Job description

This a unique and exciting opportunity to join Cranstoun’s domestic abuse team to deliver our specialist perpetrator interventions, across North Tyneside. Our behavioural change programmes are for those who perpetrate abusive behaviours in their relationships.

We are looking for motivated practitioners who either have experience of working within the Domestic Abuse sector or have worked in a similar related area and would like to develop their transferrable skills. Experience of working on behaviour change programmes, delivering groups and 1-2-1 work in comparable settings such as mental health, and understanding multi-agency working, would be advantageous.

Working as part of the Cranstoun DA team, alongside Changing Lives colleagues supporting victim/survivors, and children/young people, affected by domestic abuse, you will offer effective behaviour change interventions to perpetrators, and work with communities and local partners to raise awareness, and challenge attitudes that allow domestic abuse to continue.

These posts will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
