Your Mission 

CALM has launched an ambitious fundraising growth strategy, and this brand-new, high-impact role is positioned right at the heart. 

• You’ll join a growing team, fresh off its biggest fundraising year to date.
• You’ll lead the strategy for how CALM recruits, stewards and retains mass donors, with responsibility for one-off giving, regular giving and the development of other mass market products.
• You’ll establish and scale a supporter engagement programme that grows both connection to CALM and sustainable income for our work. 
• You’ll bring together data, insight, communications and fundraising to create supporter experiences that recognise why people choose to support CALM, and give them reasons to stay involved.

We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical experience. As a new role within a high-performing team, you’ll have the autonomy to shape how CALM approaches mass supporter engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and own CALM’s overarching Supporter Engagement strategy, taking responsibility for targets, performance metrics, and budgets to scale mass donor income.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment, stewardship, and optimisation of the Individual Giving portfolio, maximising the LTV across one-off donations, regular giving, and other products within the portfolio.
• Lead the continuous development of new, audience-focused fundraising products and giving methods for a mass giving audience, to build and secure a predictable baseline of recurring income for the organisation.
• Champion the use of supporter data to design, deploy, and optimise automated, multi-channel communications, ensuring mass audiences receive highly personalised, relevant, and meaningful touchpoints.
• Work collaboratively across all fundraising functions and wider CALM teams to deploy products and communication tools holistically, ensuring donor experiences reflect true supporter needs rather than internal processes or structures.
• Pioneer the department's approach to gathering robust supporter data and audience insights.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practice, with a view to use these to increase CALM’s income
• Working with the Head of Public Fundraising, and direct reports to; set, manage and deliver against budgets, reporting on OKR’s, performance and reforecasting accordingly.
• Attending CALM events to help provide a great experience for all attendees
• Leadership and line management of team members, supporting them to achieve their objectives and creating a high-performing team.

Your profile

Competencies
Essential

• Proven track record of driving significant income growth through  developing and executing multi-channel mass donor strategies (across regular giving, one off giving) whilst maximising Supporter Lifetime Value (LTV). 
• Experience of using CRM segmentation, audience insights, and automated marketing tools to deliver personalised, high-volume communications that treat mass supporters as individuals. 
• Expertise in mapping, testing, and optimising end-to-end supporter journeys, removing operational friction, and building retention 
• Strong track record of driving collaboration across wider departmental functions (such as Brand, Communication and Digital) to deliver cohesive, integrated public-facing acquisition campaigns.
• Experience managing income and expenditure budgets, setting performance metrics/OKRs, and executing detailed financial reforecasting to demonstrate clear return on investment (ROI). 
• Demonstrated ability to line manage, coach, and motivate a multidisciplinary team to foster a high-performing, supportive team culture.

Desirable

• Proven experience designing, testing, and scaling innovative fundraising products or concepts to secure recurring, predictable revenue streams.

The Services and Programmes Coordinator is a new fixed-term role, October 2026 to April 2027, created to support Theatres Trust through a period of organisational transition.

We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Supporter Care Executive to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting a well-known health charity, ensuring every supporter receives excellent service and feels valued.
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll manage enquiries by phone and email, assist with donation processing and help supporters taking part in major fundraising campaigns. What we're looking for:

Experience in a supporter care, customer service, contact centre, fundraising support or similar role, with a track record of providing excellent service by phone and email.
Comfortable handling a high volume of enquiries and speaking with a wide range of people throughout the day. During peak periods the team collectively manages approximately 120 calls per day.
Experience resolving enquiries, updating records and ensuring information is accurately captured in a CRM or database system.
Strong administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail when processing information and maintaining records.
Able to balance supporter enquiries, data entry and administrative tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.

South East London Mind's Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Service helps people experiencing mental health challenges to secure and sustain paid employment. 

We are currently recruiting: 

• Five permanent IPS Employment Specialists in Greenwich 
• Two permanent IPS Employment Specialists in Bromley 

These roles will be embedded within Community Mental Health Teams and the Mental Health Hub, working closely alongside healthcare professionals and Mental Health Advisers.

