Job description
There’s never been a better time to join the team at Cycling UK! As part of Cycling UK's commercial growth ambitions, we are investing in products and services that create value for cyclists, partners and customers while supporting the charity's long-term financial sustainability. One example is our routes portfolio, which is one of Cycling UK's strongest assets, attracting engaged audiences, commercial partners, tourism organisations and new supporters.

There are loads of reasons to love cycling, even if you’re not someone who cycles. From cutting pollution, to making us healthier and happier, cycling can help us all thrive. As our Products & Sales Officer you will coordinate our day-to-day routes activity, ensuring it is seamlessly integrated into the development and growth of wider commercial products, including membership, insurance, ecommerce and future product opportunities.

This role will suit someone who enjoys turning ideas into delivery, using customer insight to improve products and services, coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing product development from concept through to launch.

This opportunity should excite you if you:
  1. Are motivated by delivering commercial results that support a charitable purpose.
  2. Enjoy bringing income generating products to life.
  3. Can use customer insight, data and market understanding to improve income, products and services.
  4. Are highly organised and able to coordinate activity across multiple teams.
  5. Enjoy building relationships with partners and customers.
  6. You don’t have to be a cyclist, but it is integral that you understand the benefits of cycling to our society and believe firmly that we can achieve a better world by bike

Explore the attached job description for full details on this exciting opportunity. Complete the application form expressing why you are the right candidate for this opening. Focus on gearing your supporting statement to exemplify how your skills and experience match the requirements of the role, directly referring to the person specification. This enables the selection panel to assess your relative strengths against the specified criteria.

The role is home based in the UK, with travel to our London and Guildford office
