About Everyone’s Invited

Everyone’s Invited is a movement dedicated to tackling rape culture through conversation, education,

and systemic change. We are committed to creating safe spaces for survivors to share their

experiences and driving meaningful change in communities, schools, and workplaces. We recognise

that sexual violence and oppression are shaped by intersecting systems of power, including race,

gender identity, sexuality, disability, class and migration status. We are committed to building a

workplace and movement that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve and centres those

most impacted.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Community Lead to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of

fundraising and communications, working across both teams to leverage our community to generate

income and lead community fundraising campaigns and initiatives. We're looking for someone with a

proven track record in generating community income, who is passionate about the value of creative

and alternative revenue streams, and who will play a vital part in helping us raise the funds needed to

deliver our mission of eradicating rape culture.

Key Responsibilities

This role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities

  • Grow income from communities, universities, schools, local organisations, businesses, and
  • individuals
  • Identify, develop, and secure new community fundraising opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of community fundraising prospects, building relationships
  • and ensuring repeat support
  • Build and maintain relationships with a wide network of supporters
  • Lead and manage community fundraising events
  • Lead on community challenge events, with a particular focus on flagship events such as the London Marathon
  • Develop fundraising and communications campaign messaging
  • Develop and drive strategy for fundraising campaigns
  • Support corporate partnerships strategy and outreach
  • Grow individual giving
  • Develop and deliver community donor communications
  • Coordinate and lead on the quarterly newsletter and engagement strategy
  • Develop and write fundraising applications
  • Support with fundraising reporting
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and ways of engaging potential donors online