As an IPS Employment Specialist, you will support people referred by clinical teams and Mental Health Advisers, helping them achieve their employment aspirations through the evidence-based IPS model. You will manage a caseload of approximately 20 to 25 clients, providing personalised support from vocational profiling through to securing employment and sustaining work in line with their preference. Full IPS training will be provided. 

A significant part of your role will take place in the community rather than behind a desk. You will actively engage and build relationship with local employers, develop local employment opportunities, identify vacancies that may not be advertised, and negotiate workplace adjustments or job carving opportunities to support clients into suitable employment. 

You will also contribute to weekly multidisciplinary meetings with colleagues from Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to ensure employment support is fully integrated within clients' wider recovery journey.

The Sick Children's Trust is the charity that provides a welcoming 'Home from Home' where families with a sick child in hospital can stay. But we're more than bricks and mortar, our friendly, caring staff are there to support families when they really need it.

Hospital can be a lonely and scary place for anyone, but especially a child. Providing around 3,200 families a year with somewhere to stay together just minutes from the hospital means that they can be by their sick child's side and have one less thing to worry about.

The Role

This is a varied and rewarding fundraising management role, focused on developing and delivering an ambitious community and events fundraising programme that generates sustainable income, increases awareness of our work and builds long-term supporter relationships.

You will lead the development of community fundraising across the UK, supporting and inspiring individuals, families, schools, community groups, volunteers and local businesses to raise funds for the charity. We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Public Fundraising Executive (Community & Challenge Events) to join our ambitious Fundraising team and help support, develop and grow our Challenge Events programme, alongside delivering Community Fundraising activity.

The Opportunity:

We are recruiting an Investment Manager to take a leading role across BSC’s client investment mandates, playing a central part in how we mobilise capital at scale to deliver lasting social impact. 

A significant part of this role is supporting the management of BSC's client investment mandates, including the Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust, a listed investment trust for which BSC acts as portfolio manager, giving investors access to private market impact investments addressing some of the UK's most entrenched social issues. You will support portfolio management, reporting and investor engagement for the Trust, working closely with senior colleagues.

You will own a portfolio of impact investments spanning both BSC's own capital and the mandates we manage for others, taking direct responsibility for how these investments perform against their financial, social impact and systems change goals over time. You will build lasting relationships with fund managers, lead on performance monitoring and reporting, and shape how BSC manages a genuinely broad and varied portfolio across products and asset classes, developing cross-asset-class judgement that few comparable roles offer.

You will also contribute to BSC's client work more broadly, supporting our growing Advisory capability as we help other investors turn their impact ambitions into action through credible, practical investment strategies. This is a capability we are actively building, and you will play a key role in its delivery as it scales.

What you will do:

Support investment management for BSC's client mandates

• Contribute to portfolio-level investment management across our client mandates, helping shape how we think about multi-asset allocation and performance, and building the cashflow, liquidity and return models that underpin these decisions.

• Bring the analysis and insight behind our client reporting to life, from regulatory reporting and accounts to due diligence questionnaires, giving investors a clear, compelling picture of how their capital is performing.

• Support engagement with shareholders and clients through investor meetings, roundtables and portfolio updates, and represent BSC at external events, Boards and Investment Committees where needed.

Lead the performance management and manager relationships for a portfolio of social impact investments across BSC’s own capital and client mandates

• Own a portfolio of individual social impact investments, managing each towards exit and delivering on its financial returns, social impact and systems change goals.

• Build strong relationships with fund managers, engaging on and helping manage the financial and social impact performance of each investment.

• Lead analysis of impact and financial performance across your investments, including across asset classes and impact themes.

Support Advisory projects

• Support delivery of BSC Advisory projects for external investors, from discovery through to solution design and client capital management.

• Contribute research, analysis and investment expertise to help other investors design credible impact investment strategies suited to their goals.

Contribute to new investment opportunities and strategic, systems change projects

• As opportunities arise, contribute to new deals and strategic projects aligned with our 2026–2030 strategy, growing your expertise in origination and deal execution over time.

Help shape the next phase of our market-leading impact investment approach and team

• Contribute to our impact investing practice and process, in collaboration with colleagues across BSC and with external partners.

