The Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for people accessing Citizens Advice Doncaster Borough. This role is central to the delivery of a high‑quality advice service and plays an important part in ensuring clients receive accurate information, are treated with respect, and experience a consistent and welcoming service.

Key Responsibilities
Client Access & First Contact
- Welcome clients, staff and visitors in a professional, calm and supportive manner, ensuring everyone feels respected and listened to.

Job Description
Job Title - Welfare Rights & Tribunal Adviser
Salary- £29,000 per annum
Hours37 hours per week (Full Time)
Location- Doncaster – office based, outreach locations, and tribunal attendance as required
Role Purpose
To provide specialist welfare rights advice, casework, and representation to clients, including preparation and attendance at welfare benefit tribunals. The postholder will support clients to maximise income, challenge incorrect benefit decisions, and access their full entitlements, in line with the aims, principles, and quality standards of the Citizens Advice service.
Key Responsibilities
Advice & Casework

Provide specialist advice on welfare benefits including Universal Credit, PIP, ESA, DLA, and Housing Benefit.

Prepare and submit mandatory reconsiderations and benefit appeals.

we are looking for an Events Fundraising Coordinator to join the Mungo’s Community and Events team. This new post will play a vital role in managing, developing and growing our events fundraising area income stream.
The Events Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for managing and developing the event fundraising portfolio for St Mungo’s on a national scale, including large scale, virtual, bespoke challenge, third party and individual events. You will also lead on innovation and new projects with the aim of increasing our profile and income, to support our aim to end rough sleeping, and continue providing support to people experiencing homelessness. Key responsibilities will include:
- Design and develop events fundraising programme, supporting the current portfolio and leading on new activities.
- Recruit, steward and grow our event fundraisers and improve retention with engaging comms and increased donor initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of a range of fundraising activities, whilst nurturing current supporter relationships and developing new fundraising opportunities.
- Working closely with the marketing and digital fundraising team to promote and raise the profile for our events.
- Oversee end to end project management, and challenge event delivery, solving problems along the way.
- Growing a strong understanding of our donor base and using this knowledge to create, build and nurture new fundraising activities.
Where you’ll be working
In this role you will work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in London. Travel across London and regions in the South of England is also required.
This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for hybrid working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.
Due to the nature of the role, some evening and weekends will also be required to oversee relevant events. Out of hours work will be offered back in the form of time off in lieu.
While our Central Office is currently based in Tower Hill, London we plan to relocate in the summer of 2026 to a new space in Farringdon, London.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience in events, community or individual giving fundraising, with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and positive donor journeys. Experience in volunteering, marketing or project management would also be beneficial.

We are recruiting a Queer Space Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of Greenwich’s Queer Space. Queer Space is for LGBTQIA+ individuals (18+) who live or have a GP in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and are looking to connect with others and get support for their mental health through engaging with peers.
As this service is peer-led, we are looking for a proactive and compassionate individual, with lived experience of LGBTQIA+ communities and mental health challenges, to coordinate the programme. This will include developing the service in line with service users' needs, facilitating the fortnightly sessions, and leading on project management and administration. Alongside this, we would like the Coordinator to recruit and supervise peer support volunteers to support with group facilitation.
You will have experience in group development, facilitation, and volunteer management, and an excellent understanding of service user engagement, particularly with the LGBTQIA+ community. You will be highly organised and proficient with case management tasks and project management administration.
Groups will be held at the Forum at Greenwich community centre and will take place twice a month, once in the evening and once in the afternoon.
The role is for two 7.5 hour days per month, until 31 March 2027.

Purpose of the role
To deliver the Day One Casework bedside model to patients, or those closest to them, impacted by serious or multiple injuries which could result in life changing consequences, such as disability or death, within Leeds General Infirmary Hospital, providing support on some of the wards (such as rehabilitation), on-site clinics and other settings (e.g. rehabilitation centres).
Have a visible physical presence within the Trust, becoming embedded into clinical teams focussing on major trauma pathways, facilitating outpatient and in-person legal clinics.
Key Responsibilites
The post holder’s primary duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Work closely, and in partnership, with NHS clinical staff and relevant community and voluntary sector organisations, to address the needs of patients, and those closest to them, affected by serious and life-changing injury.

Operate a case management approach to individuals, assessing and identifying needs, putting support in place including signposting, making referrals and direct support.

