• Identify, develop, and steward supporter relationships with businesses, fundraising groups, and high value prospects.
• Understand supporter motivations, identifying opportunities across the Charity that inspire and engage, enabling them to achieve their fundraising goals and reach their potential.
• Identify and steward corporate prospects using a pipeline process resulting in applying for and converting opportunities.
• Be proactive within your area to identify opportunities for fundraising and raise awareness of the Charity.
• Manage supporters effectively using our CRM system (OneCRM) to provide excellent stewardship.
• Meet agreed financial targets, provide monthly financial progress reports, and put mitigation plans in place for any shortfall.

Working arrangements

This is a field-based role covering East London & Essex.

You'll need to live in (or within easy commuting distance which is defined as 1 hour from) East London region, or be able to relocate to this region.
 
You must have a full UK driving licence at the time of application with access to your own vehicle.
 
There will be a requirement for flexible out of hours working to support occasional evening and weekend activity. You will be compensated for this with time off in lieu.

About the Role

Are you an experienced Finance Officer with strong income reconciliation skills and experience working with CRM or membership systems?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional membership organisation for a Finance Officer to join their collaborative finance team during an exciting period of systems transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial data, investigating discrepancies, improving processes and taking ownership of reconciliations.

The Role

This position is predominantly focused on income accounting (70%), with a smaller purchase ledger/accounts payable element (30%).
Working closely with the Finance Leadership team, you will be responsible for managing high-volume income transactions, reconciling data across finance and CRM systems, investigating anomalies and supporting the organisation through a major CRM migration project. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who is confident working independently, interrogating data, investigating discrepancies and identifying practical solutions.

The Role

To provide high-quality, person-centred support and housing management services to residents living within Causeway's Mental Health Needs Service. Residents accessing this service experience moderate to high mental health needs, which may include enduring mental illness and periods of crisis. This role is available on a 6 month fixed term contract. The working hours for this role is 35 hours per week Monday-Friday. The Role

To provide a high-quality housing management and health and safety service, acting as a primary point of contact for tenants and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes managing tenancies, carrying out health and safety inspections and compliance checks, maintaining accurate records, promoting tenant responsibilities, and taking enforcement action where required. The postholder is expected to spend approximately 70% of their time at CIHA’s managed accommodation, ensuring effective tenancy management and compliance with health and safety standards. The Woodland Trust is looking for a Fundraising Development Officer to join the Fundraising Development team and play a key role in raising vital income to support nature recovery across South West England. You'll build and manage relationships with major donors, secure funding through grants and legacy giving, and help deliver ambitious fundraising plans for projects, including the South West Rainforest Recovery Treescape.

This role is advertised as full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

The Role:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and prospects to secure significant philanthropic income, improve donor loyalty, and promote blended and legacy giving.
• Lead fundraising strategy and delivery for the Rainforest Recovery Treescape initiative, securing funding and acting as its fundraising champion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners and internal stakeholders to maximise restricted and unrestricted fundraising opportunities.
• Develop compelling funding proposals, cases for support and other fundraising materials to secure income for regional projects.
• Work collaboratively across the South West and wider Woodland Trust to develop and deliver fundraising plans supporting nature recovery, woodland creation, outreach and land acquisition.
• Support and maximise fundraising events across the South West and UK to engage donors and generate income.
• Secure funding from regional grant-makers and community funding programmes, including local authorities, lottery and environmental funding sources.
• Collaborate with operational, grants and regional teams to identify funding opportunities and submit high-quality bids aligned with regional priorities.
• This is a homebased role, requiring regular travel to locations within the South West landscape, sometimes to remote locations. You would be expected to live within reasonable travelling distance of your area of responsibility. Occasional travel to regional offices and overnight stays will be required.
• This role does not come with a company vehicle, however after a 9-month period in-post, we will review vehicle business use to see if the post-holder is reaching the eligibility criteria as stated in our Company Vehicle Policy.  If the post-holder complies with those criteria, with sign off from our Facilities Team, a vehicle will be sourced and provided. Please note that our Company Vehicle Policy is also under review as part of our Job Families and Contract Review project, so the eligibility criteria therein are subject to change in due course.

