Specialist Behaviour Support Workers are responsible for supporting people with learning disabilities and behavioural needs to live full lives, develop skills and maintain their wellbeing.
This role includes weekend work and will involve shift-based scheduling during weekends.
Driving is mandatory for this role.
This role requires sleep-in shifts at the service.
What you'll do:
* Supporting the customer to lead a full and active life and do things they enjoy, sensitively and persistently trying to new things to open up new opportunities for the customer;
* Developing the customer's independent living skills and involving them in aspects of maintaining and developing their home, including cooking, shopping, cleaning and decorating;
* Supporting the customer in their sensory routine, trialling and testing new sensory experiences;
* Supporting the customer to communicate their wants and needs and develop new ways of doing this, communicating with them in a person-centred way;
* Supporting the customer to manage their anxieties, using Positive Behaviour Support and Autism-specific approaches;
* Collating a range of behavioural data and essential paperwork to be analysed within our local management structure;

Job Summary
The Service Manager - Z House will provide operational leadership for Z House, Caring in Bristol’s emergency accommodation service for young people aged 18–25 experiencing housing crisis.
The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Z House is a safe, welcoming, well-managed and psychologically informed service, where young people are treated with dignity and supported to move towards greater stability and appropriate longer-term accommodation.
You will lead the day-to-day operation of Z House, overseeing referrals and placements, safeguarding with support from our Safeguarding team and risk management, staff and volunteer practice, accommodation standards, partnership working and service development.
The Service Manager role will combine operational management with a strong focus on relationships and practice. You will work closely with the young people using Z House, the wider Caring in Bristol team and partners across Bristol to ensure that the service responds effectively to individual needs while contributing to our wider ambition to prevent and reduce homelessness.
The role will also have capacity to lead or contribute to the development and delivery of additional accommodation or youth-focused projects that sit within the scope of Z House and Caring in Bristol’s Support Services. We are delighted to share this role on behalf of Christ's Hospital who we at the Royal National Children's Springboard Foundation (RNCSF) are working alongside. We are seeking a term time only, Regional Coordinator to support the relationship between RNCSF and local schools in the South East to secure independent day and boarding school bursary placements and access to partnership activities for care experienced children (CEVC). The post holder will be involved in engaging school stakeholders by attracting suitable school partners and being a powerful advocate for the programme.
The successful candidate will need to use their excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders in Local Authorities and schools, ensuring the continued success of the “Broadening Educational Pathways” programme – a Department for Education programme delivered by RNCSF. As you will be responsible for all applications in your region it is also essential that you are organised and efficient, with superb time management skills.
You will be joining a dynamic, vibrant team of 8 Regional Coordinators who operate all over the country but who work closely together, via Teams, to support CEVC into bursary places in independent day and boarding schools. Our regional coordinators work out of a local host school (with some remote working possible). This position will be based at Christ’s Hospital School in Horsham. The role is for 2-3 days per week, term time only. You will need to be available for up to 10 ‘in person’ days, and some travel may be required for this (for which you will be reimbursed). We have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Community Worker in our Oasis Centre space. This space is a hub for our advice and support work, as well as an open door to all in our community.
You will be the first experience of Oasis for many people who walk into the door, providing a warm welcome, caring and effective support all whilst sharing the Oasis vision, mission, and ethos with those coming into the centre.
Key responsibilities of this will be:
· To welcome and assist visitors to the Centre, directing them to appointments, workshops, or meetings in the Centre as appropriate

REPORTING TO: Director of Front-line Services
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Quality Assurance Manager is a blended leadership role combining strategic quality assurance, performance oversight, service management and practice development.
The role is split broadly between focused on quality assurance, data-led improvement and performance oversight, and two days focused on service management, practice leadership and frontline improvement activity.
The postholder will lead the development and delivery of a strong quality assurance framework across support services, ensuring that practice, performance and service delivery are safe, effective, person-centred and aligned with contractual, regulatory and organisational standards.
Alongside this, the postholder will remain closely connected to frontline delivery through service management responsibilities and practice development leadership, particularly within Housing First and complex-needs services. Key Responsibilities
Quality assurance and improvement: Lead the quality assurance function across support services, coordinating audits, quality checks, case file reviews, service reviews and improvement plans. Information retrieval and STAIRs requests: Act as QA Manager lead for information retrieval relating to STAIRs requests, including triaging scope, gathering internal and contractor records, coordinating redaction and drafting responses within regulatory timeframes.
Service and support management: Provide hands-on support management across frontline services, including Housing First improvement activity, Hope Street and St Mungo’s contracts, team rota management and the Support Manager on-call rota. Support managers and teams to manage risk, strengthen case accountability and recording, and deliver consistent, high-quality support to residents with complex needs.
Practice development: Embed person-centred, trauma-informed and psychologically informed practice across support services. Develop practical tools, guidance, quality forums, workshops and reflective learning that help staff apply policy, improve support planning, strengthen safeguarding and promote consistent resident-centred practice.
Resident voice and accountability: Strengthen resident engagement, feedback and involvement so resident experience informs service design, quality assurance, learning and improvement.
People management and collaboration: Line manage agreed roles, including the Impact Specialist and Resident Engagement Specialist, supporting clear objectives, accountability, development and collaborative working across services.

The Service Manager will have overall responsibility for the operational leadership, quality, performance and contract delivery of both the LB Newham Core and the Intensive Support Accommodation contracts. The role will ensure a joined-up support pathway for residents with low, medium, high and complex support needs, promoting safety, stabilisation, independence, move-on and long-term tenancy sustainment.
The post-holder will lead staff teams to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, strengths-based and person-centred support for vulnerable single homeless adults, including residents with multiple disadvantage, high levels of risk and complex support needs.
The role will set, monitor and embed clear resettlement and support standards, ensuring residents receive consistent assessment, support planning, risk management, move-on preparation and tenancy sustainment support.
The role will be accountable for safeguarding, housing management, performance reporting, quality assurance, partnership working, commissioner confidence and continuous service improvement.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, trauma-informed and gender-informed support service for women living in the Complex Needs service. The post-holder will hold a caseload of women residents who may be experiencing multiple disadvantage, including homelessness, rough sleeping, domestic abuse, mental ill health, substance use, exploitation, offending histories, social isolation and complex trauma.
The Women’s Support Worker will provide persistent, compassionate and practical support to women who may find it difficult to trust services, sustain engagement or accept support consistently. The role requires someone who can build safe, respectful relationships at the woman’s pace, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and supporting women to stabilise, feel safer, reduce risk and work towards their own goals.
The post-holder will work as part of the wider frontline support team, leading on support planning, advocacy and multi-disciplinary working for women residents. They will also support colleagues’ day to day to apply gender-informed practice, strengthen engagement with women and ensure support is coordinated, responsive and centred on women’s safety, choice and wellbeing.
This role forms part of a seven-day rota and will include some evening and weekend working.
