Key Responsibilities

When a school registers for one of the Trust’s programmes, the Schools Coordinator manages the logistics and organisation of each school’s engagement, working closely with the schools and link teachers to ensure the smooth delivery of our programme. This includes:

• Coordinate booking dates/times – working with schools to ensure we fulfil their application to join one of our programmes.
• Handle enquiries and maintain accurate booking records.
• Staff allocation – Secure a freelance educator to deliver content.
• Direct communication – building relationships with schools, teachers, and school staff, ensuring a smooth user experience for our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, answering queries from teachers / staff as received, linking schools with respective freelance educators as necessary, sharing all relevant updates and information ensuring teachers/staff are fully informed about the delivery plans.
• Courier booking – to ensure all hardware is onsite for respective delivery.
• Monitoring – logistics plans and raising any issues with senior logistics staff as they arise.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage office communications, including phone calls and emails.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support the teams objectives.

We provide music, art or drama therapy, both individually and in groups, to children and young people with mild mental health difficulties, and emotional and/or relational challenges in Camden schools. About the role

We are seeking an experienced, HCPC-registered Lead Creative Arts Therapist (Art or Music) to provide leadership and management of the Camden Schools project, alongside supervision and effective therapeutic practice.

This role is based at our Pears Pavilion centre in Bloomsbury and in Camden schools. All children’s therapy is provided in person. The post offers a unique opportunity to work alongside skilled art, music and drama therapists, family therapists and clinical psychologists. The service is led by a clinical psychologist and provides creative, relational and evidence-based psychotherapy approaches to children in Camden schools and to children who are referred in through our adoption and kinship referral pathway. We also collaborate with aligned services in our interventions, working with schools and communities to inform child-centred and trauma-informed practice.

This role requires a highly motivated, innovative professional and team player who enjoys working within a diverse, respectful and creative team. The post holder will receive supervision appropriate to their practising modality and will be line managed by the Head of Service. We seek to empower children and families using strengths-based narratives, providing safe therapeutic spaces that create opportunities for connection, vulnerability and the strengthening of resilience.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing and supervising therapists, delivering creative arts therapy in schools, and undertaking leadership responsibilities. A background in CAMHS and/or mental health teams in schools or social care services would be desirable, along with a good understanding of safeguarding planning and managing highly emotive situations. Experience of working with children who have experienced developmental trauma would also be an asset.

• Support the Head of Practice and Safeguarding, and the Learning and Development Lead, in maintaining high quality standards and compliance with accreditation frameworks.
• Contribute to achieving and maintaining accredited quality awards through ongoing monitoring, review, and implementation of quality action plans.
• Work with the Operations Team to collect and analyse customer feedback and reviews, using insights to support continuous improvement, funding applications, and marketing initiatives.
• Support the Learning and Development Lead in ensuring all policies, procedures, and training materials are in place to support staff, volunteers, and placements, including induction and ongoing learning.

4. Partnership and Community Engagement

About the Role

This is a key interim leadership role focused on stability, continuity and care for Sahir during a period of transition.

The Interim Chief Executive will work closely with the Board, staff and partners to ensure Sahir continues to deliver safe, effective and person-centred services, maintains strong relationships and remains financially and operationally secure.

The role is not about changing direction. It is about protecting what has been built, supporting the team and helping Sahir move confidently towards the appointment of its next permanent CEO.

· Significant leadership experience in the voluntary, community, health, social care or equalities sector.

· Experience working with a Board of Trustees and supporting good governance.

· Strong financial oversight and organisational management experience.

· Strong relationship building skills and a partnership approach.

· Knowledge of issues affecting LGBTQ+ communities, people living with HIV and people seeking asylum is highly desirable.

Recovery Worker

Location: West Ealing -  Step free access available

Salary: £27,000

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota between Monday to Sunday varying shifts from 07:30 - 16:00 or 13:30 - 21:00. You may be required to work outside these hours as per service requirements. 

About the Role

We're hiring a Recovery Worker to join our team based in Ealing. In this role, you will support adults experiencing loneliness, isolation, and mental health challenges and providing pathways, support, and appropriate interventions that will enable successful resettlements, and deliver to achieve safer, integrated communities for our stakeholders. Marron House has 18 bed spaces and we provide personalised support around daily living skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, reminders to take medication and developing a structured weekly routine.

As a Recovery Worker, you will identify individual resident needs, and provide person centred, tailored support to residents to help them overcome their personal challenges and achieve their goals. You will do this through a combination of producing tailored support plans, activities, and partnership working. You will support us continue to work in a trauma informed way, and create a psychologically informed environment, which supports us in creating a safe, respectful, and responsive environment which puts our people and communities at the forefront. Join us on our mission to empower independence through trauma-informed solutions and dynamic partnerships that keep people out of prison, out of hospital, and off the streets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lone working is part of the role, but you’ll always have a supportive team around
• Support residents with taking their correct medication as required
• Keep support plans updated on our online portals as appropriate
• Initiate appropriate interventions to prevent crisis or other risks.
• Ensure service responsibilities and requirements are carried out effectively.
• Ensure all participants understand their rights and responsibilities.
• Develop, participate in, and encourage participants to participate in the running and development of various projects and activities.
• Empower participants to make decisions to take control over their lives, by creating an enabling environment.
• Provide advice, information, guidance, and life skills training to participants as required.
• Recognise signs of deteriorating mental health, physical health, or other health implications 

About You

We're looking for a compassionate, motivated, and proactive individual with a commitment to delivering high quality, person centred mental health support. You will be knowledgeable of mental health and have an understanding and experience in how to support those who struggle. You thrive in fast paced environments and adapt well to changing situations, maintaining a non judgmental and trauma informed approach. Your ability to build meaningful, effective relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, while respecting and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion, sets you apart.

• Previous professional or lived experience supporting people who suffer with Mental Health
• Ability to engage with people from different backgrounds, build rapport, and empower them to achieve their personal goals
• Ability to show empathy and compassion and the different challenges people face; ability to come up with creative solutions to support them in their journey
• Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs
• Ability and willingness to show flexibility of working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents
• Understanding of the different needs people with multiple and complex needs have and be aware of the social marginalisation that can be attached to people who face personal challenges