The Candidate:

• Experience in fundraising, the charity sector or a target-driven communications environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage, influence and inspire a wide range of audiences.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proven ability to develop donor or prospect pipelines and build successful partnerships through networking and collaboration.
• Experience securing major gifts or high-value funding from individuals, trusts or foundations, including gifts of £50,000+ (desirable).
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of fundraising markets and opportunities (desirable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Full UK driving licence.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we launch our new five-year strategy, refreshed brand and new website. You’ll play a key role in helping us share the stories of seriously ill children, young people and their families, raising awareness of our work and inspiring more people to support Rays of Sunshine.

As our Senior Communications Officer, you’ll act as our story development lead, working directly with children, young people and families to sensitively capture the moments that demonstrate the impact of our work. You’ll develop case studies, coordinate photography and filming, create content for social media, website, press and email marketing, and help ensure our storytelling is handled with care, consent and integrity.

You’ll also support PR and media activity, build relationships with journalists, identify media opportunities, draft press releases and case studies, and help coordinate activity involving families, colleagues, ambassadors, celebrities and high-profile supporters.

Alongside this, you’ll support our Wish Ambassador programme, celebrity and influencer engagement, digital communications, social media, website content and wider communications campaigns. Rays of Sunshine is looking for a confident, ambitious and relationship-led Corporate Partnerships Manager to help manage and grow a portfolio of valued corporate supporters.

As our Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional stewardship across a portfolio of established and strategic corporate partnerships. You will develop tailored partnership plans, deepen engagement, increase income and secure sustainable, multi-year support.

The role will be approximately 70% focused on managing and growing existing partnerships and 30% focused on developing new business opportunities through warm introductions, established pipelines and collaboration with colleagues. You will work closely with the Head of Fundraising, wider Fundraising Team, Communications, Services and Events colleagues to ensure partners receive an excellent experience and feel connected to the impact of their support.

You will lead on partnership stewardship, employee fundraising, volunteering, sponsorship opportunities, impact reporting, renewal conversations and partnership growth. You will also help identify opportunities for corporate partners to engage with challenge events, special events, public fundraising campaigns and Wish Community experiences.

We are looking for someone with strong relationship management skills, experience achieving fundraising or commercial income targets, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. You will be organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities, with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating meaningful partnerships.

We are Molly Rose Foundation, founded following the death of 14-year-old Molly Russell. We work at the intersect of suicide prevention, online safety, and tech accountability to demand a safer online world and move beyond the preventable harm. We believe a better online world is possible, one where young people are protected, championed and equipped with the skills, confidence and critical algorithmic literacy they need to navigate digital spaces and thrive.

Working closely with the Head of Partnerships and Fundraising, we’re looking for a Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our small team at a critical growth point to build and deliver a Trusts Fundraising Strategy (currently projected to generate c.£600K in 2027) laying the groundwork for long term, sustainable income generation as part of our wider Fundraising Strategy.

This is a new role for someone with substantial experience working in Trusts Fundraising, as well as strong project development skills, who can take our fledgling portfolio of funders and transform it into a pool of engaged supporters invested in MRF’s work in the long-term. You will have a demonstrable track record of securing five-six figure sums, the ability to create propositions in collaboration with programmatic colleagues, and the confidence to present compelling cases for support to a range of philanthropic organisations. You will also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, a keen eye for connecting philanthropic organisations to the right projects to develop meaningful relationships, and the skills to deliver high-quality, detailed bids to further our strategic objectives.

We're particularly interested in hearing from applicants with experience working in one or more of the following areas: online safety, tech accountability, suicide prevention, education or children’s mental health.