Provide consistency in assessment of all patients and their loved ones, irrespective of injury cause, age, status, giving access to the earliest possible specialist legal advice which supports rehabilitation and NHS cost recovery.

Maintain detailed case records, including accurate records of activity and intervention, using Day One’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, capturing and storing data in line with Day One policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.

Contributing towards report writing through the writing case studies and narrative to support data collection.

Implement processes and procedures to collect patient and family feedback and contribute to ongoing monitoring and evaluation of Day One services through providing relevant information, case studies and reports.

Deliver awareness raising presentations to clinical colleagues and departments.

Organise and facilitate outpatient and in person legal clinic drop-in sessions.

Build awareness of the role and charity’s purpose through building strong and effective relationships across the regional major trauma network, ensuring those who need it have access to Day One support.

Advice & Wellbeing Specialist - Make a real difference every day.
We’re looking for an Advice & Wellbeing Specialist to provide high-quality, holistic support to residents, helping them sustain tenancies and improve their wellbeing. This is a 12‑month secondment/fixed term contract covering North West London and is a community‑based role. You will need to feel confident and comfortable visiting residents in their homes, with one day per week based in an office.
Your typical day could start by working with residents in their homes and neighbourhoods to understand their immediate needs. Later, you might deliver advice and wellbeing support in a community wellbeing hub before engaging with external stakeholders to build a strong network of support for our residents.
As an Advice & Wellbeing Specialist, you’ll deliver proactive and trauma-informed support tailored to residents’ needs. You’ll work closely with them to understand wellbeing concerns and agree an action plan to enable them to sustain their tenancies and feel connected to their community. You’ll empower residents through positive engagement, helping them develop skills and resilience to lead independent and fulfilled lives.
Your key responsibilities
You’ll deliver personalised, trauma-informed advice and wellbeing support in the community, taking a holistic approach to tenancy, health, and social needs. You’ll manage safeguarding cases with care, build strong relationships with internal teams like Neighbourhood Managers, Financial Inclusion, and Repairs, and collaborate with external partners such as local authorities, mental health services, and advice agencies. Alongside this, you’ll support wellbeing hubs and community events, keep accurate records, manage cases effectively, and use CRM systems to track and report outcomes.
About you
- Experience delivering a range of advice and wellbeing advocacy in outreach, face-to-face settings.

About the role
The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in delivering regular financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting in our Commerce & Enterprise and Policy & Social Change functions. The Justice Together Initiative was launched in 2020 with a decade-long vision that people who use the UK immigration system can access justice fairly and equally, enabling them to get on with their lives. It is a unique and ambitious collaboration of several funder partners who have pooled more than £15 million of new funding to strategically invest in legal advice, strengthen immigration sector organisations over the long term, and local and national influencing to support the lawful and fair functioning of immigration, nationality, and asylum processes. It is hosted by Justice Collaborations which is an independent charity and wholly owned subsidiary of LEF.
As Influencing and Grants Manager you will work with colleagues, funder partners, sector experts and directly affected communities to lead the implementation of Justice Together's influencing strategy.
Primarily an influencing role, the postholder will also be responsible for managing a small number of influencing grants and will work closely with the Grants Manager and Grant Partner Community Manager to ensure that the process for grant renewals runs smoothly.
Contract: Permanent position, offered on either a full-time (35 hours) or part-time (28 hours) per week basis

At North London Multi-Disciplinary Rough Sleeping Hub, you’ll play a key role in keeping the service safe, steady and well run overnight. You’ll be supporting people who have come directly off the streets and are navigating multiple disadvantage, helping to create an environment where they can rest, feel secure and continue moving forward.
As a Night Concierge, you’ll take ownership of the building overnight. That means managing access, carrying out regular checks, monitoring safety and responding to anything that arises. Essential experience
• Proven experience of securing income from at least two of the following areas: trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships or philanthropy.
• Experience of developing successful funding applications, proposals and donor reports.
• Experience of building and managing external relationships that lead to income generation or strategic partnership development.
• Experience of managing a fundraising pipeline and working to income targets.
• Experience of working collaboratively across teams to gather information and develop compelling donor communications.
Essential knowledge and skills
• Experience of fundraising in the international development, environmental or climate-related sectors.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, persuasive and tailored proposals and reports.
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
