We are seeking an experienced Registration manager to lead membership and registration services, ensuring an efficient, accurate and high-quality member experience.

Position: Registration manager

Hours: Full-time (9am-5pm Monday to Friday)

Location: London / Hybrid and flexible working (once a month in London office)

Salary: £47,608 per annum

About the role

The Registration manager leads the day to day delivery of membership and registration services, ensuring that applications, renewals, declarations, resignations and member records are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with procedures. The role is responsible for smooth operations, CRM accuracy, and ensuring members have a positive experience.

You will manage and support a team of 4 Registration officers, oversee customer service standards, monitor workloads, and keep processes up to date. You will ensure membership applications and changes are processed correctly, lead the annual renewals cycle, handle member enquiries, and maintain accurate data in the CRM system. You will also resolve system issues, produce operational reports, improve workflows, and work closely with other teams such as finance, communications and regulation. 

About you

Role specific criteria:

• Experience delivering membership, registration or service operations in a membership body, regulator, charity or similar setting.
• Experience managing or supervising an operational team, including workload planning and performance oversight.
• Strong CRM and digital systems skills, with the ability to improve workflows and maintain high quality data (Salesforce desirable).
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple processes and deadlines.
• Ability to interpret operational data and produce clear performance reports.
• Experience maintaining accurate member or registrant records, including renewals or revalidation processes.
• Ability to work 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.

Desirable criteria:

• Experience within a professional membership, accreditation or regulatory environment.
• Experience improving digital processes or streamlining operational workflows.
• Understanding of membership lifecycles (e.g., admissions, renewals, trainee transitions).
• Experience preparing operational insights or reports for senior stakeholders.

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker on a full time basis (35 hours per week) to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our Essex Care Team.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified immigration advisor to lead on key elements of our Change of Conditions casework service as maternity cover for the coming year including our ‘self-submissions’ support programme and second-tier CoC advice.

The Unity Project (TUP) supports people who are facing poverty and homelessness because their immigration status allows them ‘no recourse to public funds’ (NRPF).  We believe NRPF should not exist and we are working to end it. Until then, we seek to minimise its impact by supporting people to make the ‘change of conditions’ (CoC) application to access public funds. As part of this work, we continually develop new casework approaches to make CoCs more accessible to more people. By taking a strategic approach to our casework, we have opened up new routes for people to move through the process, and achieved greater recognition of groups with particular needs. We have also supported numerous strategic legal challenges which have prompted significant changes to the immigration rules and guidance related to CoCs. 

In this cover position, you will play a key role in our strategic casework. You will be responsible for TUP’s ‘self-submissions’ casework provision for applicants who submit their own CoC applications independently. You will support with other strategically significant casework as required, including by liaising with public law firms, writing witness statements for JR challenges and communicating directly with Home Office policy teams. You will also share our CoC expertise with the sector through second-tier advice and training workshops.

The role will suit someone who has prior experience of supporting clients with NRPF, an interest in broader immigration policy and the desire to apply those skills to a specialist context. The role requires someone who can adapt quickly and apply a strategic mindset to the challenge of using legal routes to achieving systemic change.

ScotsCare is a modern charity with a 420 year-old history, providing  financial, practical and emotional support to first and second generation Scots and their families in Greater London. We are currently seeking to appoint a part time Community Engagement Co-ordinator for our charity based in central London.

The Community Engagement Co-ordinator is responsible for developing with the Communications Manager a community engagement strategy for ScotsCare, in order to increase awareness and engagement with ScotsCare services and support, with the aim of increasing the number of people using ScotsCare services. A particular focus is on building relationships with organisations that engage with potential clients (ScotsCare service users), including councils, NHS, local community partners, service providers and other charities.

 Key Duties include:

• Cultivate positive relationships with partnerships with all relevant stakeholders.
• Increase the visibility and understanding of the work of the charity.
• Attend community events (in-person and online) as a ScotsCare representative, including some evening and weekend events.
• Identify agencies and groups in the community who could benefit from understanding the work of the charity and provide in-person and/or online presentations and overviews.
• Lead staff and volunteers and act as their main point of contact providing support with undertaking community engagement activities.
• Create marketing and messaging materials of both written and data elements to include pamphlets, brochures, and presentations, newsletters and social media posts.
• Work with Communications team to update relevant information on the charity’s website.
• Monitor and evaluate impact over the course of the year.

Team responsibilities

Co-operate within the total staff group of ScotsCare ensuring an effective service to clients and contribute to team training and skill sharing among team members as appropriate.

Renumeration and Terms

• The salary for this post is £36,113
• Hybrid working

• There will be a 7-13% contribution (dependent on employee level of contribution) from ScotsCare towards a Pension Scheme

You may have the opportunity to travel to south Asia or Africa for project evaluation or conferences / networking, subject to funding. As you gain experience, there may be scope for you to contribute to project design. 

You will be working in a friendly, professional environment in a building that acts as a hub for social justice organisations, with many opportunities to participate in activities offered by the building’s community. 

Role description / person specification:

You would undertake research to identify new potential funding partners, write grant applications, and manage successful partnerships. You would write project funding proposals primarily to trusts and foundations, corporate foundations, and statutory sources. Some charity-sector fundraising experience is desirable. Experience in fundraising from trusts / foundations in particular would be an advantage. The ability to draft inspiring narratives for different audiences is a crucial aspect of this role. You must also be comfortable using spreadsheets and have strong attention to detail, as you would be working with project budgets. You would research and attend relevant events and identify other such opportunities to promote Pragya’s work, to network, and to learn about the latest research and trends in international development. You would contribute to Pragya’s social media posts and campaigns. A basic level of knowledge about video editing and media tools like Canva would be an advantage.

The UK branch of Pragya is a small team, and so you must be capable of using your initiative and managing your own workload. You would need to prioritise your commitments and work to deadlines as needed. You would contribute to the charity’s administrative needs.

This is a role that demands commitment and offers strong career development in the international development sector. Key specifications:

Essential

·A degree qualification with at least 2:1 or equivalent

You will play a strategic role in our organisational growth with new services, with a focus on shaping service delivery; offering specialist advice, supervising assistant psychologists and postgraduate research.

Our IAP's support people who have left prison and are based within a residential setting to reintegrate into the community. They are given support and guidance to aid their reablement, resettlement and rehabilitation post prison. You will contribute towards them achieving goals necessary for their personal development and move on within the community.