• Champion part of BSC's impact investing approach, or join a working group to deliver a strategic priority.

The Opportunity:

This is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity to take on a central role in how BSC manages impact and systems change across all asset classes we invest in, at a pivotal moment as we become a tech-first organisation. We welcome applicants looking for a secondment as well as those seeking a fixed-term contract to cover a period of parental leave.

You will help shape how BSC generates, reports on and acts on impact and systems change insight across our whole portfolio. This spans building the data infrastructure and analytical capability behind our investment decisions, redesigning how we report to our Investment Committee, Board and external stakeholders, and working directly with the asset class teams and fund managers to embed rigorous impact, ESG and EDI practice into individual deals.

Our Youth Employment Manager role is an exciting new opportunity to lead on Poetic Unity’s innovative Employment programmes, which makes up one of our three priority areas: Mental Health, Employment and Education. This role, forming part of our Senior Leadership Team, will play a critical role in supporting thousands of Black young people across the UK to access safe, inclusive and empowering employment opportunities - changing culture and reshaping systems.

Key responsbilities 

- Be responsible for the development and management of the Chief Operations Officer Senior Leadership Training (COO SLT) - an innovative training programme for 10 Black young people to achieve the skills required to thrive in positions of senior leadership

- Be directly responsible for the management of the annual Cultural Leaders programme - a 12 month employment programme for 5 Black young people each year, working across different areas of Poetic Unity and with partners across the sector to develop transferable skills.

- Design, implement and manage The Blueprint - a national framework of best practice for the employment of Black young people in creative organisations

- Ensure all Employment programmes are effectively meeting the needs of the target demographic and are aligned with Poetic Unity’s strategic Vision

About the role:

A safe, well maintained room can be the foundation someone needs to begin rebuilding their life. As a Maintenance Operative, you’ll make sure our supported accommodation across London provides the safe, dignified and welcoming environment every client deserves.

This is a hands on, multi skilled maintenance role focused on minor repairs and property improvements rather than specialist or technically qualified trade work. Travelling between different services across London, you’ll complete jobs such as painting and decorating, repairing walls and fixtures, basic carpentry, minor plumbing, tiling and preparing empty rooms so they can be offered safely and quickly to someone who needs a home.

You’ll plan and manage a varied workload, respond to urgent health and safety concerns and identify problems before they become more serious. You’ll also inspect rooms and communal areas, record completed work clearly, arrange materials and flag any repairs that need to be passed to a qualified contractor. At times, you may check completed contractor work and provide feedback where standards have not been met.

Our accommodation is home to people who have experienced homelessness, mental ill health and other forms of multiple disadvantage. Some services are larger, hostel-style buildings, while others are smaller residential properties. You’ll often be working in occupied environments and may meet clients while completing repairs, so you’ll need to be comfortable working respectfully around people who may be distressed or experiencing a difficult time. You won’t be expected to provide support or manage challenging situations alone, and service colleagues will be available to help.

You’ll join a growing Maintenance Team that shares knowledge, works collaboratively and takes pride in getting the details right. With plenty of variety and autonomy, this is an opportunity to develop your practical skills while seeing the direct difference your work makes to the buildings we manage and the people who call them home.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Chef to help run our busy onsite catering service. You will prepare and serve safe, nutritious meals, maintain high professional and food-safety standards, and help organise the day-to-day work of the kitchen.

A central part of the role is supporting others. You will provide practical instruction and constructive feedback to catering trainees, coordinate volunteers and corporate groups, and create a calm, welcoming environment in which people can learn and contribute.

This is an opportunity to combine professional cookery with clear social impact. You will see the difference your work makes each day, both through the meals provided and the progress of the people you support.

The role also offers regular working hours of 7.30am to 2.30pm, 35 hours per week, allowing you to work in a purposeful professional kitchen while usually finishing by mid-afternoon.

We are looking for someone with experience in a professional kitchen, a relevant Level 3 qualification and strong knowledge of food hygiene, allergens, temperature control and safe working practices. You will be organised, dependable and able to meet fixed service deadlines, while remaining patient and respectful when supporting people with different levels of experience, confidence and support needs.
