources.

Solace Women’s Aid is an intersectional feminist organisation working to end violence against women and girls. As part of a new five-year fundraising strategy, they are looking to strengthen and grow their philanthropic fundraising and are seeking an experienced relationship fundraiser to help shape this area of work.

About the role

Salary:£44,052- £46,770
Hybrid working: Approx. 2 days a week in the London head office, 3 days from home

This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-value fundraiser looking to take ownership of a developing philanthropy programme within a collaborative and ambitious organisation. Reporting into the Deputy Director of Fundraising, the Philanthropy Lead will help grow income from high-net-worth individuals, trusts and foundations, while building long-term supporter relationships.

The role will involve:

· Managing and developing relationships with philanthropic donors and prospects

· Building and stewarding a portfolio of high-value supporters

· Developing compelling cases for support and tailored donor communications

· Supporting prospect research and pipeline development

· Working collaboratively across fundraising, communications and senior leadership teams

· Supporting cultivation events and donor engagement activity

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a fundraising strategy focused on trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships and community engagement.

Working within a small, collaborative team, you will take ownership of funding applications and relationships, helping to grow income and shape the future of the organisation’s development function.

Key responsibilities include:

· Developing and growing the grants portfolio through research and networking

· Writing and submitting high quality funding applications for both core and project funding

Key responsibilities

Challenge events & community fundraising

• Lead on the delivery and growth of Trekstock’s challenge events portfolio, including Trek This City, London Marathon places and third‑party events
• Recruit, manage and inspire participants and volunteers, supporting them to reach (and smash) their fundraising targets
• Build meaningful supporter journeys for fundraisers and volunteers that feel personal, motivating and on brand
• Work closely with colleagues and volunteers to promote events and bring supporter stories to life
• Monitor performance, income and ROI, spotting opportunities to grow, improve and refine our approach
• Attend and support events, working alongside volunteers on the day (including occasional evenings and weekends)

Corporate partnerships

• Develop and manage relationships with existing corporate partners, including multi-year charity partners
• Deliver engaging, high-quality partnerships that go beyond fundraising
• Identify opportunities to increase income and deepen engagement
• Support pitches, proposals and reporting for new and existing partners
• Ensure partners feel valued, inspired and connected to Trekstock’s impact and misson

Supporter care & fundraising operations

• Deliver excellent supporter care across all fundraising activity
• Manage key admin processes including thanking, banking and donation processing
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM/database (GDPR compliant)
• Support income tracking, reporting and pipeline management

Wider team contribution

• Contribute ideas to grow income and reach new audiences
• Represent Trekstock at events, meetings and networking opportunities
• Work collaboratively across the team to support campaigns and activity
• Stay curious; bringing in new ideas, trends and opportunities

About you

You’re a confident relationship‑builder who enjoys working closely with people and making things happen. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and you genuinely care about delivering an excellent experience for supporters and partners. You thrive in a small team and are comfortable taking ownership, spotting opportunities and seeing things through from idea to delivery.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in fundraising (events, community, corporate or similar)
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects at once, from initial idea through to delivery and evaluation
• A self-starter mindset; you’re confident working independently and don’t need a big team around you to get things done
• Experience taking ownership of fundraising products or campaigns end-to-end
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to make decisions and keep things moving
• Experience using a CRM or fundraising database
• Good attention to detail (especially with donations and data)
• Confidence representing Trekstock externally
