About the Role
We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to lead the operations team, join the management team and support the CEO. Your priorities will be to oversee all fundraising, including campaigns, major donors and grant applications. You will oversee the HR of the organisation, including recruitment and disciplinaries. In partnership with the CEO and finance officer you will be jointly responsible for finance within the organisation. You will manage the facilities manager and administrator, ensuring that processes are followed appropriately and the building is maintained in good condition, ensuring we fulfil all legal requirements.
About You
You will be a senior manager who has energy and drive as well as sound judgement. On top of a strong track record in an operational position, you will have the breadth of experience to lead HR and systems, finance, monitoring and evaluation and fundraising. You will have experience in fundraising and funder management and be able to lead on making funding applications and reporting to funders. You will be a clear, analytical thinker who will strengthen the leadership of our charity. You will be an excellent manager of people. This is an exciting opportunity to develop Momentum’s corporate partnerships

About the role
We are recruiting for a Regional Fundraising Acquisition Officer to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week on a permanent contract. This is a home-based role, with occasional travel required for in-person team meetings and events.

About you
Joining us, you’ll have demonstrable experience of planning, developing, and delivering complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns. The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager with a Japanese cultural institution, on a full-time (35 hours per week), FTC (to March 2029) basis. About the job - An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our supported housing services in Wandsworth.The service has 30 units of accommodation across 5 sites. This role will operate across our various levels of supported housing, including a flexible threshold unit that adopts a harm reduction approach with flexible tolerance toward drug use.
You will be part of a team providing support to the residents in the service and will be required to work on a rota basis that includes every other weekend. The service is set up to support residents to stabilise their substance use, focusing on harm reduction whilst improving independent living skills and achieving their individual goals. As a keyworker, you would keywork not less than 2 residents, providing support and advice through regular planned keywork sessions. In addition, you would work closely with our partner organisations to ensure that the residents receive support tailored to their needs. You would also contribute to the running of in-house groups and sessions, as well as external activities and days out,
You will receive on the job training and support, as well as access to a wide range of learning opportunities, both from Cranstoun and partner organisations. We are looking for people with experience of providing support to people with multiple disadvantages, experience of working in a supported housing setting would also be advantageous. Community and Events Fundraising Officer
North London Hospice has been caring for local people since 1984, providing specialist palliative and end-of-life care to people with life-limiting illnesses across Barnet, Enfield and Haringey, and increasingly within Camden and Islington. Our services are completely free of charge however it now costs more than £16m a year to run our charity. We rely on the generosity of our community through donations and our shops to make up the shortfall in funding.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Community and Events Manager, you will play a key role in growing income through community fundraising initiatives and delivering an exciting and expanding portfolio of events. This varied role combines creative promotion of fundraising opportunities, excellent supporter relationship management, and the planning and coordination of successful events. No two days will be the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Community Fundraising and Events
· Support the Community and Events Manager to develop and deliver a portfolio of community fundraising activities and fundraising events.
· Provide guidance and support to individuals, groups and organisations fundraising for the Hospice, helping them maximise income and deliver successful activities.
· Coordinate event logistics, participant communications and administration to ensure a positive supporter experience.
· Maintain accurate records of fundraising activity, event participants and supporter engagement on Raiser's Edge.
· Contribute ideas to enhance and grow the Hospice's community fundraising and events programme.
Marketing and Promotion
· Work with the Community and Events Manager and Communications Team to promote fundraising activities and events.
· Support the delivery of marketing plans and prepare briefs to assist with participant recruitment and supporter engagement.
Supporter and Volunteer Stewardship
· Deliver excellent stewardship to supporters and volunteers through a range of communication channels.
· Recruit, coordinate and support volunteers involved in fundraising events and activities.
· Build strong relationships with supporters, encouraging long-term engagement and identifying opportunities to maximise fundraising income.
Product Development and Innovation
· Contribute to the development of new fundraising products, events and initiatives.
· Support innovation and continuous improvement across the Community and Events programme.
General
· Work collaboratively with colleagues across Fundraising, Communications, Retail and Volunteering teams to maximise fundraising opportunities.
· Ensure fundraising activities comply with relevant legislation, Fundraising Regulator guidance and Hospice policies.
· Support the wider Fundraising Team as required and contribute to a positive, flexible and collaborative team culture.
· Maintain high standards of confidentiality, health and safety, and infection prevention and control at all times.
Person Specification
Experience and Knowledge
· Experience building and managing relationships with supporters, customers or other external stakeholders.
· Experience managing multiple priorities, projects and deadlines.
· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
· Experience of using a CRM/database, events delivery, fundraising, or volunteer management would be advantageous.

As our New Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing high-value corporate partnerships that fund lifesaving research and help people affected by heart and circulatory conditions.

Either way, you’ll be confident working through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and engagement to pitching, negotiation and onboarding.
You will have:
- A strong track record of achieving financial targets through partnerships, sponsorships, commercial agreements or transferable sales activity.
- Experience developing and selling partnership, sponsorship or fundraising packages, ideally including five or six-figure opportunities.
- Confidence managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, pitching, negotiation and partner onboarding.
- Excellent communication, networking, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
As Interim Digital Fundraising Manager, you will:

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
· A proven track record of planning, delivering and optimising successful digital fundraising, digital marketing or supporter engagement campaigns that achieve measurable results.
· Successful delivery of digital projects involving websites, CRM systems and digital platforms, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to agreed timescales.
· Strong knowledge of digital fundraising, supporter journeys, email marketing, website management and social media, with the ability to use data, testing and insight to continually improve performance and supporter experience.
· Experience of working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and the ability to use data to support segmentation, reporting, campaign delivery and strategic decision-making.
· Proven ability to manage external agencies, suppliers and technology partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
· Experience of monitoring, evaluating and reporting on campaign performance, establishing meaningful KPIs and presenting clear recommendations to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have:
- Two years’ recent experience of working with children/young people who are at risk in a residential or community based setting.
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent; and a commitment to complete Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management in residential care within 2 years of starting.
